They don't, I was only thinking of 13 vs 31. I'm not even sure about the double-heght tiles. I know there's a big difference in 13 vs. 31 though.

Do you mean double-height tiles as in 2 floored tiles? Because I thought you meant the Double Height Room Tile, which is only in TS2.
