I don't know that there is a topic, not anymore, but its simply this: Have a long string of tiles with duplicate lighting (same speed, same primary and secondary colors) set to pulse (or maybe switch). Now alter the phase of each tile's light pulse so that each tile is 1 "click" away in phase from the tile next to it. Just play around and you should figure it out pretty quickly.

Don't let the phase slide bar fool you though. Note that having a light's phase set to the very beginning of the slide bar and another tile's light set at the very end of the slide bar means that these two tiles have the same exact phase (the beginning and end of the bar is a point of overlap, if you know what I mean)
