Catalyst has long been played around with in my maps, more specificly, the Chaos Theory. Redefineing Chaos is the latest installment of the series. Prepare to redine what you think Chaos is, because in the pit, it's hell. Pure hell.

Chaos Theory Purpose - To increase the how "frantic" a map is. The Chaos Theory is simple, yet powerful. Here's how it works. Generally works best with a central room, but can work without one. Damage Dealed - More Chaos Slower rate of fire - Less Chaos Cover - Less Chaos More players/bots - More Chaos More speed - More Chaos More Stamina - Less Chaos Hiding - Less Chaos Dangerous features (Like explosive barrels) - More Chaos Less Ammo - Less Chaos Room - Depends on situation Central and Open (Not to open, about 3x# is good) - More Chaos Tight and ignored - Less Chaos Central and tight - Can make more or less Chaos depending on situation Ignored and opem - Less Chaos Spawns close to central room - More Chaos Pulsing lighting - More Chaos (Compared to fixed lighting) More weapons (Not variety, more in general) - More Chaos |

it looks a bit too simple imo. DT Castle would probably be a better "chaos" map |

Yeah, but with these weapons and powerups, it gets insane. It's really just a cool idea as opposed to a map. |

ARGH NOOOOOOOO! Sorry, but I've been studying chaos theory and it's incredibly deep. For example, it draws graphs like this: ![]() Whereas this just gets more and more complex without simplifying. Also, there appears to be a swastica on the bottom floor. |

How do you know I'm really not a Nazi freak that's sending subliminal messages to you? Huh? I'm not, but, yes. It does look like a swastica. |
