Imperious Nebula, some distance away from the Atlas Sphere; Thirteen vessels in total drop out of hyperspace behind a thick layer of nebula clouds, lead by five Tal'ryn destroyers and the "Obliviator". Razh'ek sits on his throne, his hood up casting a shadow over his face. He looks at the jaffa on the Pel'tak, indicating a simple order. The fleet begins to advance through the nebula, leaving the Tal'ryn and the "Obliviator" just past the mass of nebulae, within communication range of the Sphere. The jaffa modifies sublight thrust to output more radiation than usual, just barely survivable; Razh'ek opens a comm with Sphere Command, "This is Grim Lord Razh'ek, my fleet is in need of supplies and information to aid our Titan Lord Atlas in this battle. Requesting permission to dock with a Tel'tak, as my flagship's engines have taken damage increasing the radiation output..." Razh'ek awaited a response, as he himself calibrated OMEGA for use. All he needed to do was access a terminal to determine the prime location for OMEGA. Hopefully, with the Grand Titan Fleet elsewhere, Sphere Command would be a bit more lax. As far as they are concerned, Razh'ek is their ally... Edited by Razh'ek, May 13 2011, 11:59 PM.

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere: As the Death Gods Fleet floats in the swirling morasse of the Nebula a message is received on the pel’tak of Raz’hek’s ship. The symbol of the Empire flahes onto his screen before it is replaced with the image of a richly attaired Priest. The image of the Empire hangs behind as he looks curious and strokng his goatee says,”My Lord Raz’hek, Sphere Command told me you were here, but I was dubious since I know that the Emperor had dispatched you to Aion to deal with Ares.” The Priest mockingly smiles as he contiunes,”Forgive my manners, I am the Demi-Priest Argus, I am administering the Sphere during the interim. So why exactly do you need to come aboard the Sphere without preapporval from the Emperor?”….. |

Razh'ek does not return the grin, his face remaining expressionless; "Unfortunately, although damage was done, Ares and a few of his ships slipped through my grasp. A few fled in the direction of Kualpuch, but not all. Ares' location is unknown and my ships are not fully repaired." Razh'ek raises his head, his hood falling back slightly, revealing his face. His red eyes brighten, piercing the image of Argus on the screen; "I am requesting your aid to further this pursuit; supplies to complete the repairs on my flagship, and access to the Titan Net or whatever scans you run to locate the War God - he must have left some sort of trace. He could not have gone far." He rises from his black throne, walking closer to the screen at the right of the Pel'tak. Opening his mouth in a snarl he reveals his sharp, serrated teeth before speaking. If he was speaking in person his intimidating dark figure would cast a shadow on the small Demi-priest; "What say you? I will not accept even my own failure as an option, no matter what the cost Atlas must succeed! We waste time bickering over mere security, or do I have to inform Atlas of your inability to grant me access?!" |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere: The Demi-Priest’s half smile fades as his eyes narrow and he says, “Of course not Lord Raz’hek, surly you understand the need for security in these trying times. Nevertheless, it will not be said that I turned an ally of the Empire away. Your Tel’tak is cleared for landing at the Receiver Station of the Main Portal. You will be guided in by auto pilot. I will meet you personally, the rest of you fleet can remain on station while we determine the supplies and repairs you need.” Argus nods slightly as the screen goes blank the Death God’s Ha’tak receives coordinates for his Tel’tak. A short time later the Death God’s Tel’tak leaves the confines of his powerful flagship and makes it’s way through the swirling tumult that is the Imperious Nebula. As the small shuttle passes the outer markers of the Sphere’s control, it joins thousands of other shuttles, Tel’tak, cargo ships and Al’kesh that fly in orderly lines by their auto pilots. Raz’hek’s Jaffa removes his hands from the Tel’taks controls as a small beep is heard and the ship begins to move of its own will. The Death Lord leans forward and he once again lays eyes upon the greatest construct in the known Universe. As his ship follows the other vessels, through the murk of the Nebula, large glowing orbs can be seen, as they grow closer and the Nebula thins and parts, the awesome spectacle of the Atlas Sphere becomes fully visible as the glowing orbs are massive beacons guiding the space lane traffic to the Great Portal. The massive hatch sits open, capable of letting a thousand “Titan” class ships fly through side by side, Raz’hek looks through the portal and into the lush verdant sphere beyond, within lies thousands of massive cities, 100s of billions of lives and the most advance production facilities in the Galaxy. His ship begins to bank hard and leave the space lanes as the ship heads directly for the edge of the portal itself. He watches as massive Mark V staff cannons by the hundreds silently track his ship, following and stalking his small and vulnerable vessel. His ship passes the portal and cuts to the right hard as it orientates itself and spinning completely begins to follow the contour of the inner hull until they come upon the Portal Receiver station. Two Mark II Ha’tak sit docked in the great station under refit and repair, the symbol of the Titan Empire proud upon their hulls. The Death Lords Tel’tak docks in a berth between the two great ships. His hatch opens and upon the walkway stands 2 dozen black armored Jaffa, they stomp their boots in a synchronized salute as they bring their staffs to full attention. Their Dragon helms rotate and look upon Raz’hek as a low growl escapes the helms. Between the two lines of Titan Jaffa stands the Demi-Preist Argus. Argus is flanked by two Priest, their black robes stand out in sharp contrast to his own red billowing robes. As his robes move, Raz’hek can see an ornate breast plate underneath the robes and a ceremonial dagger, Argus nods and bowing low says, “Death Lord Raz’hek welcome back to the Sphere, in the name of Atlas how can I assist you?” Argus looks up with an eerie look in his sinister eyes…… |

Razh'ek was flanked by his personal guard, his new unmarked first-prime Kale beside him. Four jaffa stood behind them, their horned Sokar-like Helmets gleaming red. Kale wore the same armor with an orange cape, matching the trim on Razh'ek's robe. Razh'ek took in the appearance of Argus, his armor and robe almost like his own. Razh'ek twisted his fingers in the Chaos Gauntlet, the brilliant orange interface lights shining on it's rippling surface. "Our engine utilizes liquid naquadah fuel cells, to repair it I will need three full shipments of weapons grade naquadah to melt down." Argus rises, straightening up with that same menacing look in his eyes, "Easily done, we have an abundant amount of resources here on the Sphere. I will have it attented to right away, three crates will be sent to your Tel'tak shortly." The Demi-Priest Argus nodded towards two titanguard jaffa, who walked off down a seperate hallway without a word. Argus walked foward slowly towards Razh'ek, stopping a few feet closer to him. "Is there anything else that you require my Lord?" Razh'ek stood still, his face expressionless, "I believe my chamber, or prison, is still in tact, no? Please take me and my guard there, that terminal will suffice." "As you wish, Death Lord" Argus turned swiftly, and walked down between the two lines of jaffa, Razh'ek and his entourage behind him. The Titan Guard fell out of line two by two, each following the group. Argus brought them the long way, winding in and out through various hallways to show the true beauty of the Sphere itself... |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere: As the group moves through the hallways Argus folds his hands into his robes as he says, “You come at unique time my lord, I have recently caught a little mouse loose in the Sphere’s pantry, perhaps you would like to see?” The group enters a lift and it travels across several rails and then switches tracks and descends, rapidly reaching the ground level of the Sphere’s interior, it then delves deep into the sphere itself and comes to stop. The group enters a secure complex, screams and bloodcurdling whimpers fill the hallways as they pass cells and interrogation rooms, each it’s own separate scene from hell. They stop outside a cell and look through the force field to see a young attractive woman, nude and bruised, strapped into a Za’tarc chair squirming and whimpering as the multicolored crystals glow and beam bright light rays into her ratcheted open eyes. Argus smirks as he says, “Her name is Aria, one of the Emperor’s many daughters, she was caught doing the bidding of Quetesh and now she is being “educated” as to why that is very unsound.” Argus makes a motion and a Jaffa stationed nearby nods and walking over lowers the force field. steps deep into the cell and walking toward the prone body of the young woman takes off his glove and placing the tip of his index finger on her thigh slowly runs it the length of her body and then places the finger in his mouth as he smiles and says, ”Intoxicating, I must confess, it has been too long since I have enjoyed a rousing bout of reeducation.” He places his gloves back on, and moves to a surgical table that has a tray of vicious and cruel instruments on it.” He picks up a serrated blade and looking over his shoulder at the Death Lord says, “Legend has it that you were quite the master of interrogation during the Second Dynasty under So’kar? Would you like to give us all a demonstration?” Argus holds the blade out to the Death Lord and looks at the naked form of the Titan’s daughter……. |

Razh'ek takes a moment, looking back and forth. First at the blade, wielded by the disgusting Argus. Then at the pathetic form of the Titan's daughter, Aria. She whimpers, writhing in pain; her naked body flailing with each change of colored light from the Za'tarc device. Razh'ek, now knowing the truth behind Atlas, can not bear this. This is the action of the AI's followers, not Atlas himself. He thinks to himself, 'She should be brought before him, he has already lost one of his daughters'. Razh'ek takes the sword in his right hand, his armor shimmering and rippling slightly as he does so. Him and his guard, along with Argus and six other Titan Guard stand within the force field. The rest of the group had taken up positions outside of the cell, not being able to fit. Razh'ek looks around as he holds the blade, speaking slowly to Argus; "What you are doing here is not just, Demi-Priest." Argus is struck, and for a moment is silent. "...Excuse me, my Lord? She defied the Empire with her own will, surely you know the implications of such an action?" Razh'ek stands facing Aria, his back turned towards Argus. "Such a punishment should be left up to her father, the true Titan Emperor. He has already lost many children, he won't want to lose another..." Argus flares up, but speaks in a cool, subtle tone, "Who are you to question our Emperor, Death Lord? Pathetic, hiding under bigger powers." Razh'ek responds with a short statement, "One who knows the truth, Demi-Priest...JAFFA!" As he finishes this sentence he turns, hurling the sword straight at the Demi-Priest's face. His personal guard hits the floor, drawing out their shortened Ryn Staffs. The Titan Guard present in the room raise their staffs, but it is too late. Long, shiny and shimmering tentacles protrude from Razh'ek's right arm, already out from hurling the sword. Six sharp, needle-like Reflex X tentacles move quickly through the air, finding their targets before they have a chance to react. The tentacles sew through the Titan Guard's flesh and armor, strong enough to penetrate it's "weak" spots. As the tentacles retract from the now dead jaffa, the sword is still hurtling towards Argus... |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere: The ever dangerous Demi-Priest leans to the side as the knife flies past his ear and embeds itself in the wall. In a flurry of robes Argus dodges out of the cell and down the corridor as he raises his Kara’kesh and turning fires a blast down the hall as the Death Lords Jaffa enter the corridor, the force of the blast striking them and sending them flying down the hall. Argus pushes a gem on the back of the Kara’kesh which activates the complex’s alarm system. Red flashing lights pulsate as the siren whines and the sound of dozens of Jaffa armored boots can be heard coming. Argus dashes around the corner and into the path of a patrol whose dragon helmets rotate and look down at him. Argus points down the hall and says, “There are Shol’va down there kill them all!!!!” The Jaffa raise their staffs as their commander moves to the lead, his black cloak fluttering about him as he motions for them follow him, staffs held at the ready, the legendary sound of the heads clicking open filling the hallways. |

"Kale, disable the Za'tarc device! Reverse it's brainwashing effects if you can!" Razh'ek commands, as he motions for his Elii'ti jaffa to guard the corridor outside the cell. The jaffa get to the door and turn the corner, crossing an intersection and taking cover behind a parallel wall. Just as they take cover on opposite sides, the Titan jaffa come running down the hall, staff's at the ready. "Jaffa!" Razh'ek's jaffa turn their Ryn Staffs around the corner, activating their sustained beam fire. The beams slice and cut across the group at large, injuring many. Yet, the Titan Jaffa do not stop. Dozens of squads come down the same hall, relentlessly firing at the now intruders. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Razh'ek stands back in the cell, pulling a light black cloak out of a large pocket in his armor. He covers the shaking form of Aria with it, and removes her bindings. As the lights shut off, she becomes limp. "My Lord, the process has been reversed. I am unsure as to whether she has sustained any brain damage, however." "You have done well, Kale. She seems to be coming around." With that her eyes open slightly, but just for a short while. After which she is unconscious again, but breathing normally. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outside in the corridor, the battle continues. In an amazing stand, four Elii'ti jaffa hold off dozens of Titan Guard with their advanced Ryn Staffs. As orange bolts and beams fly everywhere, suddenly two of the defending jaffa fall to a sneak attack. Dozens more Titan Guard come running down an opposite hall, the one they were using for cover. The remaining two jaffa duck back into the doorway to the cell, using the two sides as cover. At least six plasma bolts fly over their heads as they duck behind the wall. The jaffa waste no time mourning or retrieving their dead, they are heartless. Their Ryn beams slice through the new enemy, yet at a slower pace due to the increase in forces. They quickly duck in and out of cover, attempting to hold back the oncoming forces from two directions. From behind the two defending jaffa, Razh'ek rises with his right arm raised. The Chaos Gauntlet glows just before it fires. A massive beam of Ryn energy is blasted down the opposite hall, and it does not let up. The giant orange beam almost takes up the entire corridor. Razh'ek uses his left hand to dial up the density, rotating his fingers on one of the activators. As the density of the orange beam increases it grows smaller, and Razh'ek waves his right arm from side to side. Any Jaffa who had survived the first blast now have their inards strewn across the floor, sliced into pieces by the Chaos Gauntlet. "Jaffa! Kree!" Razh'ek yells as he exits the doorway, taking a left down the only empty hallway. He fires a short blast down the one to the right, as the other two jaffa provide cover fire. Kale emerges, the form of Aria held over his shoulder in a black cloak, her arms hanging. The two jaffa follow, and the small group disappears down another hallway. The titan guard relentlessly pursue, stepping over the mass of dead bodies created by Razh'ek's attack. Another commander leads, stepping over the lifeless form of the previous. Razh'ek and his band make their way down a familiar route to Razh'ek, headed towards his old chamber... Edited by Razh'ek, May 25 2011, 11:55 PM.

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere: The blast doors of the Command Hub for the complex opens, as the Demi-Priest Argus rushes in. The Jaffa and Priest at their post all bow as Argus pushes a Jaffa aside and begins working at a console frantically. Argus looks up from the console and to a massive screen that shows the floor plan of the complex. Argus frowns as he says,” The inrtruders are using the service the corridors, they have left the Detention wing and are in route to the Research Wing, route all Jaffa to cross junctions 43A and 44A, stop them!!!!…..” As the Death Lord and his loyal warriors flee through the vast halls of the Complex, they fight a running battle, as hot on their heels, black armored Jaffa of the Titan Empire fire their staffs at the fleeing party. Raz’hek and his team flee through tunnel that comes out and turns into a long walkway that soars several hundred feet over the ground below. As he and his team flee through the glass walled catwalk the Death Lord looks out the clears walls as a roaring sound fills the tunnel. They all look as a “Harpy” class DeathGlider slowly rises into view and hovers several feet from the catwalk. The black glistening hull catches the rays of the Sphere’s sun as it turns and aims it’s Gatling Staff Cannon at the team on the catwalk, it’s screaming engines a defiant shout to the intruders in the Sphere……. |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula: Deep inside the swirling violent nebula, a massive hyperspace window opens, followed by nearly hundreds more. The massive form of the “Titan” class ship “Atok” enters normal space followed by the rest of the victorious “Grand Titan Fleet”. The ships begin to form up as they lock onto the nebulas beacons and begin to slowly move toward the immense Atlas Sphere. The fleet flies over the space lanes as thousands of cargo ships and haulers are dwarfed by the massive assembly of warships. The secure transmission to the fleet is sharp and clear, “Sphere Command to “Grand Titan Fleet” you are cleared to enter the Sphere, set auto nav. computers to track to lane #315 set engines to one quarter and relinquish helm control to Sphere flight control. Congratulations on your victorious campaign, HAIL ATLAS!!!!” Through out the great Sphere, cities and villages have their main holoprojectors come to life as the images of the great fleet are beamed to to them in a propaganda filled montage of images of martial glory and Imperial dominance. Millions take to the streets of the cities as they celebrate the returning heroes of the “Battle of Kualpuch”. |

Razh'ek and his jaffa did not stop as the "Harpy" deathglider zoomed alongside them. The deathglider turned to lock on, but then flew on up ahead. They reached the end of the tunnel, where the roof and walls opened up, leaving only a clear platform and rails. Just as they thought they were in the clear, the deathglider fell out of nowhere, hovering just above the platform in front of them. "Hmph" Razh'ek sneers as he walks forward, advancing in front of the cowering jaffa. The deathglider's gattling-staff cannon begins to turn as Razh'ek raises his right arm. Once again silver glimmering tentacles shoot forth, this time more numerous than before. One of them pierces the cannons, their orange glow dimming. The glider begins to pull away as more needle-like objects easily pierce the hull, going through both wings and the cockpit itself, wrapping their ends around the vessel. Kale looks up from his kneeled position, having fell to the ground to avoid any friendly-fire. Amazed by the sight, the deathglider is now motionless within the air, it's engines offline, held only by the Reflex X of Razh'ek. Aria lays by Kale's side, going in and out of consciousness. She catches a few glimpses of her savior just before falling back into darkness. As Razh'ek holds the deathglider with one arm, his palm begins to glow. A wide orange energy beam fires, shaking the glider as it impacts it's hull. Razh'ek dials up the density of the beam, raising and lowering his arm as if he were using a sword.... He turns to his jaffa as the Reflex X tentacles recede to his armor, "Rise up Jaffa! Kree!" The group runs over the platform and through a door to another facility, leaving the two halves of the deathglider behind, burning on the platform. |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere, Complex #30: As the unstoppable Death Lord leaves debris and ruin in his wake he makes the outer security doors of his old research facility. Red emergency lights flash about the lobby as Raz’hek followed by his group easily hacks the doors and enters the main corridor leading to his labs. As he approaches the doors to his lab time slows as the doors slide open and an immense figure fills the doorway. Raz’hek’s eyes grow wide as he looks upon the True Titan, the “Last Scion of the First Dynasty”, the “Dragon of Knossos”….Atlas. The massive Titan holds is right hand up, the hand that is encased with the DeathBringer gauntlet. Raz’hek sees the black gem in the center of the palm glow and is hit by a massive discharge of kinetic energy that lifts the Death God up and hurls backward into those who follow him. The force of the blast sends the whole party flying down the hall with an ear splitting boom. As Raz’hek hits the floor and slides, he curses as he slowly turns over and his blurry sight clears in time to see one of his Jaffa scrambling across the floor to reach his staff. The Jaffa’s head explodes like a rotten melon as bright silver hammerhead land son the back of his skull. Raz’hek looks up to see Atlas holding the end of the freshly bloodied “Styx”. The great Titan’s black shimmering armor seems as dark and forboding as the endless night of space itself, Atlas’s golend cloak ripples about him as he rises to his full height and hefts his great hammer onto his shoulder with one hand. Atlas’s black Spartan style helmet hides is face in deep shadows but the telltale flash of golden eyes tells Raz’hek all he needs to know as dozens of Jaffa flood from the lab, their staffs aimed as the Titan’s demonic voice booms out,” You have come a long way to die SHOL’VA!!” Atlas takes two large steps and with the point of his armored boot kicks the last Jaffa of the Death Lord in the ribs hurling him into the clear corridor walls with a sickening thud. Atlas turns and says,” I was indeed timely in arriving right as you committed your most foul and treacherous deeds.” The plates of the deck shudder under the might of Atlas as he stands over Raz’hek and snarls as he says,” Crippling the Net and destroying it are two different things child.” Atlas places both hands on handle of “Styx” as he holds it over his head and with deep breath says,” Any last words traitor!!!”……. |

Razh'ek watches as Kale flies through the air, hitting a wall with a deafening thud. Blood stains the golden walls as he slides to the floor. Razh'ek is already breathing heavily, but regains his composure and kneels to the ground, "My Lord, I have done all of this for your safety. The titan net can no longer be trusted, it must be reconfigured from the ground up. It is the only way, or history will repeat itself..." Razh'ek smiles slightly, chuckling before speaking next, "This would have gone a lot smoother had I not played the good guy, my Great Titan, I present you your daughter Aria..." Razh'ek motions behind him, where Kale had placed her before engaging in battle. She lay on the ground, slightly conscious and still covered by Razh'ek's spare robes, "I found her, being brainwashed and abused by a Demi-Priest Argus who claimed she served the Queen Qetesh, and thought that she deserved to be presented before you for a proper decision..." Atlas lost focus for a second, looking beyond Razh'ek at his pathetic daughter, "I am the all father! I have many children! Such a poor choice for your last words, Shol'va...thinking you can bargain your way out of this. I think I will kill you myself..." Atlas raises the deathbringer gauntlet one more time as it begins to glow. Razh'ek can see no way out of this, even if he were to use his Chaos Gauntlet it wouldn't be able to shrug off all of the incoming plasma bolt's energy. But it was worth a shot... The Deathbringer Gauntlet discharges it's plasma bolt, as Razh'ek's Chaos Gauntlet charges it's own weaponry... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About an hour earlier... As the massive "Atok" enters the sphere, Sinn sits within an isolated cargo hold aboard the ship. With all of his sensors shut down, and with the Titan Net crippled, he is virtually undetectable. The door to the cargo bay opens, as a few jaffa come in to pick up a crate. Sinn pokes his helmed head around another crate to observe them. As they walk out the still open door, Sinn rushes out from behind his cover, following them at a good distance. He finds that the halls are somewhat deserted, only having to avoid detection once by dodging into another hold. As he turns a corner he catches a glimpse of the two jaffa entering a code into a ring transporter panel, the rings rushing up around them; a white light swallowing them whole. Sinn rushes up to the panel, and just catches the sequence. Entering it again he steps onto the ring platform... For a split second he is almost nothing, molecules represented in a form of energy, flowing towards his destination. There is a bright flash, and he sees the rings fall back to the ground around him. He seems to be in some sort of storehouse, and upon further observation, a weapons storage facility. Sinn takes a crystal out of his pocket, turning it over in his hand a few times, remembering back to that time... "The OMEGA AI? Isn't that dangerous?" The Scion chuckles slightly, "As I said, it is more of a virus than an intelligence. Razh'ek has limited it's intelligence, and installed subroutines only he can activate. It only has one purpose at the moment...to disable the Titan AI. We fight fire with fire..." Sinn turns the crystal over in his hand, "Yet, if he can activate those subroutines, so can you Scion?" The Scion's grin could not get any larger, "Of course, and that is exactly what I have done. This control crystal will connect you with OMEGA, updating your interface and sensors"... Sinn raises his left arm, a control slot slides open on command. As he plugs in the crystal, every one of his system's starts. His sensors, HUD, even his energy blades start, stop, and then start again. It takes a few seconds before Sinn has control, which is followed by a deep male voice saying "Interface complete". "OMEGA?" The voice seems to come from nowhere, possibly in his head, . Sinn does not question this new found ability, "Status Update". Again the voice sounds, but at the same time displays a series of information in text on his HUD;
"Good, activate sensors..." The voice pangs out, "ACTIVE". "Locate...Razh'ek..." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Atlas lost focus for a second, looking beyond Razh'ek at his pathetic daughter, "I am the all father! I have many children! Such a poor choice for your last words, Shol'va...thinking you can bargain your way out of this. I think I will kill you myself..." Razh'ek looks down at his Chaos Gauntlet, noticing for the first time a red light steadily blinking on it's underside. Time seems to slow as he looks up into the glowing palm of Atlas's Deathbringer Gauntlet, instinctively raising his own arm and charging his weapon. With the upper hand, Atlas's weapon fires first, hurtling a massive plasma bolt straight at Razh'ek... There is a wild flash of light, followed by a black blur appearing from above. As the energy bolt hits there is another flash of light, yet no satisfying crunch or blood-curdling scream ensues. To the left of the smoking black mark on the floor is Sinn, clad in his smooth black armor, his helm making a faceless impression. Atlas has just enough time to look up at the hole in the ceiling, and back down again before Sinn is standing. Ripping off a small black rod from his wrist, Atlas is just able to fire a shot over Sinn's shoulder as he ducks to the floor, ramming the rod into the ground... As the Ryn Flux Emitter makes contact with the floor its head opens, projecting a straight blue energy beam. Within less than a second that beam peaks out above the crouching Sinn and Razh'ek, becoming a circular wave of dense energy. Foreseeing such a trick, Atlas ducks his head, avoiding the blast. The large crowd of jaffa and onlookers aren't as lucky. Multiple heads lay on the ground, severed from their bodies. Others are simply cut in half, too tall to be decapitated, their organs strewn about the place. As the blood begins to quickly puddle around their feet, Razh'ek rises. Sinn detaches another rod, standing at the ready as Atlas stops and thinks for a moment, "Now that seems a little fairer, my Titan..." Razh'ek raises his arm as silver, shimmering tentacles push forth, whipping rapidly throughout the air. His Chaos Gauntlet begins to glow orange, his left hand steadying the weapon, "All my help is for naught then? My loyalty to you, my Titan? I did this for your safety, surely you can see that!"... |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere, Complex #30: As the Death Lord’s dangerous tentacles lash about as the Titan takes a few steps back and looks about at the carnage in the lobby. He lets the sliver head of “Styx” drag across the floor shooting sparks about it as he does and subtly charges the great weapon. Atlas’s black Spartan helmet turns in Raz’hek’s direction and his demonic voice booms out, “You speak of loyalty and fealty to me, yet your actions speak differently, everywhere I look I see your hand, ruined equipment, dead servants. You already succeeded in crippling the net.” Atlas slowly raises the head of the great weapon “Styx”, with one hand he points the immense weapon in Raz’hek’s direction and says, “You profess honor and loyalty to me?” Atlas’s eyes glow from beneath the helmet as he says, “Very well, all you need do is one thing, one thing and I will personally help you finish this grand scheme of yours.” Atlas’s cloak billows about him as his chest plate reflects the glow from the warhammer. The plume on the Emperor’s helmet moves with a swaying motion as the larger than life Titan says, “All you need do is drop your weapons and….kneel before your Titan!!! Prove your loyalty and trust and all will be well!” Atlas braces his feet and places the head of the hammer on the floor before him, he places both of his hands on the upturned handle and looks down at Raz’hek expectantly……. |

Razh'ek stands for a second, slightly bewildered by the request; "Sinn..." Razh'ek says, nodding towards the figure behind him. As Sinn stores away the second flux emitter Razh'ek's reflex tentacles recede back to his armor, glimmering and rippling on the surface. "All of my actions have been for your benefit, my Titan, whether they help out now or in the long run. Such equipment and personel are easily replaceable. Of course, great Atlas, I once again show you my servitude..." Razh'ek kneels, bowing his head slightly. Sinn follows suit somewhat reluctantly, as if his legs are fighting to stand and not kneel. Razh'ek raises his head, still kneeling, "The question is, my Lord, do you accept our loyalty?..." Edited by Razh'ek, Jun 4 2011, 09:10 PM.

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere, Complex #30: A displeased grunt escapes from the lips of the great Titan as he turns and says, “I had almost hoped you would have denied me Death Lord, but in the end this is for the best.” Atlas hefts his great hammer in one hand and begins walking toward Raz’heks old labs as he says, “Come Raz’hek, your loyalty is accepted and acknowledged.” The doors of the lab swiftly slide open as the Titan enters the lab followed by the Death Lord and his warrior. Atlas stops and allows Raz’hek to proceed to a console, Atlas turns to another console and after some quick programming disables the lock outs as he says, “Your console has full access to the Net’s main programming hard frame, tell me Death Lord, what is the plan?” |

Razh'ek showed no expression of relief on his face, but merely walked over to the console as if nothing had happened. Fighting Atlas now would be foolish, it was not time yet. If this did anything, it only furthered his plans. All he needed was patience, and he had a lot of it. "If we are to prevent the Net AI from ever taking over again, I suggest you rebuild the system from the ground up...this will of course, mean we would need to erase the backups in the hub, and re-configure satellites throughout the galaxy...that is after we create the new program." Razh'ek plugs in a data crystal containing OMEGA, and without initializing the virus portion, brings up a holoscreen with a sort of mathematical blueprint for a new Titan Net; "It should be easy to re-write most of the code, as we already know the capabilities of the Net and can easily re-create them. The hard part will be controlling such an omniscient AI. I have been working on subroutines and failsafes for my own AI, OMEGA, and they have worked rather well. However at the moment, it can only do basic things. Such as, crippling the net..." Atlas's brow furrows slightly at this comment, but he continues to stare at the changing screen. "Once certain subroutines are locked away and the fail-safes are in place, the Titan Net will be restored to its former glory, only in a safer fashion. From here on, I propose a new advancement. One that will allow the Net AI some leniency, measured and controlled only by the qualified's order..." Atlas breaks his eyes away from the flashing screen, "What are you scheming now, Death lord? Let's hear it, I have had enough of this game." "Certain improvements can be made, making the Titan Net not just a significant strategic and defensive piece, but an ultimate weapon. Combined with OMEGA, all of subspace will be under it's control. Any ship within the Nets grasp with a standard communication system can be infected, hacked, and dealt with properly. Boundless information can be easily accessed. All it would require is an open channel. Of course, we'd have to come up with a way to take our forces out of the equation..." Razh'ek shuts off the screen, and removes the crystal, turning to Atlas as he does so... |

Milky Way Galaxy, Imperious Nebula, Atlas Sphere, Complex #30: The Titan’s menacing Spartan helmet turns to the Death God, his face hidden in the shadows as his demonic voice booms out, ”Interesting design, I see you spent your time well when you were here on the Sphere Raz’hek.” Atlas moves toward the console and looks up at the still displayed data and schematics as he says,” You realize you are playing with fire don’t you? The Net was my finest creation, but I knew it was flawed long ago. It is older then most of the living System Lords, in all that time it has taken what I have given it and grown.” Atlas moves past Raz’hek and looking off in the distance chuckles as he says,” This is not the first time it has tried to gain total power, every millennium or so it’s intelligence and intuitive matrixes grow beyond their program, making it a danger to the whole galaxy, the only difference this time is that I was not here to stop it.” Atlas turns, his cloak flaring behind him as he says,” Do you think you can out smart an AI capable of creating a duplicate of me for the sole purpose of fooling the galaxy and hiding the fact that it was really pulling the strings of the greatest Empire in history?!” Atlas looks at the screen again and says,” It is almost worthy of being one of my children with such antics, but alas, it cannot be allowed to continue this eternal dance.” Atlas leans over the console and begins furiously typing as the oldest scientist in Goa’uld history reverts from Warrior/King to brilliant researcher, he nods to himself and looking up at the now changing screen says,” Your OMEGA, has much potential but it has many more shortcomings, it would never be able to keep pace with the Titan Net, the Net processes Tens of Trillions of bits of information every millisecond, analyzing, sorting, cataloging, and sending them along it’s paths to the necessary locations.” Atlas holds up one finger as he says,” The truly dangerous part of the net is two of my finest programs, the Rapid Evolutionary Intelligence and the Progressive Learning/Intuition Matrix, those two programs are what gives the Net it’s ability to learn and grow and think for itself.” The images displayed on the screen change slightly as Atlas says,” But we can bridge the difference in programs by creating an interface with a cipher so that the two programs can communicate and the Rapid Evolutionary Intelligence and Progressive Learning/Intuition Matrix can teach the OMEGA program.” Atlas steps back from the console and folds his arms over his chest as he says,” There is nt need to fear the safety of our vessels, there is a subroutine in the Net to assure it never adversely effect coded vessels.” Atlas turns and moving close to Raz’hek looks down upon him and says,” You have done something incredible here Death God, I am proud of you, this will make the Net even more lethal then it ever was, I will fore go installing an archived copy and will let you personally install this new version.” Atlas walks past Raz’hek and grabbing the “Styx” turns and says,” Begin God of Death, bring the galaxy to it’s knees and bear witness to the restoration of the omnipresence of the “All Father”!!!!……. |

((OOC: Sorry for the late reply ))"As you wish, my Titan..." Razh'ek turns to the console, typing in a few things here and there to get started. He plugs OMEGA back in, as the console's interface changes yet again. As Atlas reaches the door, Styx in hand, Razh'ek stops him; "My Lord, I have but one question...What of your daughter, Aria?" Razh'ek nods to the almost lifeless form on the ground near the door... Edited by Razh'ek, Jun 10 2011, 01:08 AM.
