I was wondering how to water and mud proof speed control and esc , sevro the times i have seen your trucks go thur mud and water how do you protect all of these thing. I hope to get pics of my truck posted soon.when it comes in I bought off ebay.scorpion ax-10. :rockn: |

Rubber balloon for the ESC and receiver. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJF26&P=7 All of the traxxas electronics that are BLUE are waterproof. Traxxas servo. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXVEP2&P=ML Traxxas also makes a waterproof esc. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti00...3018x&search=Go The Novak Rooster Crawler has a water resistant case. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXSFR0&P=ML I have the rubber balloons on 1 truck and it works great. Im using the Traxxas ESC and Servo in another without problem. |

I heard of the balloon trick do you zip tie the ends and or super glue to make a good seal. :thumbsup: |

i use plasti dip. take your esc, receiver, etc. apart. dip it in plasti dip about 2 times for good measure, put the crystal back in, and put the case back on, and your GTG. or to be really safe do that, plus the balloon method. |
