The real question is where do you mount your battery, and why the heck you have weights on your back axle? |

On my ax-10 I had the ESC on the rear upper links, The receiver on the Trans, and a 3 cell lipo on the front upper links behind the servo. Posted Image Posted Image |

Well, it is always better to have a light rear end, and a heavy front end for when you go steep. My truck for instance, has a 7 cell saddle pack on the front and the electroncis are all mounted front the rear shockmount and forward. My truck can climb up a wall and sit almost paralell. |

oh i see. ya i actually run alittle weight in the center of my rear diff. i think that having an evenly balanced truck, with alittle more to the front, works pretty well for me. my esc is mounted center and on top of my chassis and rx is mounted on the rear uppers. they are so light they really make no difference where i put them. the rig still balances on it side. |

the battery ideally would be low as possible, foward on the chassis, but we shaftys cannot do that, well im sure someone could fab up some kind of crazy chassis. but ya over the axle seems to work for most. |
