I think the scale crawlers are awesome - I also like how this one uses some parts from the AX10 - this purchase was inspired by Rednck's video - I think he used an SCX10 w/the old school Toyota body - very cool crawler. I know these won't crawl as good as the 2.2's but at some point, even the most expensive & sophisticated crawlers have limits. I'm psyched. Here's what's on the way: Axial SCX10 4WD Truck Kit No Electrics Axial Trail Ranger Truck Body .040" Clear Novak Rooster Crawler/55T Motor Combo Hitec HS-5745MG Digital Giant Scale BB Servo S W.S. Deans Male Ultra Plug (2) Pactra Polycarb Outlaw Black 3 oz Pactra Polycarb Candy Blue 3 oz The stock Axial SCX10 body makes me puke, so I got this simple body - this crawler will be abused, not a pretty ornament that gathers dust on the living room shelf: Posted Image |

That might be good to have two bodies - one for bashing, one nice looking for competition when I show up and totally dominate, shock and humiliate my crawling peers. |

Just to let you know that 5745's not going to be fitting. Its a 1/4 scale servo. You need a 5995 or 7995tg |

Thanks - obviously, I didn't know that. The part numbers on Hitec servos are so close - I didn't notice the size differences, I was just looking at price and torque - I have a HS-5645MG in the Creeper - maybe I should swap the one I ordered out for another one of those? Thanks again. |
