Preventing Moving to the Next Cell After Typing Using keyboard shortcuts To prevent moving to the next cell after typing: Press Ctrl+ Enter (instead of Enter). OR Deselect the Move selection after Enter Direction checkbox, as described below. To change the move selection after pressing Enter: 1. From the Tools menu, select Options and then the Edit tab. 2. From the Move selection after Enter Direction dropdown list, select the desired direction. Posted Image |
