First off, here's the full card: MAIN CARD PRIDE champion Dan Henderson vs. UFC champion Quinton Jackson Marcus Davis vs. Paul Taylor (swing bout) Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic vs. Cheick Kongo Michael Bisping vs. Matt Hamill Houston Alexander vs. Alessio Sakara UNDERCARD Terry Etim vs. Gleison Tibau Jess Liaudin vs. Anthony Torres Tomasz Drwal vs. Thiago Silva Dennis Siver vs. Naoyuki Kotani I figured I'd post this thread a little earlier than the event this time around in case any of you are interested in checking it out since it's 100% free of charge right on Spike TV. One thing I've gotta say: the PPV is subtitled "Champion vs. Champion" because it's supposed to be UFC's 205-pound Champ vs. PRIDE's 205-pound Champ. Let me clarify, though, that both Dan Henderson and Rampage are both PRIDE fighters, so regardless of which one takes the victory, PRIDE is the winner. PRIDE has always had far better competition than the UFC. Also, since I'm bored, I'm gonna go ahead and make some predictions since I was 8 for 9 on the last PPV ![]() Hendo > Rampage Marcus Davis > Paul Taylor Cro Cop > Cheick Kongo Michael Bisping > Matt Hamill Alessio Sakara > Houston Alexander Terry Etim > Gleison Tibau I'm only familiar with one guy included in the remaining 3 matches, so I'll stop my predictions here. Anyone gonna check the show out? |

I feel that this is a better card than the the PAY PER VIEW a week later. I remember seeing Houston Alexander knock out Chuck Liddell's next opponent (not too good with names) in under a minute at Liddell vs. Jackson, so I'll definitely be looking out for him. I got to go with Rampage for the main event. Oh...hey guys  |

I'll probably check it out. I am not a big fan of UFC though. But, I will "probably" watch it. |

I predicted Sakara to beat Alexander mainly because Alexander's only had that one fight with Jardine, and it was too quick for me to judge how good of a fighter he is. Jardine went into that fight way too confident. He thought fighting Alexander was a step down from his KO victory over Forrest Griffin, and he paid for it. If Drew McFedries beat Sakara, Alexander should be able to. Still, I'm not sold on him yet. BTW... I hope Rampage wins the main event as well I just believe Dan's too much for him.
