OOC: Ok here it is.. I haven't had a computer all week, so bare with me here. This roleplay pretty much has three hours of work into it. I tried my best to make it look good.

Good luck, G and Jamal. :D

Not my best. But not my worst either.

Kayl: This is going to be so awesome.

Our scene comes on backstage during SCW Out of Control. We see Donovan Kayl carrying a handheld camera in his hands, attempting to remain unassuming as he passes through the backstage area, followed by the handheld camera of Skylar Desoubrais, with Skylar behind the camera manning (or, I guess it would be wo-manning) the scene. Walking through the gorilla position, Kayl is stopped by a producer for SCW.

Producer: Hey, what’re you…

Noticing the camera in Kayl’s hands, but not Kayl’s face itself, he pushes Kayl through the curtain, assuming that he is in the building filming documentary footage on behalf of SCW. Sucker!

Producer: Get out there! You’re late!

Kayl leans back and whispers to Skylar, who is following him under the cover of darkness.

Kayl: You hear that? We’re late.

Skylar: Don’t tell me you’re going to start repeating everything everyone says.

Kayl looks around, a little bit worried.

Kayl: Pfft… uh… no?

They begin to walk down beside the aisle, not wanting to be caught. Kayl turns back to the camera held by Skylar, the one recording this scene.

Kayl: Mr. Ackart wants to play things a little rougher than normal. Then this is what happens.

Our feed shifts over to the one from SCW Out of Control.

Evans keeps trying to hold on as Rachel Foxx jumps up and down on the outside. Ackart keeps pulling back when suddenly, Ackart’s nailed in the head with a hand held camera. Ackart falls back to the mat and the cameras zoom out to see Donovan Kayl standing over Daniel Ackart. Skylar is at ringside with a camera of her own, videotaping the event for a Kayl TV exclusive, no doubt.

Johnson: “Jesus Christ! Ackart’s out of it. He just got drilled by a camera to the head!”

Sharper: “Kayl is obviously getting a bit of revenge for Breakdown and he said on Hostility he was going to go after Ackart!”

Dawson: “And Skylar’s videotaping the entire attack.”

Rachel looks on in shock on the outside. Kayl just smiles down at Ackart before turning and backing out of the ring. The bell meanwhile had rang earlier, ending the match with a disqualification victory for Ackart. Kayl exits the ring and Rachel enters the ring. Skylar backs off a bit before Kayl returns to her. He brings her in close and Rachel crawls over to Ackart. Evans rolls over and slowly starts to get up, holding his neck. Kayl and Skylar make their way to the back as Jamal looks around a bit confused in his own right.

Dawson: “Well at least for Jamal Evans, he didn’t need to worry about Justin Davis. Kayl came down here and disrupted things enough!”

KAYL-TV EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE

We return to see Donovan Kayl backstage, jumping up and down in celebration. He still has the remnants of what was a pretty nice camera in his hands as he makes it to the locker-room, doubling today as the Kayl TV studio.

Kayl: You see that? You catch what happened out there?

Skylar: Yeah… I was filming it, remember?

Kayl stares blankly, before shrugging his shoulders.

Kayl: Anyway, that is the direct result of their actions on Breakdown. And by “them”, I mean Daniel Ackart and Rachel Foxx.

Skylar: I think we figured that out.

Kayl: That’s a good thing.

Skylar: Except, Rachel didn’t exactly get hit with anything. She just watched.

Kayl’s gusto suddenly gets turned down a notch. Or five.

Kayl: Yeah. But she was helpless to stop me… and helplessness is just as bad as actually being attacked… right?

Skylar: Maybe to some people, but…

Kayl: Exactly!

Skylar: That was it?

Kayl: That was really it… I don’t need much more. Sure, there’ll be a hollow challenge. But after that, Ackart knows that he best not get onto my bad side again. Now, what say you we go celebrate.

Skylar now stares blankly.

Skylar: I have no idea what you just said.

Kayl: Oh… wanna get some food?

Skylar: Ok!

Leaving the expensive equipment behind and locking the door with 20 locks!!!, Kayl and Skylar head out of the arena to catch some food, and maybe a couple of drinks…

THE NEXT MORNING

We turn on the camera to see Skylar Desoubrais, half sitting on a bed and dressed in plaid pajama pants and a pink tank top. Under the covers, we see the head of Donovan Kayl barely peeking above the surface. Skylar presses with her hands down on Kayl, attempting to shake him awake.

Skylar: Donny… wake up.

Kayl simply lets out a long, drawn out groan. She shakes him again.

Skylar: Come on… you have a match against Ackart and Justin Davis you have to film something for.

Kayl:

Skylar: What?

Kayl:

Skylar: What are you…

Kayl: DA-VIS!

Skylar jumps back at the sudden expulsion of energy. Kayl collapses back in his place.

Skylar: You’re hung over, aren’t you?

Kayl nods his head, still stuck in his stupor.

Skylar: Then how are you going to get your message across?

Kayl pulls his arm out and, with all the energy he has, points to Skylar. Skylar jumps again.

Skylar: Uh uh… no way. I can’t do your piece for you.

Kayl emits another groan. Skylar, hesitantly, pulls another shirt overtop her pajama shirt. Shaking her head, she looks back at Kayl.

Skylar: You owe me big time, Mister.

Kayl musters up the energy to put a thumb up in the air. Skylar, still shaking her head, turns to the camera which has been conveniently positioned and turned on for just this purpose. As she starts, the sound of wavering uncertainty can be heard in her voice.

Skylar: Well, I’m not exactly sure what I need to say here. I’m sure Donny had all these wonderful one-liners and quips that he was planning to throw out, but since he’s a little hung over right now, you have to settle for me. I’m not good at this whole “trash talk” thing, but I’ll give it a shot.

She looks back at Kayl again, who has rolled over in bed so his back is now to the camera.

Skylar: Do you know why we attacked Daniel Ackart at Out of Control? Well… why he did? It was to send a message. Or something, I guess. It certainly got the attention of SCW Management enough to book the tag match for Hostility. I mean, it’s not rocket science either, is it? It’s wrestling. If you cheat someone out of a victory, then you have to expect a retaliatory attack. I’m not too worried about the return they have planned. It’s not like people haven’t hurt me before. And Donny is more than capable of defending himself. I guess you could say that we are prepared for the consequences of what we do… though I personally would rather they not come at all. And, since Justin Davis is added into the mix, I guess that’s something else we may have to deal with, but we really have no beef with him. I guess the main point of all this is that Donny will be more than ready come Hostility. He certainly won’t be hung over, if you’re wondering that. And he’ll come prepared to do his best to win the match…

Just then, Kayl starts to skulk by. Skylar turns to face him, noting that he still looks less-than-keen.

Skylar: Wow, Donny… you look like hell.

Kayl groans.

Kayl: Thanks… love you to.

Skylar’s eyes suddenly light up, showing a life she had never before shown.

Skylar: What!?

Kayl: What?

The scene fades.

OCC- Good Luck Fellas!

“Jamal, you got to relax homey and just chill.”

“There’s your drink sirs.”

“Thanks”

The waitress at the bar walks off with her empty tray in her hand. Jamal and three friends: Rob, Darius, and Shawn sit at a round table at the far corner of the bar, each drinking a bottle of their choice of a alcoholic beverage. His three friends are having a good time but Jamal just sits down with his bottle of Smirnoff Vodka looking pretty irritated. Shawn takes a sip from his bottle of Miller Lite beer, sets in down on the table and starts to speak.

“Jamal, what’s the problem man? Everybody else is checking out the fine ass ladies around here and having a good time but you. Their all eyeing you up playa, you just aren’t pay attention. And I’m not talking about just plain old bitches. These chicks got the flavor that makes you say damn for like an hour long. Look around man, you won’t be disappointed.”

Jamal just sits at the tables staring down at the wooden table with an angry look on his face. He moves his head a little to the side and rolls his eyes to the side for a quick second to see these women but then just focuses his attention right back down to the wooden tables and rolls his eyes.

“Man enough is enough. Jamal we took you hear to have a nice time since you were pissed you lost at that big pay per view. But obviously you aren’t even trying to make any effort anyways.”

“What the hell am I suppose to do? Laugh around and party when I’m getting closer and closer to being jobless? Losses aren’t acceptable now. What do think it feels like to have a shaky job already and then have some bum make you look even worse? The only reason I’m even getting a little spotlight now is because I’m getting jumped by white American trailer park trash. How do you think that makes me feel?”

“Your suppose to get over it. Their isn’t anything you can do now. You have a time machine somewhere were your going to go back in time and win your match? I don’t think so. You got to forget about it and use it as feul for next week but until then you can’t let it ruin your day. You got us here laughing our asses off, drinking, looking at fine ladies, and having a good time. And all your going is looking like some emo kid who wants to cut his wrist.”

“It isn’t as easy as you make it out to be. You just can’t forget about it. That’s not my line of work. This stuff sticks with you all week and it’s your job to do something about it.”

“Then do something! Don’t just sit there and touch yourself. You want to do something, then do it!”

“Man whatever.”

Jamal scoots his chair out from under the tables while he stands up and walks away heading towards the bathroom. He walks away from the tables and walks towards the bathroom while seeing women in front of him eyeing him up. He walks into the bathroom and walks over to the urinal and takes a quick piss. After about ten seconds, he flushes the toilet and goes over to the sink to wash his hands. He throws water onto his face and just stares blankly at the mirror in front of him and begins to talk to himself.

“Am I really going to let that bullshit decision ruin my day? I got my fellas here, some fine women having a good time. Am I going to let that decision ruin my night and ruin my fun? This shit ain’t like me yo.”

Jamal splashes water against his face again and then again stares blankly at the mirror in front of him.

“Man I can handle this garbage tomorrow and settle it next Thursday in the ring. I’m not going to let that garbage decision by the ref ruin my night. Justin Davis will get his and get knock the fuck out next time I see him and David Ackhart will get his when the time is right. No more thinking about wrestling. Time to have some damn fun…”

Jamal splashes water on his face again and then wipe his face off with a paper towel and once the towel removes from his face, it reveals a big grin on the face of Jamal. Jamal then throws the paper towel out in the trash can right next to the sink and then walks out the bathroom still with that huge grin on his face. He walks past the women who were eyeing him up on the way into the bathroom and smacks one of their asses.

“Hey baby, you got to give me that number before the nights over. I’ll be waiting…”

The women just smiles and watches him walk off back to his table. He sits down at his table with that big grin on his face and wants his friends notice it, they get huge grins on their faces too ready to party. Jamal chugs down the rest of his bottle of vodka as the scene closes out.

On Thursday Night at Hostility I’m facing off in a tag team match against Justin Davis and David Ackhart. Should I be worried? Justin Davis has never looked good when he does show up in small little spurts and David Ackhart, our match was pretty close up until the controversial ending so all I have to do is make one less mistake and make him make one more. It’s not liked he pinned me or got me tapping. So I guess the only thing I should be worried about is if the security in the crowd start to get lazy and lets Justin sneak in through the crowd and take me out. But also backstage he had a little fun taking me out from behind.

My partner will be Donovan Kayl so the majority of my worries are gone already. Kayl is a respected veteran with multiple big times matches under his belt. He already knows not to fold under pressure and it’s going to take more then Ackhart’s little fairy mind games to take him out because god knows it’s definitely not going to be with his physical wrestling skills.

Kayl knows what it takes to win a match. He knows every little trick in the book so you know he’s a threat to anybody. He’s been in these situations multiple times so half my worries are already gone. I’m pretty satisfied to be tagging with Kayl in this match. One on one he can beat either of these two bums and one on one I WILL takes Justin Davis out and I already showed at Out Of Control I can hold my own with Ackhart in the ring. I handed his little mental techniques in the ring not to bad so we have to be the favorite in this match.

But not only do I like Kayl on my side for the winning result at the end but the key experience too. Those young stars in the NBA, NFL, NHL, or Baseball didn’t become all-stars over night or just by hard work. Yes their hard work put them on that level which made them superstars but they didn’t become all-stars without solid experience backing that talent. They faced the best and got better because when they faced the greats from other teams they learned what they had to do to be big. The same goes for me tagging with Donovan Kayl. I ain’t going to lie I don’t know everything or have every skill in the art of professional wrestling and that weak record shows it. I’ll get to learn from him and get some key experience on the way.

Thursday Night we should have no problems dealing with these two idiots. My unrelenting style mixed with my sick athletic ability mixed with Donovan Kayl’s slick in ring style just scream victory. I mean Justin Davis only looks barely macho when he’s attacking me from behind and then speaking like a retarded redneck that I can’t even comprehend what he’s saying afterwards “Cuz I can”. But his resume in the ring proves he’s nobody. I already ran over why Ackhart wouldn’t beat me last week. My physical skills are ten years beyond his so he’ll need every mental advantage he can get but Kayl’s too slick and experience to fall for his little fairy mind games as stated above.

So now Justin Davis I ask you, are you done acting like a 5-year-old princess? Are you actually going to grow balls and come out from the back down the entrance ramp where I can actually see you face to face? I don’t know much about that little Glacier princess either or what he’s telling you but damn it from an observant point of view, quit listening to him. He’s going to get you killed. You don’t attack people from behind! The weak shit will get you killed son. Maybe it’s not Glacier and it’s just the fact you have been to prison and is use to men attacking other men from behind in the showers. Nevertheless where you heard it from, you best stop before you get hurt.

Nobody likes that garbage and nobody respects it. I honestly don’t give a shit with who your trying to impress. You want to impress D? Attack SAC or Iceman or any other person who annoys him. Even Katie Steward though she’s a girl I wouldn’t put it past you. Not me, somebody who’s not even on his damn radar. If your trying to impress the other fellas in the back, why not just win a few matches over good opposition? Or you could do probably your personal favorite hobby. You and Glacier can go to the back and stimulate their private parts. I wouldn’t put that past you either. If your trying to get the crowd to like you? Fuck them. You can have them, I could care who cheers for me even though they mostly boo me anyways. Don’t be attacking me, just piss in Greg Cherry’s cool aid and then they’ll definitely love you! But man you put yourself in the wrong position definitely at the wrong time. You jumped me so now you have to pay the ultimate consequence. I’m still waiting for you to man up and face me mono to mono but I don’t see that happening anytime soon with us in the same match at Hostility. Sucks to be you…

David Ackhart, you didn’t beat me so any confidence you got off that gift from the refs decision on the outcome of the match just kill it right now. Any thought that you have more of a mental advantage over me for this match, just kill it right now. The only difference between the Jamal Evans walking in Thursday Night at Hostility and the one that walked in at Out Of Control is I’m a lot more focused and a lot more angrier. That bullshit decision by the ref to give you the match and not restart it cost me my third straight win. Kayl barely tapped you so don’t be acting like the match couldn’t have been restarted. I got screwed because the SCW and the people that run it are a bunch of pussies. I’m going to prove that I was going to eventually be the winner of that match anyways this Thursday when me and Kayl take you both out with no questions asked. So all this crap about you being better then me, it dies Thursday night. You can put your whole house on that.

Donovan Kayl let’s show these fools how to get the job done. Let’s let Justin Davis feel what I felt at the pay per view when he jumped me. Put him the receiving end of a non-stop beating. An David Ackhart, we both got unfinished business with him. We both know he can’t lace up either of our sneakers. All we got to do is prove it brother. By any means necessary we will win this match. Let’s just make it happen!

Justin Davis you want to play rough? Well then we can play rough. I’ll be looking for your ass Thursday so try not to hide. Let’s see if you can man up and face me face to face because unlike you I can back up what I speak. You can’t unless you outright say “I’m going to jump somebody.” So Thursday prove me wrong and do it with me. Quit speaking and be about it…
