A Structured Warning

..:: The Letter

Dear Mr. Daniels

Let me be the first to congratulate you on your minor success at beating a man that was far from ready to be here at the SCW, this success however is not due to be long lived I regret to say. Of course you showed fight and you showed that you have many strengths but I don't believe that you are worthy of calling your time here successful Mr. Daniels, your time here has only just begun and I don't believe after this weeks Breakdown, you will be able to call it a success...

We're not similar you and me, Mr. Daniels. Yet we have one factor in common - that being the fact that we had very poor opposition in our dark matches. There's no way to judge you or me, and that can be very dangerous Mr. Daniels. After hearing what you had to say when you arrived in the SCW, I’m sure last weeks victory would have massaged your ego that little bit more. Why do I call this dangerous? Maybe because I know how you egoistic waste of human flesh and energy think. The confidence will be high, and you will think that due to such a successful fight against your first opponent, that this adrenaline will continue and that you can beat anyone. You may even be foolish enough to underestimate me. I highly advise you that you don't Mr. Daniels.

I hear your thoughts Mr. Daniels, why should you listen to anything I would have to say? A just question. But the reason is that things will be very difficult when you come up against a man who can mentally drain you from any physical and positive energy you may have.

I send you this letter in aid of your preparations Mr. Daniels. Just like any of my opponents prior to yourself, I have always notified them of the inevitable and of my methods. Many have understood and took it all into account - resulting in them putting up at least a little response. But many others Mr. Daniels have not been so shroud in their approach and tend to ignore my warnings, believing everything I say will not come true – thinking that they are better, that a time won’t come when I will be on top of the match. None of these men have stood over me in victory Mr. Daniels, therefore if you wish to overcome your fear and be successful against me this week – I suggest you arrive with an open mind.

It is quite common that men like you like to address yourself as the best, and compare yourself to the best in a new federation just because of the achievements they have accomplished in previous federations. I too can boast my unbeaten streak. I too can speak of the World Championships that I have won, the Mighty Lion Championships I have won, but that is not relevant in a new federation like this Mr. Daniels. Here everyone starts with a clean slate, here just like last week, everyone first fights in a dark match, and then they are filtered through the ranks, slowly making their mark in peoples minds. Past success is history Mr. Daniels, but it is the question that ‘can we replicate this success in this federation?’ that we must attempt to answer.

You may have played this game long enough Mr. Daniels, and I’m sure that you want to continue to play it for the foreseeable future. But I don’t see this as a game Mr. Daniels. This is more than just a game for me, it’s a fight. Just like the first ever brawl I took part in, I have always made sure I bring my power, my strength and my ability to take a blow before delivering an even heavier blow to my opponent. There’s nothing better then feeling my opponent crumbling before me as I brutalise them before introducing them to my own dark world.

My dark world Mr. Daniels has an atmosphere and an environment like nothing you will have seen. Just as you feel you have fallen and there’s nothing else that can go wrong, these beautifully bitter spirits that surround me will take you up on a whirlwind. Every energy, and every hope you may have in your body will be sucked out, and you will want the brutalisation to stop. The night may end, and you may even fight again, but those demons will not leave you after that night, Mr. Daniels you will face your deepest fear, and you will remember our meeting, over and over again.

Normally I’m not one to hand out threats, and I do let my actions speak louder than words. But there are occasions when I feel that this industry is corrupt, and men have to talk about their matches to build the hype. I still disagree with this format, as a man should be judged by the strength in his arm and mind than the strength of his tongue, and I shall make sure that is what I represent this week on Breakdown.

Be careful Mr. Daniels, I do hope you are well aware of what you will be saying, and what you are getting yourself prepared for. For this is no normal opponent you are facing Mr. Daniels, I am more than you will ever imagine.

I’m sure you shall be trying your best to get me riled up, trying to get me angry and snapping around to break my focus and make my blood boil. But unfortunately for you Travis, I’m not one to get angry over what someone says. I’ve conditioned myself well with regards to any mind games you believe you can play, because I know what I have to do and exactly how I must do it. Anger is not an emotion I associate myself with as I believe I am not affected emotionally over what someone says, because they are just mere words. I believe actions do speak louder, yet people like you cannot make your actions sound louder than your pathetic words. For anger is just one of five vices that taint men of this world - cowardly men with the mindset similar to you.

Upon reading this letter I know you shall get angry, you may feel undermined and think that I have the upper hand over you. You may feel angry and want to face me right away so you cab try and inflict some pain on me, but I'm afraid that is the rage and anger that will be burning within you. I believe this rage, this anger is very dangerous, because once the heat rises to your head, and you lose the ability to remain composed, to stay focused. If you don't feel angry now I'm sure you will definitely feel angered when we meet in the ring, when you find out that any move you try, does not affect me... You will then not feel angry with me, but yourself, and your limited mental strength and physical ability to overpower me. That is when I will strike Mr. Daniels. That is when I will make my mark over you.

As I have mentioned in one of the paragraphs above, you are also prone to holding another vice - this time being ego. You are very egoistic Mr. Daniels, and this is dangerous for you, as I don't know what you will do when this ego of yours is shattered into dust. There is always hype surrounding the new man in the federation, but just how will you have the ability to see past the other side of the fence. Some call this a mental strength, but I call this a weakness, for one should never over indulge in confidence as it leads to an ego that he himself cannot challenge. You cannot believe that due to your achievements, you will be successful here Mr. Daniels, for it is only with passion, desire and hard work that this can ever be achieved, so I do advise you to not run your mouth so much to then not have the time to construct a strategic game plan.

I can see how you are attached to greed, as all you see in your sights is the World Championship. Mr. Daniels although I do admire every man and woman making their aims heard and met in life, I believe that to achieve those goals, one must concentrate fully on what is standing in the way of you, and seeing how you will attempt to overcome your obstacles. I hope you have thought of this Mr. Daniels, and I hope for your sake that you do not become over swamped by such desires, as you may just forget about the men that stand in front of you.

You may sit around, letting others know you’re not afraid, and that you are ready to face me. You may talk of your achievements, and how you beat your last opponent. You may let your ego get the best of you if you act tough and say that you’re a previous champion in another federations therefore no one can beat you - that you will be the champion, and so you should be in for a title shot. The unfortunate news for you Mr Daniels, is that your hopes and ego will come to a dramatic end; with you failing to impress. As I shall make you look very embaressed, and show the people of SCW just how pathetic your attempts of winning are. This is a fight Mr Daniels, never before have I underestimated my opponent and that is not going to change any time soon. I respect you for the fears you carry, and I believe they are the fears I will make you face. Your deepest fears Mr Daniels, fear of you being stripped of those false materialistic attachements, fears of made to look like a laughing stock, fears of being brutalised at the hands of someone else. I don't take this as a game Mr Daniels, I see every fight as though it is my last, and so I fight and hurt people as though it was their last. I am a very serious man Mr Daniels, and I won't compromise for anyone, especially the likes of you.

But reading this i know you shall feel under this illusion that you are unbeatable, and not afraid, flying in your pride because you’re constantly intoxicated by your false thoughts. I will confess that you won't know exactly what will be happening with your mind and your body, because you will be in submission to me, but when you look back to these times, after you've been in the ring with me, you will realise Mr Daniels - Your deepest fear will forever be perfectly clear.

I conclude this letter with a simple overview of how things will be for you for at least the next coming months. You have arrived looking to add to your success from elsewhere, you believed you would be as succesful and walk right into a title shot. You may still believe this, and you had every right to think that. But all those rights were removed the moment you was booked into a match with me. You see i dont pick my opponents Mr Daniels, i very rarely ever do as whoevers time is up, will always have a fight to remember when facing me.

Soon all these luxarys and freedom you have will be just a twisted little memory. You'll cower just like everyone else when I move through the halls, halls they once may have thought were safe. So get used to looking away, never quite meeting my eyes. You may have be a champion in another federation, you may be the one who has the ability to talk, you may be a tough man, but there is something that you are not, and wont be in the future. And that Mr Daniels is that you will never be my equal!

Although you don't realise it just now, I have you in a clutch, there's nothing you can do in order for me to release you Mr Daniels but you are entitled to try. You will enter the light of my dark world Travis, and you will feel every energy that I feel every day. That world is one that I belong to, that I control. You will become weak, you will feel broken, and that's when you will realise that everything I had written to you in this letter was true. You will be facing your deepest fear at Breakdown this week.

And that much Mr Daniels, is Simply Inevitable!

With regards

Well if there was one thing that you said that was true, it was this; I will certainly never be your equal. And that’s because I am definitely miles above you. Last time on Breakdown all of you got a small taste of what this company is in store for. Last week only proved which one of us was really ready for the big time of SCW. And thankfully for SCW as a company, I was the one that proved he was ready for the spotlight. I mean could any of you imagine if Compton Ass Carl somehow managed to win that match? This company would go bankrupt faster then Enron did. But you are right when you said it was a minor success. It won’t be a chapter in my eventual autobiography. But it was however a launching pad to my eventual rise up the ladder of SCW. And we all need one of those don’t we? Of course we do. I mean just look back at the match from last week. Everything I told that waste of life came true as if I was the second coming of Nostradamus. I told him he would understand that he was nowhere near my level and I showed him that. I told him that all he would have are his fantasies and his dreams, and I bet even as I say this; he is lying in some gutter dreaming about what his career could have been. But unfortunately for him he ran into a train on Breakdown and his career suddenly became a trainwreck. So did that win boost my ego a little more? Of course it did and why shouldn’t it? I did what I said I would do. But besides that, I have a question to ask of you. Why is it such a bad thing to have confidence and an ego these days? Are all you people that low on self-esteem that you need people to be just like you? I guess it is really true. Misery does in fact love company. And if that’s the case then I am damn proud that I am not any of your friends because I am anything but a miserable person.

Now, I may be full of confidence. And the adrenaline from getting my first win out of the way is probably still coursing through my veins. But that doesn’t mean that I am somehow going to underestimate you. I never underestimate any of my opponents. Honestly I can’t even think of a good enough reason to underestimate you. I noticed all throughout your lovely and very sentimental letter, you kept telling me that you are going to mentally drain myself of any physical and positive energy. Now I know you don’t know me very well, so let me tell you a little about myself. I don’t go down easily. If you think you have me beat, I will get my shoulder up. If there is one shred of energy left inside of me, I will pick myself up off the mat. If there is one last breath in my lungs then you better know that I will keep on fighting. So if you really want to drain me of my energy, then you better hope to whatever person you idolize that I don’t have any energy left inside of me. Because if I miss one speck of energy or one little breath then you better know right now that I will not die. That’s just how I am. But don’t take this the wrong way. I am not ignoring your warnings. In fact I am taking them to heart. I listened very closely to what you plan on doing to me and the only thing I can say to them is this. You have to catch me first. If you think that I am going to get one look at you and tell myself that I have no chance at winning because of your “fear factor” then you are absolutely wrong. In fact what are you without that fear factor? It seems to me that all you have is the mental game. You want to scare your opponent before he even steps into the ring.

Sadly for you I am not that intimated. I know you wouldn’t know this but you are not the first big man I have ever faced in my career. In fact in another company I faced a man who was 7 foot 1inch and I defeated him. And ironically enough he is a lot like you. But that didn’t scare me. I don’t let somebody’s height or whatever get in the way of the match because without the height and the scary warnings, you are just like anybody else in SCW. So I won’t be running away from you at Breakdown, I will be running at you. In the hallways, I won’t look away from you, I will stare you right in the eyes. I won’t cower at the mere sight of you, I will walk right by you as if there is nothing different about you then anybody else in this place. You see, your act might work on everybody else, but it doesn’t work on a guy like me. I don’t let anything push me around. Especially when it comes to fear. You think a guy who just said that he wouldn’t run away for you is scared? There is a lot about me you don’t know. I am afraid of absolutely nothing. I have been put through hell. People told me that I should quit the business, that I would never amount to anything, that I give whatever company I step foot into a bad name. But yet I stayed in every company that ever said that to me. I looked them all in the face and told them to fuck off because I wasn’t leaving. There is nothing that I don’t fear. And sadly for you, you are on that list. I don’t fear anything about you and I never will. But I am sure you have heard this all from countless people before. This is probably the same old song and dance for someone like you right? Well wrong. I am not those other losers. They all gave up. They knew they didn’t have it in them to win. But I do. I know that I have the ability to win. And that separates myself from everybody else.

Now despite what you may think, I am not angry at you. I am not letting your warnings get to me. I am not allowing your words to throw me off of my game plan. You see unlike what you might think about me, I am not allowing myself to let my emotions get the better of me. I am a very patient man. I am not chopping at the bit to face you right now. I am not pacing back and forth in my hotel room waiting to get you in the ring. I am going to be patient because I know in a few short days I will get you there. Why should I let myself get angry? There is absolutely no reason for it. So trust me when I say that I am not now and I wont be heated in that ring. And that must throw a chink into your game plan right? You are used to guys getting all angry and losing there cool. But not me. I am going to be cool, calm and most definitely composed. I may have lofty goals to reach but I know what is ahead of me. I realize that I have to win to get to where I want to go so believe me when I say that I am completely focused on what I have to do. And what I have to do is get through you at Breakdown. And I don’t care if how I get through you, but I will do it…and I will impress in the process. So I’m sorry to say that your plan on embarrassing me on Breakdown wont’ happen because it is I that will embarrass you. And I will show everybody in SCW and everybody in the arena just how pathetic you really are. You seem to think that you have some kind of clutch on me already. Well I see it differently. You have nothing on me. Nobody has anything on me. You think you do, but I know how to get away. So you will remain lonely in world of darkness as I escape your grasp. And as I escape, I am going to leave you behind me as I race up the ladder as you continue to live at the bottom of the world, which is exactly where you belong.

You made it seem like it was a bad thing for me being booked against you. But I think it it’s a bad thing that you were being booked against me because if you lose how do you recover? How can you walk around here with that aura? It wont be that people will have to look away from you. No, in fact it will be the other way around. When you lose to me at Breakdown you will have to look away from everybody else.

And that…is a fucking catastrophe.

A New Motive…

Bad timing, that's all it was as Tactical Warfare came too early for Zachriel Donahue and his prime time debut - however it was something that wouldn't bother him too much. He is a man who would be expected to deliver on the grandest stage of them all, but he understood that it is more important to prove your worth first and that is exactly what he is looking to do this week against Travis Daniels.

Tactical Warfare was very intriguing to the man, making himself well aware of the drama behind the SCW underground championship - rules and a match which he is very well aware of. It's quite common in this day and age to expect a bit of blood in a match, but Zachriel is very fond of inflicting as much pain as possible, whilst enduring enough to make him feel satisfied.

If you hadn't already worked it out, this mans very unorthodox. The style in which he speaks, the riddles he creates, and the wondrous metaphors that no one would even think of. But it wasn't just the mans words that was different; it was also his character, attitude and appearance. It was a site you never had to see twice to remember. A tall towering figure, usually sitting up erect on a loud, fully customised black and chrome Harley Davidson - it's been considered by many that this is a dangerous combination, especially those who have seen Darkside carry himself in the ring and the way he goes about his business.

He doesn't fear anyone, and doesn't mind a bit of pain, but look into his eyes and you see an unemotional man who looks deadly pail, who may speak in that deep yet smooth voice, and yet you'd wish you had just walked by. It's terrifying to think a man so big, so built is so strange. The first thing you think is that he could do a lot of damage if he has something on his mind, the second thing you think is, whether you want to be there to witness what he will do. But something you wouldn't ever think is along with the strength size and power comes a smart, calm mind, which is always ready to inflict pain in as many ways as possible.

He holds high expectations of himself at all times, therefore never relies on something which could ever take his concentration off the match, or of the obstacle ahead of him. Very rarely has he been part of a stable, yet there are many stables within the supreme championship wrestling, all with their own agenda's - but that won't affect the dark rider, and it would never interest him either.

It's his first appearance on a Breakdown show in which his skill, strength and ability will be judged for the first time. It does look odd seeing Zachriel Donahue so close to the top of the card, but that is how every federation works these days, you cannot walk into a federation and expect yourself to be a main carder - Zachriel is fully aware of that, and he made it clear in a letter to his next opponent Travis Daniels, who obviously thought differently about his own opportunities.

It's amazing how this dark mans mind works, as he prefers a personal touch to anything he does - this time sending a letter directly to Travis Daniels. He wanted to make the first move, to notify Travis of what he could be dealing with. But a hand written letter is not how a normal superstar would work, he'd need a promo, an interviewer, a camera in place so that he can get his message across to Travis and the rest concerned. But Zachriel doesn't do this, he couldn't care about what people want or accept - Darkside will only do as he pleases, whatever satisfies him. The man has a motive far more important to him than winning or losing. He knows that a defeat can come from the biggest cheap shot or a quick school boy roll up and defeat can also be a result of a disqualification.

Zachriel's main priority is to make sure people remember him for each and every match he fights in, that he is the most feared man in the industry, and this is not achieved by just winning the first two matches, and Darkside knows that. Right now he is making all the preparations required to complete one task of the whole project, and that task is to disassemble Travis Daniels and bring the egoistic man back to the ground.

Full marks to Travis Daniels however, he did have much to say regarding Zachriel’s letter, but his response, his style, and his creativity were disappointing. He merely answered the questions Zachriel had asked, he just commented on something Zachriel had said.

There was nothing coming directly from the man, which was preplanned or thought of otherwise. It makes you ask the question 'would anything have even been said by Travis Daniels if Zachriel Donahue never sent him the letter?' from what has already been said, it looks pretty unlikely.

Nothing Travis said would have challenged Darkside, as there was little said to make the man think about what he had to do to beat Travis, luckily enough Zachriel had many game plans set, and therefore was ready for whatever Travis threw at him. But one thing he was not going to do, and that was to underestimate his opponent... Breakdown was to see the new Breed of talent it had just recruited, and Zachriel would make sure he was the one that stood out from the rest.

..:: Building Another Base

A numb face - the cold wind blowing against him as he rode made the Dark Warrior look paler - even though it would seem that it might not have been possible. The cold air slightly froze his rough beard.

He silenced Lucifer - his machine, which he had slowed down a little. In the near distance a few garages and showrooms could be seen situated. He rode on towards them; there were two of them, one on each side of the road, mirroring each other.

When getting close, it would seem that it was an empty showroom with a fleet of Harley Davidson's parked outside as the wild roaring machine came to a halt. It was surprising to see him stop and look towards the stallions parked outside, the machine underneath him would have felt a little uneasy, but Zachriel didn't change stallion that easily, he didn't change for nobody, and that wasn't to change today.

He kicked the brake on and stepped over the leather seat of the black and chrome vehicle beneath him, seeing around a dozen heavy duty custom built bikes ahead of him, symmetrically parked to make a path for Darkside that led to the entrance. Why would he need red carpet treatment?

He looked towards the showroom opposite him, and the one standing before him, they were similar in size however there was one big difference. The garage he stood at was empty inside and the other full of beautiful machines.

He looked back slightly sighing as though he was breathing in the air mixed with oil, dirt, and petrol coming from the machines that surrounded him. The heat of the air was evidence that the machines had been ridden not too long ago. Looking into the showroom he was walking toward he could see that there were no bikes but instead there were bikers all gathered inside - they were not his friends as this man rode alone. None of that stopped the Dark Warrior from entering and facing them - he was without fear and if there was one man willing to walk into a snake pit without having a reason to, it would be Zachriel Donahue.

The bikers inside were awaiting Darkside, they had heard the roar of his horse, and they were at their feet. These bikers were of one biker tribe, but it wasn't one Zachriel was familiar with - although he rode alone and went about his business alone, he did have another art that he was particularly good at, and that was mechanics. Not only did he build and tune his own custom machine, but he also made custom bikes for others. A slight twist of the iron knob unlocked the door, and a slight creak was heard in the opening of it. The tall built man was dressed in black; he was looking straight ahead unfazed by the ten or more riders who were dressed in leather and their tribal jackets.

Was this going to be a taster of what this man could bring to the SCW? He stood for a moment scanning each pair of eyes which remained on him. The emotion on Zachriel didn't change, and he walked past them, towards a few men standing behind the other bikers. He wasn't afraid of these men, he remained calm and continued to walk through them, slowly clutching his fists incase he needed them.

The men looked at him, slowly turning their frowns into smiles - revealing a blend of silver and rotted grey teeth. The croaky voice spoke of one of the elder men in the crowd...

"Zachriel Donahue!" He was excited to see him, the voice set the mood, the two men shook hands, but this was the first time Zachriel Donahue had met this man - he never came in search of such a man and was at first reluctant to shake the mans hand. The man continued. "I was told you were looking for a new place seeing that you were going to hang around the area for a while. I'd spoken to some of the boys in Nevada who told me you had done some work for us, making bikes an all that. Little Bobby told us you needed this place, something about you moving to a new federation and so needed a base. After alot of negotiations im glad to hand these over to you Zachriel, look after it like your own." The man placed his tatty gloved hand into his pocket and took out a couple of keys attached to a large key ring.

Darkside looked down towards the keys, quickly switching his eyes back on the foul breathed man. Zachriel felt an urge to ask a question, and there was nothing stopping him from doing so - he knew this, and even if there was something stopping him, he'd still make sure he got his point across.

"So you listen to everything, and do anything Little Bobby says to you?" He challenged the mans loyalty and respect. He had spoken to Little Bobby before coming here, but he obtained this place because Bobby owed Zachriel for a job - he wouldn't accept money from a biker gang, he'd make sure they were in debt of him for times like this - always keeping the upper hand over the most dangerous of people out in the real world. He needed a place so that he could continue his craft outside the SCW, reconfiguring his machine, and building anyone’s that required. A new federation meant a new location, which meant a new base, a new place to stay, a new place to work out.

"Seems like you haven't had much experience of the structure of the biker world son. But let me tell you something, Little Bobby's well respected amongst us, he's such a personality that if he asks someone to jump, then that man would ask how high!" The man began to cough a little, his throat heard through his voice - he was old, his voice, and his wrinkled face gave it all away, the grey hair would have made it obvious if he hadn't been coloured brown.

"All my life." The man continued. "I worked for the clan, working hard, and riding harder. You see that garage over there?" He motioned behind Darkside, towards the bikes showroom which was opposite the one he had walked into. Zachriel nodded slightly as the old man continued.

"I worked my bare backside off building that garage and this one, making them what they are today. But this is what happens when you commit yourself to this life, if your men need something, then they get it. He told me he owed you, and so asked me to see if I could provide you with a place, and so here it is." He handed the keys to Zachriel, the Dark Warrior wasn't quite sure what to make of this, but he remained composed, even though he did invite a slight frown across his forehead. He was slowly beginning to realise the power he had when someone’s in debt to him, understanding that now there may not be a debt the gang would have to pay. He was learning how it worked in the biker world, and was more than satisfied to know that he chose the right option when deciding against joining a biker tribe - there were many offers.

This wasn't Zachriel domain - This man did things his own way, without taking charity from nobody. "Man does what he desires, and to be under such control by another human can be dangerous. What is it that you shall receive in return? What is your reward?" He was back at it - questioning the elders’ actions.

"Cash Son... Cash and respect." The place went silent. Zachriel realized that the men would be getting their own payout. Although it wouldn’t be coming out of his own pocket. He was beginning to see how things worked. “Slaves…” Zachriel began to speak out, turning and looking at each man surrounding him. A slight tilt of his head and his loose long hair fell behind him. “You’re all slaves to the next man above… Look at yourselves; look at what you’re doing. You may say that Little Bobby sent you the money, but can money really buy your hard work, your pain, your sweat and your future?" This is what Zachriel was good at - making people think. He didn't agree with those who tried to set rules and live their life to certain guidelines created by other people. - Zachriel's law was how Zachriel lived by, he made his own rules - it was the best way to play. "You don't earn respect by selling your heart and soul to someone who probably doesn’t even know your name. That's the quickest way to lose respect old man."

He looked behind him at the other riders who had greeted him so 'warmly' when he had first walked in, he then looked back at the elder he was lecturing, to continue. "And these men, who look up to you, will follow this tradition of yours? Their courage will be hanging by a thread if they live by your hierarchy." The sound of leather gripping tight was heard around him. The men weren’t going to stand for what he had been saying. “Be careful what you say next son.” The old man warned him, but that was because there was a bitter taste to what Zachriel was saying, but this was his opinion to their beliefs, and he wasn't going to hold back on what he thought of it all – he wasn’t afraid.

"Little Bobby came to you, to accommodate me. Yet I ride alone. I gain my own respect by doing things the way I want, and when I want. I don't listen to orders. I've moved from federation to federation, fighting and bringing my own style into the ring. Facing each obstacle my way and indeed, destroying it my way. I gained my respect that way, and a reputation that every man and woman is aware of, and is afraid to speak of." He looked down at the keys, and back at the elder man who was much shorter then the Dark Warrior.

"This may have been your choice on how to live, it may not have been. You may all think you are typical riders, riding in your tribe, but you all depend on each other. I'm not like any normal rider, so things will be a little different around here, but I’m sure you’re aware of this." The old man smiled and shook his hand before Zachriel interrupted the moment - again. "Think about what I said old man." A more respectful look was on the face of the short biker - a slight silence before the croaky voice shouted out. "To your bikes boys!" His call orchestrated the sound of leather against the concrete floor - they obeyed his order without question.

Different pitched roars were heard in the background as Zachriel watched the men leave, taking in the potential that the open space had - in his head he could picture what was going to be where, and how it was going to be done. He knew there was enough time for this place to be structured and developed the way he pictured it, as he was going to be around for a long time. but he had a match to prepare for and research to be done.

This week he had his debut against Travis Daniels, and through all the riding and encounters he had come across today, not once did he get a chance to train, to prepare and think his strategy through - he had enough time in the day though. And so before he got busy with the garage, it was time to prepare.

It would be thought that a debut would mean he'd face a no body and that it would be a pushover. But this man never underestimated any of his opponents. Underestimation was a sin in his books, the biggest mistake man could make, and the first step to defeat.

He turned and walked towards the doors, his long fast steps showed a sense of urgency - he had to do this, he did it every day – part of his routine; there was no other secret behind his size and muscle mass and he wasn't going to let anything distract him now. The buckles on his leather riding boots moved in song as he walked towards his horse, throwing his right leg over and getting seated.

He ran his rough fingers across the chrome handle bar of the machine - he had respect for it, as it looked after him and his life on the road. None matched your ability Lucifer, you know that... He thought to himself. He knew that the rider and the right bike make the ultimate combination, but he had been in many encounters with this machine. He had made it what it was, introducing it to his dark world, and that world of today as Lucifer - the embodiment of evil and the enemy of God. Worrying to even think such a machine rides on the road, and even worrying that the man riding takes full advantage of the evil spirit.

A relationship - a rider always needs to have a relationship with his horse. The thunderous roar signalled the response Darkside needed. It was intimidating, it was loud, and it was terrifying. Zachriel had customized this machine to reflect his character, his personality and his presence. He rode away, with his hair blowing behind him, his face still without any expression - he was calm, through all the noise and speed he was calm and composed. It was difficult to understand how this man could live the way he did, how he did things the way he did.

The noise was deafening yet it had no effect on him, he always dressed himself in black - it was more coincidental then anything else because he wasn't too focused on his appearance, he couldn't care less how he looked and what he wore - to him none of this meant a thing, what was the point of decorating a body which was going to perish? His thoughts were heard as he thundered away from his new project.

My first challenge set before me is to defeat you Travis Daniels - a man who made his name heard earlier this week when sending a public reply to my letter. I must say that you are at a disadvantage to those who have faced me in the past. That is because this is a match in which you don’t know me, you don’t know what my abilities are, and you don’t know what my style is. You may hear everything about me from a third party Travis Daniels, but until you’ve witness me first hand, you will always be guessing. Barring your premature victory last week in a dark match, you’ve had no chance to settle down and fight others before facing me, you’re still rusty I’m sure, and your unfortunate that your Breakdown debut match is against me. I also have not been here for long, you haven't seen me around much; therefore you don't know what it is that I am capable of – although you’ve been given much warning and notice. I hear you ignored all these and believe your tougher and better then what I think, but that still doesn't mean to say that you will underestimate me, and to be honest, it doesn't matter whether you underestimate me or not Mr Daniels - that doesn't change the way I think and the way I destroy each obstacle placed ahead of me.

You also are at a disadvantage Mr Daniels, because you have been placed in between an archer and his aim. This archer doesn't wait around and doesn't stop for the obstacle to step out of his way. No Travis, the archer releases the arrow, from the bow. It will be destined for its set target – a target and a goal much bigger and superior to yours. It is your choice now, because if you step forward in my way, then there is nothing I can do to stop that arrow from piercing your body. There's also nothing I would like to do to stop that arrow from piercing you. I have no mercy, I don’t pity anyone, and I will never let you get away. Unfortunately for you, you turned up at the wrong place at the wrong time…

A large thump and scratch was heard and the dark warrior did his best to regain balance and keep the machine in control. A graze - he had hit a parked vehicle as he cut a corner - it had snapped him out of his thoughts. He slowed down and looked to the exhaust - the chrome had a few scratches on it. Zachriel looked back at the road and sped up Just another battle scar Lucifer, you've had worse. We're not far now. The man’s concentration on the road was effected considerably as he focused only on his thoughts - as a result he had come close to a dangerous accident. This man was unfazed by it, and rode on as though nothing had happened - this was the dark warrior, who would take all the risks, and put himself on the line to take those risks. He wanted to ride, and he wanted to get lost in his thoughts. Any sane person would consider doing the two separately, but not Zachriel Donahue. Zachriel did things his own way.

Don't think for a moment that I have things which are precious to me Travis Daniels. Man has too much time to get attached to materialistic objects and get caught up in the web of emotional attachment, but I reject materialistic and emotional attachment. You may tell me that Lucifer is precious to me, and that I ride my stallion everywhere, configuring it the way I want. But there's something you don't know Mr Daniels. Before Lucifer, I had to see Belias take a fall. A fall from which he could never resurrect. Which is why Lucifer rides with me today. And even after Lucifer, I shall ride on, unfazed, and untroubled.

Belias was the name Zachriel had given his first Harley Davidson. A fiery red and orange mixture, with the pipe work being a blend of chrome and bronze. Belias - the first bike he made, the first bike he owned, and the first bike he rode as his own. The name too had its own evil story, just as Lucifer had its own.

Belias - The first of the fallen angels - the angel of confusion and lust. Ironically in Christianity it was believed that Belias was the father of Lucifer and the angel that had convinced Lucifer to wage a rebellion in Heaven against God. Ironic because after Belias, Zachriel made Lucifer - Son followed father.

He was involved in a crash, and the bike had been blazed in flames. But he never looked back, he looked forward, and he knew that his next machine was to create just as much havoc as Belias once did, and maybe a little more. Zachriel gave it a name, gave it a heart and gave it the loud deafening roar which its father never had. Whilst riding it, Zachriel gave Lucifer the dark, evil soul.

Still riding, the dangerous act of being lost in his thoughts was carried out, for all to hear…

Travis Daniels, I will make you an example of my power, of my strength and of my domination. Everyone will by the end of Breakdown see, what Zachriel Donahue is capable of. When they do, they will all take a step back from the name. Every week when the card is issued, there will be people in that locker room, who won't want to face Zachriel Donahue, they will be afraid of looking at the card, dreading the thought that their name would be written alongside Darkside, as his opponent.

Now I'm sure you've faced many characters in your career who you may consider to be dark and mysterious Travis. Characters who have been sick and sadistic and you may think that this man Zachriel 'Darkside' Donahue is the same as them. You wouldn't be wrong to think that Travis, this man has all those characteristics, and this man has all the things your previous opponents might have had, but this man also has something you have never seen in someone before. The dark world...

This dark world is much different to your normal world Travis, for it doesn't have the inferior and superior, it doesn't have big and it doesn't have small. It just has the light of darkness, in which each fear is experienced, each fear is heard. They say to be the man, one must beat the man. In the case of this dark world I ride in Mr Daniels, you have to face the fear, to be the fear, are you prepared to do that?

So ask yourself Travis Daniels, look deep within and ask yourself that one question... What is your deepest fear? Think about it long and think about it hard Travis, as Breakdown is coming near, be ready and be prepared, because I will make you, face your deepest fear...

I thank you for your response earlier in the week, it was nothing more then I had expected and nothing I hadn't heard in the past. Just to set your pathetic mind at rest let me assure you that I don't require you to think like me, I don't expect you to not be so egoistic, because the bottom line is Travis Daniels, you can't ever be like me. You can't look beyond the fact that your going to be victorious, which means you shall crumble when all your blows fail against me. You tell me that I need freinds like me, but I challenge you to come and join me in my dark world, and see how you enjoy life in my prefered environment. You ask the question of the danger of ego, but you are the living result to that. Sadly you didn't feel the end last week, but I will show you what happens when you chime your own bells so loud, but then fall pathetically to your superior. Your so involved in your own little verses, that you forget what takes place around you, but I will show you the way Mr Daniels.

Like anyone you are entitled to your own opinion, but let me advise you never to think that all Zachriel brings to the table is the fear factor and the mental game. Like I’ve said many times before, there are times where people don’t even bother listening to what I have to say but realise what I’m all about when they meet me in the ring, and that’s exactly what I prefer. Don’t worry Mr. Daniels, you may not feel threatened by me, but I will guarantee that I bring my fighting strengths and abilities to the ring. And although I don’t idolise anyone, you will be idolising me by the time I am done with your breathing corpse.

You Mr. Daniels, are very naïve. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that size doesn’t matter, and so don’t be making any comparisons between me and someone else big and built you’ve faced in the past. You see Travis, I am a risk taker, I like to do things my own way, and I like to make my opponent feel like dirt before they are drowned in it. Regardless of what you say about you not being afraid, and how you will come running at me, I’m not too overly convinced. I wait to see what takes place in at Breakdown. Let’s see how composed you remain when all your tactics fail. Let’s see exactly what you do and how you feel when I brutally manhandle you.

Never once have I looked away from anyone, and never once have I said that success is in a victory over you. My success is sweeter, when I make an example out of you. The people of the wrestling world will once again tremble as I thunder Lucifer into that Arena, and make you face your deepest fears.

Catastrophe is a word you associate yourself with, but I believe it will be more of a calamity when you forget what you’re supposed to do in this match. You’re pathetically hiding behind a thick mask of ego, stubborn to have it pulled off your face, but I won’t worry, because in a matter of days your deepest and darkest secrets will be declared, you will be running from one corner of the ring to another, finally facing your deepest fear.

And that much Travis Daniels...
Is Simply Inevitable!
