Trust is a very important issue in wrestling, though a lot of people would probably disagree with that statement. These people are either loners who prefer being by themselves when they compete (and I’m familiar with this type since I started as a bit of a loner myself), or more likely are just so arrogant and egotistical that they feel they have no need to trust anybody. A lack of respect for this sport will cause you to burn all your bridges, leaving you vulnerable and helpless. The deeper the hole is that you dig for yourself, the less likely you are to have anyone help you get back up.

If you’re in my position right now, you truly need people you can trust to be with you and help you along the way. While I may walk this road alone, I have a select group of people I know I can trust that still support me and at least encourage me to keep moving. They are friends and loved ones I can truly trust, and I’m very grateful to have them. Without them, this road would be even longer than it already is. And I know they trust me and know that while I walk alone because they would not understand, they respect my wishes and send me encouragement to help me fight through all the obstacles I have to overcome to reach my dawn. These select few are the only ones who I would trust to know exactly what’s going on as far as why I walk this road and what I’m hoping to find at the end of it. If that doesn’t show how much I trust them over everybody else, then I don’t know what will.

 • My loving wife, Nymira D’Aubergine, has seen firsthand exactly why I need to take this journey. She’s been a witness to the darkness that still plagues me and has given me all her love and support to help in trying to get rid of it.
 • My therapist, Dr. Matthew Daniels, knows what I’m trying to fight through right now, as I’ve trusted him with personal information that a lot of people, even some of my closest friends, don’t know about. I apologize to him for, well… no longer writing in the journal he gave me. But he understands, as I’ve started this special journal to kind of chronicle each step of my walk down the Road To Redemption.
 • The members of my family. We may not have been on the same page a lot of the time, but you’ve known and experienced what I’m trying to conquer right now, and I know you’d love nothing more than for me to be rid of it once and for all so we can truly go back to being one big, happy, loving family.
 • Last but not least is obviously my tag team partner and a man I’m proud to call a brother of sorts in the wrestling business, Brayden Walker. Brayden is learning bits and pieces of what’s going on with me right now, but regardless of how much or how little he knows he supports what I’m doing all the way. He knows that when I’m set and done with all of this, I’ll be a partner he can truly be proud of with a full dedication to the Liberation Dogma.
If it wasn’t for these people, I’d be trying to fight a battle that most would deem impossible for me to win. But in spirit I’m not alone. I’m fighting to redeem myself, especially for those few people. They deserve to see a better, more pure-hearted Aaron Rupp, and that’s exactly what they’re going to get once I reach the end of this road. With their help, I will never give in and let the darkness blind me to my goal. Thanks to them… my faith will never die, no matter who or what stands in my way and tries to stop me.

August 6th

Aaron and his wife Nym were just now walking in the door. Today had been the birthday of Aaron's youngest brother, Alec, and he and Nym had gone to his parents' house to take part in the birthday party. They were both tired out from all the festivities that amused the little guy and his friends, Aaron especially due to the injuries that still nagged him. Aaron sat down on the couch and let out a sigh, wincing a bit, Nym leaned over the back of the couch and gently massaged his shoulders.

“You want me to run us a nice hot bath, Puppy dear?”

Aaron couldn't help but chuckle at Nym's nickname for him.

“A bath sounds pretty good right now, Nym. My muscles deserves it, and we can always have some fun while we're in there.”

One wink from Aaron was the icing on the cake to make Nym giggle like a schoolgirl. She wasted no time in skipping off towards the bathroom, leaving Aaron to pull off his black Kingdom Hearts t-shirt to try and relax a little bit more. Nym suddenly skipped back into the room, apparently having taken notice of the answering machine.

“Looks like we got some messages while we were gone, Puppy.”

Nym proceeded to start playing the messages as Aaron slowly turned his head to where she stood. There were two new messages, the first of which had come about ten minutes ago. No surprise, that was shortly after aaron and Nym had started coming back home, and the message was from Alec.

“Aaron! I know you just left and all, but I wanted to thank you and Nymmy so much for coming to celebrate my birthday. You're the best brother I could ever have! Thanks a lot brother!”

Aaron and Nym both giggled as the message ended.

“Looks like Alec came up with a new nickname for you, Nymmy dear.”

Nym kept giggling as Aaron cracked a smile. The second message began to play, having been left about two or three minutes ago. This one, however, surprised Aaron a bit once he heard it.

“Mr. Rupp, I apologize for missing you, but I just wanted to inform you that SCW has booked you in a match on the first ever Friday Night Ammo show. You will be partnered up with Brayden Walker to compete in a tag team match against the team of Jack Roby and Clark Davis. We hope to hear from you soon regarding this match, and best of luck to you and your partner.”

The message ended, leaving Aaron with a slightly stunned expression on his face. An SCW representative had called him to drop the bombshell that Liberation would be coming back together to face the current #1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles... the very titles that Aaron and Brayden had saved numerous times by breathing new competitive life into the SCW tag division. Nym was squeeling with joy as she ran over and practically glomped Aaron.

“Oh my God, isn't this great Puppy? You and Brayden are teaming together again! You guys are gonna win for sure and get back your titles!”

“Nym... you're... hurting me...”

This causes Nym to let go of Aaron, face red with embarrassment at having forgotten about her husband's injuries. Aaron was wincing for the moment, but managed to overcome the pain.

“Sorry honey...”

“You're fine Nym. You got caught up in the excitment, and I don't blame you. But Brayden and I haven't teamed together in months, and we both have our respective focus on other things. Brayden's trying to make waves in a new territory for him, and I'm trying to find my redemption. I can't exactly say for sure how this will play out...”

Nym sensed what Aaron was getting at, and leaned forward to gently kiss the tip of his nose.

“Tell you what... why don't we go have that bath now, and you can call Brayden in a little bit to set things up. How's that sound Puppy?”

Before Aaron could even answer, Nym was already heading off towards the bathroom again, unzipping her skin tight black leather bodysuit and sensually swaying her hips to start to shimmy out of the outfit as she disappeared into the hall. Aaron blinked his eyes for a moment before his smile returned.

“God, I love her. I can call Brayden in a bit and see if he's heard about this. Besides, I need to think and rest my muscles anyway, and Nym's definitely got the cure for that.”

Aaron giggled as he slowly stood up and started making his way to the bathroom to join his wife in a nice hot relaxing bath.

My road only gets more difficult from here…

The Road To Redemption had been a long and difficult road even up to this point. But despite that, Aaron had managed to overcome the obstacles thrown against him. Clark Davis had been the first to fall, though Aaron had aggravated his injuries in the process. And now Dylan Cole had been defeated as well. Two down, but there’s still a long way to go, and Aaron knows it. But he’s more than ready to face the challenge and keep on succeeding to keep on heading down this road, seeking the dawn that lies at the end. Aaron would have his new day… he would get his fresh start… he would rise above it all and be reborn as a new man, one that truly fit the image he wished to portray. Aaron didn’t care how long the journey would last or who he would have to face in order to keep advancing forward. All that mattered to him was that he kept on defeating not only anybody SCW put before him, but also defeating the demons of his past to further cleanse his soul of the darkness that still plagued it.

It seems as though fate wishes to put us together once again…

To be honest, Aaron was a little surprised when he learned that for his next match Liberation would be reuniting. Aaron Rupp and Brayden Walker had agreed outside the ring that they were on hiatus as a team to focus on their own respective goals while still carrying on the Liberation Dogma as individuals. Aaron was walking the Road To Redemption to save himself and allow him the freedom to truly represent what Liberation stood for without a voice in the back of his head telling him to just abandon the philosophy and give in to greed. Brayden was focused on trying to make waves in the Underground division despite having very little experience in a hardcore environment, but he’d been faring very well with advice from Aaron, who’d been in his fair share of violent matches throughout his career. But for the first ever Friday Night Ammo, Liberation would come together once again to show all of SCW who it was that breathed new life into the dying tag team division and made those titles as sought after as they were now. A win for Liberation would be a message to everyone that while they may have their own respective focuses at the moment, Liberation was a team that would always keep their eyes on tag team gold to ensure the belts had owners that could respect the prestige of those titles.

It’s time for the new guys to open their eyes and step up.

Aaron was somewhat familiar with The New Noise. After all, his first match back from injury had seen him face one-half of that duo in Clark Davis, and while Aaron was victorious he had also been worn down enough to collapse after hitting the final blow. He’d been keeping a close eye on the team since then, and had to admit that they were impressive. But Aaron knew better… these two would need to be a lot better than they were now in order to be able to dethrone the present Tag Team Champions or even to hang with the likes of Karnivale. This is where Liberation’s reunion would serve as a test to The New Noise… if there was anybody who could force Clark Davis and Jack Roby to step their game up big time, it would be a team that’s held the Tag Titles twice before and was the guiding light towards saving the SCW tag division from the brink of its demise. It was time for The New Noise to truly show what they were capable of.

They may not understand it… but they will accept it…

It was a few days before the first ever Friday Night Ammo was set to air, and Aaron was feeling pretty nervous. Why wouldn't he be? He and Brayden would be teaming together for the first time since they lost the Tag Titles back to Karnivale in a Ladder Match back at Taking Hold of the Flame, the same event where Aaron had gotten hurt. While there was no doubt that the two friends would be on the same page out in the ring and would be able to work efficiently as a team, the issue was how well it would work out for them considering it had been months since their last match as a unit. Since then, Aaron had taken a few weeks off to heal his wounds before returning far earlier then he really should have and embarked on his Road To Redemption, while Brayden had begun to put his full focus towards the Underground division and adapting to a style far different then what he was used to. Would they be able to just suddenly come together once again and work as though they'd never gone on hiatus as a team? That was the major question, and one that Aaron couldn't get off his mind. He sat on the couch at home, trying to rest his body after pushing it through a hard workout that was made more difficult by his injuries. In his hand was his cell phone, and Brayden's number was already selected from Aaron's contact list. Aaron was hesitating on the call... something was keeping him from pressing the button that would dial his friend's number.

“Well... time to stop putting this off. I need to know what Brayden's thoughts are on this...”

And with that, Aaron finally shrugged off his hesitation and hit the ‘Send’ button. He put the phone to his ear, wincing a tiny bit from his sore muscles, and waited. After three rings, he finally heard his partner answer.

“Hello?”

“How's it going Brayden?”

“I'm doing pretty good. What's up with you, Ruppy?”

“Well... I'm slowly getting better, which is a good thing. But I've had something on my mind.”

“...you're worried about the tag match, aren't you?”

Aaron's eyes widened a bit. He wasn't exactly expecting Brayden to know why he was calling.

“Are you psychic or something, dude?”

Aaron could hear Brayden chuckling over the phone.

“No Aaron. I just figured you'd be a bit concerned about it. I mean... it has been a while since we've competed as a team.”

“Yeah, and look what happened to the tag division while we were both doing our own thing.”

Both of them laughed.

“You just need to relax man. I know you've got a lot going on right now, and the last thing you need is more mental stress. Hell, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned about this match too.”

“True... it kind of just came out of nowhere, didn't it?”

“Pretty much. Look, I know we might be a bit rusty as a team, and I know you probably still have some lingering doubts because of how things ended the last time we teamed together, but you just need to focus and put forth your best effort. That's what I'll be doing, and if you do the same then things will just click together on their own. Does that make any sense to you?”

Aaron couldn't help but smile.

“It makes plenty of sense. Thanks man.”

“Anytime. I'll see you on Friday bro.”

And with that, the phone conversation ended. Aaron slowly stood up and cracked his neck from side to side. He knew that there was only one thing left for him to do now...

It was time to address The New Noise.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The scene opens to find Aaron Rupp standing in his bedroom at home, back to the camera and staring straight into a mirror hanging on the wall. He’s dressed in black athletic shorts with a fat silver stripe down each side and a black t-shirt that reads “Y’ALL WANT A SINGLE?” on the front and ‘SAY RUPP DAT~!” on the back, both in chartreuse lettering. Aaron’s emerald eyes seem to focused on the reflection in the mirror, but he knows the camera’s there.

“Friday Night Ammo… a brand new show for SCW. And on its very first airing, I will be reunited with my friend and partner, Brayden Walker, to face off against the team known as The New Noise. Now, I’m going to be honest here… when I got word that Brayden and I would be reuniting for this match, I was pretty surprised. Considering that we each have our own respective focus at the moment, we weren’t expecting to be teaming together again. But I think I see why SCW management would do this. After all… The New Noise currently sits in the position of being #1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles, titles that Brayden and I have held twice together. When Liberation held those belts, we gave new life to the SCW tag division. Before us, that division was on life support because nobody cared about those belts and there were only held by people who were double champions for the sole purpose of being able to call themselves such to boost their own egos. But once Brayden and I won those titles, the division was reborn as we set out to restore honor and competition to it in hopes that we would be able to bring prestige and worth back to titles once thought to be worthless. And that’s exactly what we did… we made the SCW Tag Titles into titles that were highly sought after by anybody and everybody, just like every other title SCW has to offer. We tested every team that challenged us to see if they would be worthy enough to take those titles from us by seeing whether or not they would be honorable champions. The team that ultimately ended up taking those titles away from us was Karnivale, and while they were… somewhat questionable at first, there was no denying that they did, in fact, make great champions. But now those titles belong to a team that has absolutely no respect for SCW or anything involved with it. Sadly, Liberation will not be dethroning them to begin a third Tag Title reign and undoing the damage they will cause to this division. As I said before, Brayden and I have our own respective goals we feels we must fulfill before we team together full-time once again. And this is where The New Noise comes in…”

Aaron slowly turns around to face the camera now.

“Jack Roby and Clark Davis both possess quite a bit of talent. That much is undeniable. However, it will take a lot more than what you have shown everybody thus far in order to reach the level where you can call yourselves champions. You guys may have told the current Tag Champions that you’re not like anything they’ve faced before, but you guys have also never faced the level of competition that Brayden and I will bring to the table. You’re not just going up against some team here guys, you’re facing a team that has called themselves Tag Champions twice before. You’re facing the team that revived the SCW tag team division and made it into what it is today. We’re a big step above what you’ve faced so far, and you had better be well-prepared. Brayden and I are going to test you guys… not just to see if you’re going to be capable of stepping it up to levels you thought you couldn’t reach before when you have to do so, but also to see if you guys would be the kind of Tag Champions that Liberation would be proud of. Are you guys going to treat those belts with honor and respect and be willing to defend them against all comers? Or will you simply wear them around to call yourselves champions and otherwise forget they exist? For your sakes, it had better be the first one. Otherwise, you had better be ready for a serious reality check when that bell rings.”

Aaron’s eyes narrow into a glare. It’s obvious that he’s trying to get the point across, and The New Noise need to really think about how they’re going to act once that bell rings.

“Let’s take a look at The New Noise, shall we? You guys have done alright thus far as a team here. You’ve had your setbacks, but you overcame them and picked up a big win for yourselves that earned you the right to be next in line for the Tag Titles. But this is where you’ll notice a big difference in the level of competition. Don’t get me wrong… the two teams you beat to get that shot weren’t slouches, and one of those teams had even beaten you guys weeks prior, but as you get closer to the top you’ll notice how drastically different things are. Liberation is only the first of these kinds of teams you’ll have to take on. You already know you’ll have to deal with Dark Fantasy down the road, and there’s the possibility of you guys having to battle Karnivale as well. That’s three teams that all have a pretty good amount of experience behind them, both as teams and as individuals. You guys are capable of working very well as a team, but it’ll take a whole new level of teamwork to get beyond the point you guys stand at now. When Brayden and I team together, it’s as though we’re brothers inside that ring. We know what the other is doing, we know how we’re going to work together to execute our gameplan, and we have more than enough trust between each other to bridge any gaps that may come up during the match. Can you guys say you have that same level of trust? Sorry guys, but I really haven’t seen it yet. You’ve teamed well, but not well enough just yet. Hopefully this test we’ll be putting you guys through will be just what you guys need to push yourselves to that next level.”

Aaron takes a deep breath. That’s what he’s hoping will happen, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what will happen. Aaron takes a moment to gather his thoughts as he moves to address the two individuals that make up the opposing team for Friday Night Ammo.

“I think I’m going to start my process of singling you guys out by addressing Clark Davis first. After all, he’s the member of The New Noise that’s already faced me and knows what I’m capable of inside that ring. Tell me something Clark… did you really study me in-depth when you and I faced off before that Breakdown weeks ago? I’m doubting it, because you appeared to have come into that match assuming that I was just some guy making his return and that was an opportunity for you to get a nice win. Plus, I heard you were pretty upset when I defeated you mostly because of the fact that you lost to a man who fought you at less than 100% and ended up collapsing after landing the finishing blow. Clark, your emotions are what’s holding you back, and they’re the reason why most people believe that your pal Jack is the main reason you guys got your title shot. Believe me, I know how it feels to suffer failure after failure and I’ve lost my temper over it quite a few times. But I’ve gotten control of my emotions, and look where I’m at now. I’ve had more success lately than I’ve ever had before, and I turned myself around by accepting my losses instead of getting upset over them and learning from my mistakes. If you take my advice and do the same, you’ll find it a lot easier to focus and change your luck. I have a good suggestion for where you should start with the process of learning from your mistakes: try not to underestimate me this time just because I’m still hurting.

And now I move on to Jack Roby, the man most people see as the successful piece to The New Noise. While you’ve certainly had better luck than your partner has Jack, I’m not going to agree with that majority. After all, I’ve faced Clark before and know what he’s capable of when he puts his best effort forth and keeps a good handle on his emotions. You’re the one that interests me the most, because you’ve had that opportunity before to step up to the next level as far as your competition is concerned. A few weeks into your SCW career, you got yourself an unexpected Adrenaline Title shot against Masquerade, the man who took that belt from me after I had beat him for it before. You did very well against him and came close to doing what a lot of people thought you wouldn’t be able to do at that point, but victory was snatched away from you at the last moment due to outside interference. Believe me, I know how frustrating that is. It’s happened to me before. All you can really do is accept that it happened and bust your ass to earn yourself another shot. And this is a good opportunity for you to do just that, considering that I happen to be a former Adrenaline Champion myself in addition to being a former two time Tag Champion with Brayden. I know you’re probably feeling pretty confident in yourself with how well you’ve done up to this point and that you’ll soon have another chance at winning some gold, but be careful not to let that confidence turn into arrogance. The second that you become overconfident, Liberation won’t hesitate to knock you off your high horse. You’ve said before that you’re nobody’s stepping stone. Well, I have some bad news… nobody uses either member of Liberation as a stepping stone either, and you’re going to have to accept the fact that like Clark before you, you’re going to end up being a stepping stone on my Road To Redemption whether you like it or not. It’s nothing personal against you or Clark… it’s just that I can’t afford any setbacks as I walk this road.”

Aaron takes another deep breath as he closes his eyes.

“Jack, Clark… I know you guys want this win bad to try and send a message to the current Tag Team Champions. But while Brayden and I would be happy to see you win as long as you prove yourselves to be respectful competitors, neither of us can afford to lose this match. Brayden has a huge opportunity in front of him on the next Breakdown and needs the momentum, and I’m not going to allow you two to be the roadblock I have trouble clearing on my Road To Redemption, especially when I’ve beaten one of you already. This is where you guys are going to have to push yourselves, because Liberation doesn’t simply sit back and allow others to walk all over us. We’re going to bring the fight to you and we’re going to force you guys to adapt and improve while you’re wrestling. If you’re truly ready for the challenge that the likes of Dark Fantasy and Karnivale can provide, then you’ll be able to take everything we throw at you and still find a way to come out victorious. Hold nothing back on Friday night guys… because Brayden and I want this win for our own reasons, and we refuse to be denied.”

Aaron turns back around to stare at his reflection in the mirror again, folding his arms behind his back as we fade out.

On a beautiful day, Clark Davis is at Cedar Point with Cynthia. This was more of a treat than anything for Clark Davis as he has never been to an amusement park before. After going on a couple of rides, Clark Davis is excited about what he will do next.

Before they continue to go on more rides, Clark and Cynthia get some burgers to eat. Sitting down at a table, Clark is enjoying the simple burger, while Cynthia is busy taking random pictures of Clark and those around her.

Clark: What are you doing?

Cynthia pulls her camera down right when she was about to take a picture of Clark.

Cynthia: Enjoying the scenery.

Once Clark looks away, Cynthia takes a picture.

Clark: Very funny Cyn.

Cynthia starts on her burger when Clark finishes his. Clark looks around at all the people with their families while they enjoy the moments they spend with each other.

Cynthia: What’s wrong?

Clark: Nothing. I am just looking around.

Clark looks away before speaking to Cynthia again.

Clark: Thanks for bringing me here, by the way.

Cynthia: Don’t mention it.

Clark smiles at Cynthia.

Cynthia: Seriously, don’t mention it again. The whole car ride, you were acting like a seven year old with ADHD.

When Clark looks away for a moment, Cynthia takes a quick picture.

Clark: You have a happy trigger finger.

The two of them get up and throw their trash away before walking, arms hooked together, to the next ride.

Cynthia: If you must know, I’m working on a photography project.

Clark: So you thought I’d be the perfect subject?

Cynthia’s voice goes up a pitch or two higher.

Cynthia: Yeah!

The two of them stop at Millennium Force as Clark looks amazed at the huge drop the roller coaster has. While they stand in the line for the ride, Cynthia shows Clark some of the pictures she took of him. Clark laughs while being embarrassed.

Cynthia: You could use this one as your promo picture for SCW.

Clark looks at the picture of him, which is of him staring into the camera with a big chunk of hamburger is hanging from his mouth.

Cynthia: You could be The Cadaver or something.

Clark: I think I’ll stick to my current name, thank you.

Cynthia: Seriously though, are you pumped for your match?

Clark: Well, it’s not against the champions.

Cynthia: So?

Clark: But I’m ready. I’m definitely ready.

Cynthia: That’s good to hear.

Clark: I’ve come to realize that my dream is right in front of me. I am happy that I have a chance at sharing gold with my mentor and friend, Jack Roby. A bit of a hard ass but I know he is looking out for me.

Cynthia: I can’t believe it. You’ll achieve your goal before everyone back at the foster home finishes school.

Clark: Yeah, and before you get a job in photography.

Cynthia: I’m a master at photo manipulation you know. Watch it.

Clark: I’m just saying. We promised we’d finish the goals that we set out to do. No changes.

Cynthia: You’ve done well.

Clark: I’m still a bit nervous though. I’m facing Liberation. Aaron Rupp is in this team and I lost to him once in a singles match.

Cynthia: So what? Two is always better than one.

Clark: He has the advantage. He knows what makes me tick, he knows my ring style.

Cynthia: I’m sure Jack Roby can take care of him.

Clark rolls his eyes.

Clark: I always knew you had confidence in me.

The two of them are now at the front of the line waiting to go on the ride.

Cynthia: I have confidence in you, Clark. You are too hard on yourself.

Clark: I have to make sure I achieve this goal!

Cynthia: Yeah, well focus on this goal for a minute, will you?

The two of them sit down in the car and wait until the ride starts ascending to the top of the hill. Clark looks all around him, starting to get scared.

Clark: Ok. This is too much.

Cynthia: So you can jump off of ropes and crash down on concrete floors but you are scared of a little hill? You are such a wimp.

Clark: Little h…

Clark begins to scream at the top of his lungs once the ride starts going down. Cynthia is enjoying the heavy breeze from the speed of the ride as her hair flies in front of her face. In a few minutes, the ride is over and Cynthia can’t stop making fun of Clark.

Clark: Choose your words wisely, miss.

Cynthia: Oh come on, I’m just trying to have a little fun.

Cynthia grabs her camera and takes a picture of Clark and his messed up hair.

Clark and Cynthia go back in the line to ride the coaster again.

Clark: At least I know what to expect this time.

Cynthia: Yeah, you’ll face Aaron Rupp and whoever his partner is with ease.

Clark: I was talking about the coaster but I suppose you are right.

Cynthia: I know I am right. I’m your best friend after all.

Clark: Once I pass this hurdle, it will be rough, but I know I can handle it. Jack Roby has been teaching me lots lately, I’m proud to be his student. Aaron Rupp and Brayden Walker have another thing coming.

Clark and Cynthia stand in the line as the two wait to ride the Millennium Force a second time.

”Looks like new blood is going to get a taste of old blood.”

It had been a little while since Brayden and Aaron had last teamed up and brought Liberation to the place it used to be, they were each traveling down their own roads and had mutual respect for each other in that regard. It wasn’t like a typical tag team break up in the sense that Liberation wasn’t actually broken up and at each other’s throats. Brayden and Aaron were good friends and just knew that it had come a time to step away from the tag team division because they had done everything they needed to do in the division. They had brought it back to a respectable level, there were teams chomping at the bit to get a shot at the tag team titles and the division was looking better then ever at this point. Liberation wouldn’t be the ones to take all the credit for it but they knew they had a big impact in making all of this happen. They were coming back to a division that saw them facing the new #1 contenders to the tag team titles and it was going to be a chance for New Noise to get a taste of an ultra competitive and high flying team that have been tag team champions twice and know what it means to lay it all on the line every time they step into the ring.

”Brayden and Aaron were two friends that didn’t need to be together all the time to show that they were a cohesive force.”

Most teams could only show that they are a dominant force when they are together. They would only show it when they were side by side and teaming up almost every other show. There are not many teams that can accept to walk away from each other but still have each other’s backs if they needed it. Liberation was a team that knew they could walk away from the tag team division but be able to come back together at any time and pick up exactly where they left off. It could easily look like Liberation could get shelled by New Noise given that they were the #1 contenders and Liberation hasn’t teamed together since losing the tag team titles to Masquerade back at taking hold of the flame over a month ago. Brayden and Aaron hadn’t really spoken that much but every time they did it always felt like old times and nothing seemed awkward about their meetings and conversations. This was going to be an easy transition for each of them as Brayden has had more experience fighting for himself and his own personal cause and Aaron was bringing himself back as well, this potentially has the makings of seeing a Liberation combination that could take the tag team division by storm and really shake it up again to put the world on notice.

”They may not understand it, but they were damn well going to accept it.”

The time had come for Brayden to really get things together. He had so many things coming up that it could make someone’s head spin, with the tag match coming up on Friday night and the biggest match of his life a week later, things were scary for Brayden. He was nervous as hell, this was going to a real test for Brayden’s young singles career and he knew that he had to be completely focused or else it would all fall apart. He had to make sure that everything was going to be ok and new that teaming with Aaron would be a good thing to bring his focus back to where it needed to be.

”I’ve seen so many changes in this division since Liberation decided to go their own ways for right now. With the teams just begging for a chance to become tag team champions, it really shows that Liberation’s cause has actually meant something. It showed that we could bring the level of competition back to where it needed to be in a division that was on life support until a couple of rivalries brought it back to the light that everyone could see. That’s what we wanted to do, we don’t want to own the spotlight in the division, we wanted to show that the tag division could be just as intense and competitive as the heavyweight division, underground division or any other division in this business. Now that weve done that, it seems we are being asked to come back together and show exactly what made the division as intense as it is today.

He was right too, this was going to be exactly what Liberation is going to do. They were going to show New Noise what put them on the map. They probably wouldn’t understand it because they didn’t know each other that well but New Noise was about to have a lesson to taught to them before they challenged for the tag team titles.

”There’s no disrespect and no sense to sit hit and hurl insults to a team that I know nothing about. You are the number one contenders to the tag team titles and we are not looking to take that away from you. You’ve earned it and you will get your chance to shine in the ultimate spotlight and you’re going to need everything you have in order to secure that light for yourself. We’ve been there before and we can help bring your level up to a place that you’ve never had it at before. When we step into that ring on Friday night, Aaron and I expect you to come at us with everything you have, show us why you became number one contenders and show us exactly why you are in the position you are in today. Don’t look at this match as a sense of whether or not you’re better then us, use this match as a means of gauging yourselves as a team when you come face to face with two time tag team champions and have a chemistry that cannot be questioned. If you can look at each other and see that you have that, then there is nothing stopping you from beating us but if you don’t have that, if there is any sort of flaw or hole to your teamwork, then I can guarantee that Liberation will exploit it and make you see that there’s a lot more work to do before you dare challenge for the titles. I can only hope that you bring everything you have to the ring or I can promise you that it will be a long Friday night that you’ll wanna remember as the piece that put you on the road to championship gold.

You may not understand it right now but after Friday night when Liberation and New Noise go toe to toe, I can only hope you accept it and use it to your advantage.

He wanted to help these kids become better and hopefully New Noise can be accepting of it if they don’t manage to come out on top in this match against Liberation.
