Good luck! *Corneria theme from Star Fox* “Power is everything.” Exodus’ low-pitched growl echoed through the stone halls of his order’s temple. Though another ceremony of importance, this was hardly the weekly worship rites that Exodus had the honour of leading. This was a training session. A seminar for the worthy. The Cathedral of Havoc was a trifecta of monetary, university and barracks, and it was up to the senior members of the order to train the new generation to uphold their lofty ideals. The temple was an ancient structure, forged by the fires of an entity that died eons ago. A monument to disharmony and turmoil…and the home for the Havoc Warriors. It sat deep within a jungle upon the thresholds of light and darkness, and stood as a balance between justice and chaos. It was the nexus of parts unknown. And it was where Exodus found his sanctuary. As did his current batch of students. Exodus stood at a podium of sorts, obsidian black and gleaming in the bright afternoon light. Upon him were fixed the eyes of several young warriors, men and women both, all hanging on his every word. “Power is not given. Power is earned.” Some of the students nodded. Others remained motionless. All of them drank in his lecture. “Power is something that you take. That you feel. Power is what drives us and binds us. Power is life. Power is chaos. Power is havoc. And it is that quest for power – as our ancestors sough fire in eons past – that forges us into the vessels of bloodlust and savagery. But the Havoc Warrior stands above these base emotions, and channels his energy into something greater, something bigger than all of you can hope for. Something bigger than himself.” Turning away briefly, Exodus let out a mutter under his breath. “Something bigger than SCW.” He saw someone enter into the chamber and wait for him in the doorway. Exodus wrapped up his lesson and sent the young ones on their way. Against the grain and towards the podium, the newcomer walked. The Keeper smiled, then quickly frowned. “I’m afraid it is time for you to leave us once more.” Exodus nodded and snorted. “SCW?” The Keeper nodded. “You have a match.” He handed Exodus a piece of paper. It was an informal gesture, to be sure, but the Keeper wanted to ensure that Exodus received his notification from the company in full. Exodus took the letter from the Keeper’s hands and opened it. Taking a moment to read its contents, he frowned and looked up. “A match? With the tag team champions?” Keeper nodded. “A non-title match, to be sure.” “To be sure,” Exodus agreed. Keeper gave Exodus a quizzical look. “Are you alright? You seem anxious.” Exodus shook his head. “It’s nothing. This is a great opportunity, indeed.” “You’re right, of course.” Keeper said. “But I can’t help but feel…disappointed. For you. They should be defending their titles. It is only right, as it is their duty as champions. A match against a champion does not come by every so often.” “Even more reason that the titles shouldn’t be defended.” Exodus interjected. “I’m an upstart. What good would be making a battle so meaningful with so little to gain from it?” Exodus turned to the Keeper. “And since when have I cared about trophies and championships, Keeper? I do this not for recognition by the masses, but to hone myself and shape the world into what it is meant to be. The only approval I care about is the Master’s, and one does not need gold to win his praise.” “I didn’t mean that…” Keeper began before Exodus cut him off. “I know, old friend. I know. Go. Tell them I’ll be there. And make sure Kageyoshi is aware as well.” The Keeper gave a brisk nod and strode off to make the arrangements. Exodus was all alone now in the big room. He leaned over the podium and chuckled to himself. “The Hollow, huh?” He grasped the letter tightly, crumpling it into a paper ball and tossing it over his shoulder and into the crackling fire behind him. “I have come from the outer reaches of the wild lands. My purpose is one, and it is clear: sow chaos, reap battle, and emerge as a paragon of combat. To that end, I step over the line in the sand. I am agitator and ruffian. I am warrior and knight. I am turmoil and upheaval.” “I am all of those things, and yet I am only one half of the Beasts of War.” He began to pace the stage, waving his arms about him as he continued to rant. “I am not a man to enter allegiances lightly, which speaks volumes for the Toshiro Kageyoshi. The Beast from the East compliments me as I do him, and our engagement upon a warpath unlike any SCW has seen before shall bring a reckoning to all who stand in our way. A lesson that Rosefall and Kyojin had learned. And it is a lesson that the Hallow shall learn as well.” In a sudden movement, Exodus ran across the elevated platform and leap over the podium. His rage had built into an unstoppable engine of random chaos. He continued to blurt out words, talking to the ghosts in his head. Slowly but surely, his passion ebbed. He took a deep breath. “Brittney Lohan. The War Machine. And her lackey, Harmony Fisher. Two superstars with raw technical aptitude flowing in their veins like the very blood they turn cold with a stare. They have accolades and decorations to hang on their walls to show to the world – and themselves – just how good and important they are. And why not? They are the Tag Team Champions of the world, after all. That alone speaks to their triumphs over the odds, their reverence to discipline. It speaks to their strength and power, and their unwillingness to compromise. I can understand this. More so, I can even respect this.” “But it also speaks to their ability to commit acts of sheer brutality for its own sake. That is UNFORGIVABLE!” With a savage thump, he beat his chest like a wild animal. Once again, the rage built up inside of him, but this time, he didn’t let it subside before he continued his tirade against his upcoming opponents. “You like inflicting pain? Rip into our flesh and feast upon our organs. You like to sow suffering? Break us and lay us down at your mercy. You take pride in your sadism? Then stand over us and proclaim to the world that you are the vanquishers of the Beasts of War. Kageyoshi and Exodus will not give an inch to you, the very antithesis of what we stand for. When shall not make way for you, o vile creatures of opportunity. You want a war? Well, you’ve got one. Right here.” A big thumb stuck out in his direction, as though he was making himself known to the Hallow across time and space. They would never see him pointing at himself, but he did it all the same. Soon, that point changed into a point facing an empty direction. None of these thoughts crossed Exodus’ mind as his rant continued. “You are called the Hollow because you are but empty husks of human beings, depraved of any moral fibre and hollow figures of what a person should be. Your wicked ways and evil deeds have brought you gold…but at the cost of your very souls. Your actions at Apocalypse speak for themselves. A true warrior never leaves a comrade-at-arms behind, and yet you, Lohan, abandoned your partner in her time of need. You’re despicable.” “This may be a sparring match for you. The Beasts of War may be inconsequential to the mighty Tag Team Champions in terms of your experience, tenacity and pure skill in the ring. And you know what? You might be right. But at the very least…at the VERY least, well will make you earn your bread. When Toshiro Kageyoshi and the Havoc Warrior Exodus make their way down that ramp on Breakdown, we will strike into your hearts with the power of ALL of our warriors, from Japan to Canada to Europe to Parts Unknown…we have strength in loyalty, honour and respect. And with that, we will hold the line against your creeping profanity.” Then, in a single breath, there was silence. He stopped talking and moving. His voice lowered into cold whisper. The final stanza of his poem was touching his lips, ready to escape his mouth and carry with it the dark winds that awaited his opponents at Breakdown… “When we meet, we will fight, and we will fight well. And when the Bests of War rise from the smoldering ruins of that SCW ring…we will show the world over that we bring with us a new dawn…a dawn without fear or darkness. A dawn of hope. A dawn you are not a part of. Cry Havoc, and let slip the Beasts of War, Hollow. We have picked up your scent…we are coming for you!” |

OOC: joint rp from us again. Sorry for the lack of coding as I struggled to find time to finish before work and so have to post AT work lol. Good luck! Harmony Shoot I stand on the podium that Silas had ordered to be constructed for the purpose of the members of Silas World to convey promos from... A podium or stage of sorts that showed we flew the flag for his world much like the banner with a burning globe on it that was behind me, showed our allegiance loud and clear. Apocalypse had been like a slap to the face for me... Or a rude awakening perhaps. The fans... They had urged Collin and Alexis on throughout the whole match... They were backing the challengers to our titles and wanted us to fail... But most of all, they had finally proven Silas Mason right and it was a feeling that felt like it would rip me in two. It was well documented that Brittany wasn't at the top of any of their Christmas card lists... But me? I had... "Are you okay, Harm?" Brittany asked from the side of the stage as if appearing from thin air. I look towards her and force a smile that I didn't quite feel as I nodded. "Yeah..." I murmur before looking straight ahead once more and take a deep breath. This was gonna be tough. Brittany presses the button on the remote in her hand and the red light starts flashing on the camcorder that was set up and now ready to go. "This is the part where I talk about The Hollow's upcoming match on Breakdown against the team collectively known as The Beasts Of War." I wrinkle my nose slightly at the mention of the team before continuing. "But first I should congratulate The Falconry for their stellar effort at Apocalypse... For giving Brittany and I the challenge that we crave in our bid to reassert our standing within the tag team division after being away from it for so long. I was so tempted to put the brakes on what the two of you were doing on Twitter... All of the awe inspiring speeches about getting the break you deserve, that you were going to be champions and put us in our place... That Britt was going to be sorry for 'costing' Collin Cole his place in the tag clusterfuck at Rise To Greatness... Yes I was tempted but then I thought to myself... Why waste one hundred and forty plus characters in a tweet or two, when I could allow the two of you to gain enough rope to hang yourselves? Then lo and behold... We put an end to The Falconry's lofty aspirations!" I smile before shaking my head a little. "...And yet... I go out there to put on a show worthy of a Pay Per View... To find that the people who cheered for me when I was a victim of Silas', The Coalition and everyone else in between that fancied a go at degrading and beating me down... You have all turned your backs on me and would rather root for a couple of people who couldn't wait to tell you all how much they hate you... Not to mention how the cheers erupted for a man that is as disloyal as the day is long towards those he claims to care about!" I chuckle and look to Britt who has an 'I told you so' look written all over her face. "I'm seriously struggling to understand why you aren't happy that I've finally found my stride now, that despite seemingly being left out to dry by... Kari... I'm not floundering anymore, and not only that, I stand before you a champion! But I guess it doesn't matter in the end, does it? As long as I represent Silas in any way, shape or form... You're going to demonize me regardless of how many times I say I don't hate you all for it... That you are making judgments on things you can't possibly comprehend... So continue to boo and jeer every time you see me... And in return I will continue to carry my half of the Tag Team Championships with pride, and along with my partner... Take on all comers whether the belts are on the line or not!" I pause momentarily before smiling. "And I guess that takes me nicely on to talking about our opponents on Breakdown... A couple of individuals that seem to have developed a need to stand up and be counted in recent weeks as New Eden along with Rachel Foxx if she isn't a card carrying member yet... Have taken to making statement after statement... After statement, using members of the roster as their 'canvas' so to speak. In all honesty I couldn't give a flip flop shit about Selena, it's a shame they didn't succeed in making her a living, breathing cabbage as far as I'm concerned... But it was a shame to see what they did to both Dawn and Christy as they were good to me when I felt so lost... Unfortunately, that doesn't mean I am going to approach this match any differently... And no Havoc Warrior Exodus, that approach isn't to treat it as little more than an inconvenience like you seem to think if your ramblings are anything to go by. This battle will be fought just like any other that The Hollow are going to be thrown into... With precision... With pride... And with no mercy or remorse for what we have to do in order to walk out with the victory." I shrug. "But amongst all the nonsense you spewed forth in your presentation directed at us, you did get one thing right... As a team, we are hollow... We have to be... Compassion for opponents and succumbing to needless distractions can only lead to us making foolish mistakes that might cost us... Though of course we aren't perfect in that department just yet... Excuse the pun." I look pointedly at Brittany as I remember being left to the birds when her own stalker made an appearance at Apocalypse. She doesn't say anything as I return my attention to the task at hand. "... So take solace in the fact you know what's coming Havoc Warrior Exodus... And that goes for your brave friend too, as I want you to know that all of the morality in the world isn't going to change your fate if you even make one assumption about our intentions... But then again, you might not even be listening to me and only willing to mull over what Britt has to say, given I am only her lackey... Right Babycakes?" Smirking, I shake my head before actually chuckling. "I admire your spirit my poor deluded friends... But if you truly believe I am a lackey... Then what does that say about our team? I singlehandedly went the distance after Britt got eliminated at Rise To Greatness and outsmarted everyone in the freaking ring to win the belts we now hold... And then at Apocalypse? I was the one that curb stomped one half of The Falconry into oblivion to score the decisive pinfall... Not Brittany Lohan... So again I ask... If a lackey can achieve such things, can you really expect anything other than failure with how your words play down an opponents significance?" I shrug, not even looking to Britt as I could almost sense she approved of my tenacious statement. "But at the end of the day, I'm not going to spoon feed you the reality of the situation you are both in as we can only do so much to prepare you for the battle that is to take place this week... The Hollow are ready to show you how real warriors get it done in the ring and the Beasts Of War can cry havoc till they are blue in the face... Because it won't change the fact that this coming Friday, Brittany and I are going to put the beasts down!" --------- Silas World Mansion Hollywood Hills, CA Brittany Lohan is more than a six foot tall, two hundred pound war machine who happens to be the current reigning and defending SCW World Tag Team Champions, she is a master chef extraordinaire. She takes pride in her not so infamous pancakes, a recipe that has been passed down in her family for three generations. Odd for a hard nosed bitch to take pride in her culinary skills, a woman has to eat, killing oxen is not a skill she has honed no matter what the public opinion of her may be. She sat at the kitchen table wearing a silk white robe with her initials BL emblazoned on the upper left of the robe. One more plate was waiting at the kitchen table. In walked in the man of the house, Silas Mason. He strode into the kitchen wearing his signature black cowboy hat. He sported a smile on his face leaving no doubt to the mood he was in. He joined Brittany at the table, before he sat down, he kissed Brittany on the lips. Silas: Morning, Baby Blue. Brittany smirked. She pulled Silas in giving him more than a simple peck on the lips. Her display of affection wasn’t romantic by any means. A war machine possess carnal desires from time to time. No need to coerce her into locking lips with Silas Mason, she felt like it, what Brittany Lohan wants she normally gets, one way or another. The War Machine pointed to the plate of pancakes she had made specifically for the man of the hour. Silas: Baby Blue you didn’t need to do that. I would have made Babycakes fix us a fine meal wearing on the tag team championship for our entertainment. The image of Harmony making breakfast in her birthday suit elicited a small smile from Britt. Brittany: Lovely as that visual sounds, Silas.... I was bored. I appreciate you allowing her to sleep in my room last night. Surprised you didn’t make her watch. Silas: I’ll keep that in mind, next time. She watched Silas take a bite of her pancakes. One bite was all it took for him devour the the entire plate failing to take much of a break between bites. Silas: Damn it, Baby Blue, you should market these pancakes, this is a gold mine waiting to happen. Brittany: Thanks, everyone appears to love them. Silas: Love’em? The world will bow at your feet when your market these pancakes to the world. You could become a multi millionaire overnight pushing these. Brittany: You would be a multi millionaire, Silas. I don’t care about the money, you do own everything that is in my name. Including the pancakes I made you. Silas: I’m going to get my cut, of course, this is your family recipe, Baby Blue. And you have been loyal to me without being a hard ass like Kari Mysac. Why can’t she be more like you? Trust me, that’s all I’m asking, trust I will lead her back to the promised land. No. She has to let that ego of hers get the better of her. Someone needs to talk some damn sense into Kari. She’s nothing without me. Brittany nodded in agreement. Brittany: We don’t need, Kel.. I mean Kari. Sienna Swann is the future of professional wrestling. Hope you are proud of the job I have done with her. Silas: She’s coming along nicely. I’m counting on you. Brittany: I’m here in whatever capacity you need me. Can you really market my pancakes? Silas: Absolutely. I’m going to make you more famous than you already are. Brittany, remembering there was a plate of pancakes in front of her, dug into the product of her own creation. Wrestling was all Brittany thought about, branching out outside of wrestling never entertained her thought process, listening to Silas make more than stellar points about her potential earning potential, the more sense becoming the next Aunt Jemima appealed to her. She piered into his eyes. Brittany: I am one of the toughest women in the industry. The public perception of me will change. Brittany Lohan, Masterchef? Doesn’t fit the image of an all world conqueror. Silas smiled. Silas: Trust me, it’s good to broaden your horizon. What you been telling Collin and Alexis lately? Time to adapt? Apply that same mantra to the rest of your life. You have a lot left in the tank, no pun intended; wrestling is not going to be around forever. You do have a tendency to get bored, a lot. Why not entertain this brand new venture. Always remember you are a valuable asset to Silas World. Don’t listen to the naysayers. I have your back, I always will, as long as you have mine. Brittany licked her lips. Brittany: You had fun having my back, last night. Silas tipped his hat. Silas: Pleasure was all mine. “Too much information.” The familiar voice of Harmony Fisher broke up their light hearted exchange. Silas glared at her. Brittany wasn’t bothered by the interruption, the wheels in her head started to spin. A pleasant idea she had been considering for the past few weeks bounced around in her head. Spending time with Harm and Cameron at the zoo a few weeks ago opened her eyes to what she wanted most. And she saw her present circumstances at the catalyst to make that happen. Harmony: Good morning, Silas. Morning Britt. Brittany: Had good nights sleep, Harm? Harmony joined them at the table. She didn’t take a seat next to them, she positioned herself at the opposite end of the table. Harmony: I did, actually. Silas winked. Silas: Don’t get too comfortable, Babycakes, you’re coming home to me, tonight. Harmony wanted to say “screw you,” to the man, she had become better equipped to holding her tongue whenever he make a remark she didn’t approve of. She nodded her head. Harmony: Yes, Silas. Brittany focused her attention on Silas. She grabbed his hand. Brittany: Hey daddy, there has been an important matter to me I have been meaning to address. Everything that has been going on with Kari in SCW, IWC managements continued neglect of Taylor Chase, I didn’t want to trouble you. We’re all in the same room now. Brittany shot a quick glance at Harmony. Brittany: Harm, take a seat, you will be interested in what I have to say. Brittany refocused her eye contact on Silas. Brittany: Silas, I appreciate everything you have done for me. Returning to SCW would not have been possible if you did not grant me the privilege of reuniting with my best friend. I witnessed from far how much her life had deteriorated. It’s my fault. I abandoned her at a time she needed me most. I have more than made up for my sins. The Hollow are tag team champions again, The Hollow has never been stronger. Right, Harm. Harmony: Right, Britt. Brittany: I want to take the next step. Look at her Silas, sultry isn’t she? We both appreciate Harmony for her beauty, her feistiness, that never say die attitude that drives me nuts sometime, I wouldn’t have my babycakes any other way. What I’m asking Silas, would you grant me the right to have Harmony move into my bedroom? Brittany was so focused on Silas she didn’t catch Harmony’s jaw drop to the floor. Sharing the same bed with Brittany was the last thing she wanted to hear. Harmony: WHAT?! Brittany glanced at Harmony, stoically. Brittany: Relax, I don’t want to sleep with you, my lesbian days are over now. I respect your boundaries. How can I possibly think of sleeping with another woman when I have this stud sitting next to me? She squeezed Silas hand. Harmony rolled her eyes. Brittany: It’s time to grew closer. Being roommates will improve our overall tag team chemistry. The tighter we are as a unit, the tougher we will be to overcome. We are the only two champions within Silas World. Until Kari stops being a hard headed bitch and Taylor is done getting screwed over y IWC management, we are carrying the championship ball in Silas World. Don’t you want get back, one hundred percent, to what we were before? I want that. Being roommates is the key to our future success. Brittany returned her focus to Silas. Brittany: Can you order her to move in with me? Sorry to take your snuggle bunny away from you. I need her more. Pretty please, Silas? Silas: Promise to keep her in line! Brittany: Done. Silas: The moment she gives you any lick of trouble, you’ll report to me. Brittany: Yes, daddy. Silas walked over to Harmony. Staring up at him Harmony wondered what his verdict was going to be. Silas: Get your stuff out my room, Babycakes, you’re moving in with Britt. Don’t give her no lip, don’t need another Kari in our ranks. Harmony nodded. Harmony: Yes, Silas. He patted Harmony on the head. Silas: Good. I have a meeting to get ready for. You two have. Silas left Brittany and Harmony in the kitchen alone to talk among themselves. Harmony bolted over to Britt. The War Machine tilted her head to the side curious to see what Harmony’s response to her proposal would be. Harmony: What the hell, Brittany? Seriously. I cant... I should have expected this. Can’t believe you’re sleeping with him and you managed to get me into your bedroom. I’m not sleeping under the covers with you. Brittany: Ok. Harmony: Is that why you slept with him last night, to butter him up for your proposal? For once I’d like to make one choice in my life that isn’t dictated by others. Brittany wasn’t fazed by Harmony’s wave of emotion, she blinked, twice. Brittany: Why are you obsessed with me sleeping with, Silas? You slept with him first. Harmony sneered. Harmony: Don’t throw that back at me, I slept with him to free Kelcey. Brittany: Kari. Harmony: Whatever. I naively slept with Silas to set Kelcey free, you did whatever you did last night to get me in the same bed with you. Thought you dropped the thought of us being together. We are so close to... Bored with Harmony’s attitude, Brittany cut Harmony’s emotional tirade off at the metaphorical knees. Brittany: Not what you think. I’ve noticed the bruises, Harm. Don’t tell me you received those bruises from falling into a wall or the eight million other excuses you have given me since I joined Silas World. He’s hit you, Harm. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. With you under my care, sweetie, I can better able to protect you from him. Why do you think I signed my soul over? For you. For us. We’re together now. This was the only way, Harm... the only way. Harmony stood still.. she thought she hid the physical abuse Silas inflicted on her well enough from her best friend. Brittany was more observant than the world gave The War Machine credit for. Harm sighed, she opting denial wasn’t the best course of action. Harmony: Sorry I didn’t tell you. I was afraid of what you might do. Brittany patted Harmony on the shoulder. Brittany: I’m not Rachel Frost, sweetie. I hate Silas laying his hands on you. I won’t jeopardize The Hollow, you have my word. From this day forward we need to be honest with each other. No more secrets. No more lies. Harmony nodded. Harmony: Deal. Truth... were you honest with me when you said, you gave up on the idea of you me and Cam becoming a family. Brittany: I... The mood in the kitchen was broken up by another interruption, this time the heavenly kind. Sienna sauntered into the kitchen decked out in white lace lingerie. Brittany waved at Sienna. Sienna: Hope you saved me some of your pancakes, Britt. Yum. Brittany: Me? Forget about you? Never, Sienna. Sienna: Impossible to forget about Perfection, Baby Blue. Brittany: Couldn’t agree more, Baby Face. We have training today, 1 pm. Harm is coming with us. 3 pm, the spa. Just you and me. Ok, sweetie. Sienna giggled. Sienna: Sounds like fuunnnn. Brittany: I’ll be back. I’ll fix both of you breakfast when I return. Sienna: You are the best, Baby Blue. Brittany: Likewise, Baby Face. Harmony sighing broke up the bonding moment between the two. Sienna shrugged her shoulder, Brittany on the other hand glared at her. Psycho Barbie wasn’t sure why Britt and Sienna sharing a girl moment annoyed her, seconds earlier the thought of sharing a room with her tag team partner made her cringe, now she wanted Sienna not in the same room. She wasn’t quite sure how to process her conflicting feelings. Harmony: Don’t mind me.... Brittany glanced at Harm. Brittany: I expect your belongings in my room by the time me and Sienna return. Be a doll, straighten up everything in our room. I hate messes. Harmony: ... want me to mop the floor too? Clearly Harmony’s sarcastic remark flew over The War Machine’s head, she smiled at her best friend. Brittany: Thanks for offering, you are the best Babycakes. Brittany hugged Sienna. The War Machine left the room failing to give the woman she signed over for any affection. ----- Epilogue... Seeing Brittany and the way she doted on Sienna shouldn't have bothered me at all... It had freed me up to not worry about what scheme the woman had up her sleeve involving me or my son... But as I sat and first had to listen as she planned out my life in the interest of "friendship"... Then subsequently had to see her whole demeanour change the minute that Silas' new Perfect Ten walked in the room, to the point I might as well have not existed? A girl has to start thinking that they're being forgotten about and for no good reason! But I guess I had to look at it from a positive perspective and be grateful I was away from the possibility of being degraded at any moment from the man that literally held my career in his hands... And believe that Lohan wouldn't take advantage of the situation she had forced me into... I guess I could use pillows as a sort of barrier if worse came to worse... Right? -------------- Brittany Shoot ‘Do you know why I compete?’ ‘Over the course of the week you are going to listen to the people I work with glamorize working in Japan. I comprehend the importance of competing here. The Japanese people treat wrestling like a real sport. You can’t find the same passion in every state in the USA. A few markets, Boston... New York... LA... a few others you will come across your rabid wrestling fans. Idaho? Nope. Not at all. Every Japanese city I have traveled up and down for the seven years I have competed, you can’t match the energy. The passion of the fan base. We are not an entertainment sideshow to them, we are a legit sport. One day I plan to end my career in Japan. I’m not going to be the one to over hype the importance of working here. You will be force fed enough of that. I’ll speak on what I always speak on when I hop on camera.” “The truth. My truth.” ‘Why do I compete? Pop a Collin Cole promo. Which ones? The one for Rise to Greatness, the one for our Apocalypse tag team title match and his recent match against Ravyn Taylor. Pay close attention to Collin making bold proclamations how no one was going to shut down Falconry, no one had done it before, then I eliminated his Falconry single handily at Rise to Greatness. Apocalypse he made a big deal about letting his friends down, poor baby, he placed so much importance on one match that somehow the emotional pick me up was supposed to be the key reason Alexis and him overcame The Hollow. Did you want Falconry to win? Were you invested in the emotional pleas of a young man looking to find his way through this complex maze we call life? Were you pulling for him? Did you want him to to find redemption? His redemption didn’t happen... and that is the reason why I compete. I exist to disappoint people. I have crushed the dreams, aspirations, and confidence of people just like Cole for seven years. He is no different than the rest of you is he? Full of bravado. Excuses. Unrealistic hopes. There was no scenario under gods green earth his team could beat The Hollow. Where is his desire for a rematch now? Does he want to try a second time to correct the alleged mistake of Rise to Greatness? No. Either the tag team titles aren’t as important to him as he claimed, which means he lied. or he accepted The Hollow are simply undeniable better. Hate to say I told you so.. I’m lying. I hold you so.” “I am not a professional wrestler for the pageantry. Nothing about my in ring style screams beauty contest. I exist to disappoint those who believe there is a smidgen of hope in the purpose they have laid out for themselves, wasn’t that Anton Chigurh's purpose in the movie No Country for Old Men, he believed there had to be a reason you crossed his path. One flip of the coin determined your fate, normally. That’s how I view myself. Everyone was willing to overlook Collin breaking the heart of Siouxe Blade, and for whom exactly.. a woman who is going to get married to my half sister. Explain yourselves, Collin trying to defend his mistress was so noble you began to feel sorry for him? I don’t blame him. I blame you, the people. The Falconry all of a sudden became your heroes. And that is another reason why I compete, to disappoint each and every single one of you out there in television land. Thank goodness you people are not in charge of dispensing justice. All me and Harmony did via us out wrestling, out maneuvering, and outsmarting Requiem, 4Saken and The Falconry over the course of our solid stretch as tag team champions, was remind all of you who pay a ticket to watch Silas World fail that there is no failure in sight. The Hollow have evolved. We adapted. There is no stopping the onslaught we are prepared to unleash. It’s what we do.” “This week I feel tremendously disappointed. In fact I have been disappointed for several weeks now. Where is Requiem at... I forgot, Aiken Frost has kept Rachel Frost under lock and key, no match with Requiem is going to happen, breathing the living hell out of them is the entire reason we were involved in the tag team title match at Rise to Greatness to begin with. I hate leaving a job unfinished. I feel empty.. I feel very hollow right now. Thanks Aiken, thanks for not giving this War Machine what she wanted, don’t worry, I’ll get to Red Rayne when its time. First things first. Apocalypse beating the Falconry, predictably, was a disappointment, they weren’t the team I wanted to smash. And now we compete in Japan, a great wrestling mecca not to challenge Dark Fantasy. Or The Next Level. Or Liberation, they are former tag champions. I still owe them for beating me at the End Year Special last year with an inferior tag team partner, oh no, Mr D disappoints me yet again feeding Havoc Warrior Exodus and some guy in our path?” “Mr. D. You are going to have to do better than this. I am one half of the World Team Champions. I am looking for a fight. I expected a big time match, instead you feed The Hollow in which the guy whose name I care nothing for was beaten by Havoc Warrior Exodus in his debut match. Would have not known that if I hadn’t done my research. Why didn’t you just, I don’t know, feed Jake Starr and his new best friend Merrick Wiseman, to us. We did have an altercation last Friday. They want a piece of us. In no way are me and Harmony putting the tag titles on the line against them. Not next week. Not this Saturday... boss.. Remember we have a tag team division. There are teams. Teams me and Harmony are going to bulldoze through anyway. We have actual teams in our division. No need to team two guys up with a history of not being fond of each other to challenge us for the titles. That should not be how this works. Then again you are the same man who allowed William Mason to challenge for the World title in his hometown. Look how well that worked out. Broke the man. Do you want to be responsible for that level of heartache? Apparently you do. On what planet do Havoc Warrior and the other guy deserve to share the same ring with The Hollow? On the 17th there destruction, there broken spirits, and there aspirations will die in Japan.. and its all your fault.” |

As our scene opens, we find Toshiro seated on a log in the middle of a barren field. And when I say barren, I mean it. There's practically nothing but wasteland surrounding him, on occasion the wind will blow up some dust to pass by, but otherwise Toshiro is the only sign of life present in the whole area. Even the log he's seated upon is dead and decaying, but it's still sturdy enough to support his weight to allow him to say what he needs to say. "When war breaks out, you will find two kinds of people. There are those who will blindly follow whatever orders they are given, and there are those who will act on their own accord in order to do what they know is right even if it goes against what they were told. Those who follow the latter may seem foolish, but sometimes it takes that moment of freedom to understand who is truly right, and I know that if I were in a war I would rather be the warrior who dies doing what I know is right than the soldier who dies blindly believing in the wrong cause only because someone else deemed it right. There are many instances of that throughout history, and every time it is quite tragic when you know who was truly wrong all along and yet hundreds died fighting for it believing they were in the right. A good example would be the team the Havoc Warrior Exodus and myself find ourselves facing next. We move from a successful debut as a team over Wally Rosefall and Ian Keith to having a non-title match with the tag team champions, who do not seem to be considering us much of a challenge at all. They are two individuals who are clearly fighting for a cause that is wrong, because Silas Mason has made it clear that he does not care for anybody but himself and would gladly send his pawns to the slaughter just so he, the king, can be safe staying out of harm's way. For as much as they wish to tell us that they are not mere pawns, consider the fact that their tag title opportunity was only supposed to see them serious harm one of the opposing teams, which didn't actually happen, and even when they are champions now they are not receiving Silas's praises and are still being treated as mere pawns. They are only supposed to protect the new queen of his empire and their titles are supposed to become an afterthought, which is very disrespectful to a company that did not have to give you two that opportunity nor allow this corrupt politician a place upon its roster. What you have done against other teams does not concern me, because what should matter is what you can do against the Beasts of War, and more importantly how we will prepare to counter your actions. We are true warriors who fight for a cause with meaning and actually care for the company we compete for, and that alone is more than enough to already make us winners in the long run regardless of the outcome of this match." Toshiro slowly rises from the stump and takes a moment to breathe deeply before he turns his full attention to the camera now, his eyes slowly narrowing. "Even though I left Japan seeking greater opportunities, I still take a lot of pride in competing in my homeland, and for you to think that this will merely be a walk in the park shows me how badly the two of you need to start thinking for yourselves for a change. Silas Mason would know nothing about being a warrior or what happens on the battlefield, so if he tells you that we are no threat and then the Beasts of War pull off the victory, then what happens? I am not returning to my native land for you to simply treat us as though he are merely a pebble to be kicked aside along your path, because if that's what you truly believe then what will actually happen should surely come as no surprise to two wrestlers who are clearly far too overconfident for no true reason. One should never doubt an opponent in battle, because for all you know they could actually pose the most difficult challenge of your life and if you do not expect it, then you will surely fall in battle. Pride is something that one should always be wary of, for it will easily doom you sooner rather than later. Come Breakdown, you will come to know this fact firsthand when you do battle with the Beasts of War, and while The Hollow may seem to hold all the cards, they are merely that... hollow. We are complete, we are free and we are ready to fight for our lives to open their eyes to the real truths of the world. Always remember... Nō aru taka wa tsume wo kakusu. Or if you cannot understand that... 'The talented hawk hides its claws.'" With his piece said, Toshiro turns his back to the camera and seems to just gaze out at the endless wasteland as our scene slowly fades to black. |
