OOC: Good luck Ash. I'm happy with the promo portion of this RP, considering I was out of town without a computer from the 11th to the 15th. I had asked for this show off, but it's okay. It's 1 of the reasons why I asked for the extension for us. The other being I saw you had the tag team match to worry about as well. :P Hopefully you post in the next half hour as I'm anxious to see what you have too. B)

EDIT: Edit was to fix a datestamp on the promo portion. No other content was changed.

Album: Star-Lit Redemption
Track #2: Goin’ Back To Move Forward

DATE: Wednesday, September 10, 2014
TIME: 10:05 A.M.
CITY: Portland, Oregon
LOCATION: Portland State University Campus

Hopefully Tristan Bates learned his lesson. Chances are high though that he hasn’t. I’m sure he’ll just laugh some more and say that I got lucky at Apocalypse and say that I’m not worthy of being one of his minions.

I can live with that.

Besides, I’ve made it perfectly clear that I ain’t no minion. I’m a leader. I do what I believe is right and if someone thinks it’s wrong, I just shake my head at them and walk away. Why? Because I’m the bigger person. I’m an adult and I act like one, unlike our current SCW Women’s Champion.

Seriously, if anyone actually believes anything Autumn Valentine says, they’re delusional. I am NOT what she claims me to be. I’m not looking for attention. Heck, it’s her that just seems to always find the time to take a cheap shot at me via social media. It’s her that seems to want all the rules to swing her way. She’s the one with the holier than thou attitude. But really, all she’s doing is acting like a brat.

Katie Steward, looks like you have a run for your money…

Charlotte: “Hey Stacy, I have the cash box right here.”

Her voice startles me as I didn’t see her coming from out of my vision…obviously.

Stacy: “Oh, well, take a seat. Jess will be along with some of the new merchandise in a bit.”

Charlotte: “Cool. It’s kinda exciting being on a college campus like this. It’s a shame that my parents couldn’t give me enough money to attend college. I don’t have enough to do it on my own.”

I smile a faint smile and respond to her.

Stacy: “It’s alright Charlotte. You’ll earn enough money this way so ya can go to college eventually.”

It’s sad that her parents wouldn’t give her the funds to further her education. She’ll learn a LOT in my presence though. Give, give, give…

Charlotte: “Oh hey look, current classes must be over. Hopefully Jess gets here with the stuff soon. This would be a perfect opportunity to get your message out there Stacy.”

Stacy: “We’ll be here for most of the day today, so there’s time for that. We can put out the flyuhs though this go-‘round.”

I stay seated, which hints to Charlotte that she should grab the box from underneath the table and put some out on the table where the college students can see them. On the flyers isn’t just Starlet gear though, but also information on where people can go to buy tickets for my next scheduled concert and where they can get tickets to upcoming live SCW events.

See Mister D? Like I said, I’m a revenue maker. NOT the troublemaker that you make me out to be.

Stacy: “They came out lookin’ good.”

Charlotte: “I can’t take all the credit on that. Jessica’s good at artwork and computer imaging.”

Stacy: “I knew that. But ya thought of the design. Nice work. Very creative.”

Charlotte: “Thanks.”

She sits down just as a few students are heading in our direction, some boys, some girls. One of the guys is the first to speak up.

College Guy: “I know you. You’re Stacy Kissinger. I’d defeat you easily in a wrestling match. I’m a wrestler myself, best wrestler on this campus, bar none.”

Stacy: “Mmm, I bet. That sounds like a challenge, but it sounds like it’s comin’ from a-”

College Guy: “A what Stacy?”

Stacy: “I ain’t gonna go there. Yer not worth it. But if ya’d like an autograph, I have no problem with givin’ out one of those.”

College Guy: “Growing soft again? You know. I would think you would have learned your lesson with that Gable dude.”

Stacy: “I’m not soft. You’d be hurtin’ if we went at it. This ain’t no place to fight it out though. Besides, ya’d end up embarrassed, so here.”

I sign one of the flyers and daintily dot the i’s in my last name before handing him the flyer. He grunts and walks away, with one of the girls on his arm, telling him to calm down.

Charlotte: “Uh! The nerve of that guy.”

Stacy: “Meh. It’s nothin’ Charlotte. First lesson, don’t let someone bothuh ya about somethin’ that’s happened to ya in the past. They clearly just wanna mess with yer head so ya do somethin’ stupid and get in trouble. Guys like that just ain’t worth yer time.”

Charlotte: “Got it.”

Stacy: “When ya go to college Charlotte, you’ll meet plenty of ‘em. Heck, even in the workforce you’ll meet ‘em.”

Telling her the truth is the best thing I can do. There is no reason to do any candy-coating and lying. Life can be an absolute bitch when you deal with those like Autumn Valentine, even though she’s not a guy…though I don’t know, can’t ever be completely sure it seems when it comes to her, Mr. D, and sadly so, Gable Winchester.

Charlotte: “Guess I’ll just turn away from them when the time comes.”

She shrugs her shoulders at me. The second I turn away from her to look forward at the students all milling about the quad area of the campus, a couple of freshman-looking girls come to our table. They both wave at me, clearly both recognizing who I am.

Stacy: “I guess you two have seen me before?”

Freshman Girl: “Yeah Stacy. We’ve been to a couple of your concerts before. You do have a nice voice. We’re big fans, though not fans of the fact that you dislike drama. Some drama in your life is good you know.”

Stacy: “Not when ya’ve gone through as much as I have. Anyways, would you both like autographs?”

Freshman Girl: “Sure. Can we have the info to get hooked up with SCW tickets?”

Stacy: “Yup. Here, take one of the flyers for each of ya.”

I autograph the flyers for the two of them then hand them off. They thank me and quickly look at the merchandise that I have on the table before they walk off.

Charlotte: “Oh well. That could have went worse.”

Stacy: “Yeah Charlotte. Anyways, can ya go check to see if Jess is here yet?”

Charlotte: “Sure. You’ll be fine by yourself, right?”

Stacy: “I can handle it.”

Charlotte: “Okay…”

Her voice trails off as she gets up and walks away towards the parking lot, leaving me alone for now to handle things by myself.

DATE: Saturday, September 13, 2014
TIME: 7:16 P.M.
CITY: Hidden Springs, Idaho
LOCATION: Hidden Springs Wedding Barn

Even though I’m all alone and still single, I find myself here at a place where many weddings have taken place, right here in the Northwest portion of our country. And right now I truly am alone as no one else is around. I’ve lit one single candle in the place and I’m standing right in front of it, guiding the flame.

Without taking my eyes off of it I back up and pull my tablet from my newly purchased bigger purse. I set up the tablet on a chair and have it pointed upward, pointed in the direction of the candle. Once I’m satisfied with the positioning, I use the recording app that I have on my tablet and touch the record button on the screen. I look down at it, with a stern look on my face. I back turn and head right to the candle, quickly spinning back around to face my tablet.

Stacy: “Weddin’ ceremony. It’s supposed to be one of the happiest moments of yer life. Now I know technically I nevuh made it to the altuh with muh next opponent, but…we were gonna, before he got a big head.”

“Gable, as much as I hate drama, I also hate to remembuh the past. Howevuh it’s hard not to, bein’ that yer name is next to mine for the next Breakdown.”

“I wanna set somethin’ straight and make it very clear to ya, right from the get-go. I’ve long since moved on and in fact have been more successful than ya Gable. If ya remembuh, ya dumped me on national television, live on pay per view at Takin’ Hold of the Flame 2011. Yet I find it funny that ya haven’t gotten even a taste of what ya wanted, a taste of what ya kicked me to the curb for. The last title belt that ya’ve held was one half of the SCW World Tag Team Championship belts, and that was with me as yer partnuh. The last title belt I held was the SCW Women’s Championship, which was long aftuh ya dumped me.”

“Gable, I’m a woman that loves honesty. I loved ya. I cared about ya. I saw ya as the light in muh life which was supposed to wash away any darkness. But most importantly, I TRUSTED ya, and ya threw it all in muh face. Well Gable, karma fer ya has definitely been a Ravyn, I mean a bitch. Ya’ve had opportunities to become a champion since 2011, but each and every single time ya’ve come up short. Hopefully yer at least startin’ to see the errors of yer ways. I supported ya back a few years ago when we were togethuh, even when we lost. I was a TEAM player. You Gable, ya showed what you are. Yer just a player.”

I shake my head. While I know he’s been having a tough time with Ravyn, I’m not going to just simply forgive him for the psychological pain that he caused me. He will have to EARN my trust and respect. But for now, I’m not going to tell him all about that because in my opinion, this isn’t what this upcoming Wednesday night should be about. This is about competition, something that several on the SCW roster know nothing about.

Stacy: “I ain’t gonna try and change ya Gable. Ya are who ya are. And I am who I am. Aftuh this Breakdown, I’m movin’ on to ya to take care of far more pressin’ mattuhs. I’m sure ya noticed what’s been goin’ on concernin’ Red Rayne and her followin’. It’s time that someone takes her and them OUT, permanently!”

My heart is pumping. I close my eyes and remember that hit of red mist hitting my eyes, the night that I became Red Rayne’s first “victim”, per say. She must be dealt with, and to be brutally honest, Gable isn’t a threat of any sort. He never has been and never will be. Gable’s just a man. Red Rayne isn’t just a woman. She’s THE target. And unluckily for her, she won’t be dodging bullets for long.

I open my eyes and speak back towards my tablet, while again looking at the single candle that I’ve lit.

Stacy: “But before I turn muh full and undivided attention that way, I’m gonna deal with ya as swiftly as I know how. If there is ANYBODY on this rostuh that knows what yer capable of in the ring, it’s me. I teamed with ya for quite a while Gable, so I know exactly what to expect from ya. And I know that I can handle anythin’ that ya have to throw at me. I know I lost last time I faced ya at Rise to Greatness in 2011, but that was ‘cause muh head wasn’t in the right place. Ya got to me emotionally and were able to pick up the victory, supposedly “kiss”in’ me goodbye.”

“Here’s what ya didn’t unduhstand back then Gable. I ain’t EVUH gonna go away! I’ve lost more matches than I can count, but each and every single time I’ve gotten back up, lookin’ forward to the future. Now, with Red Rayne tryin’ to basically kill people on the rostuh, I feel that not just my life is in danger, but EVERYONE’S is in danger. That’s why I KNOW that her and her cohorts must be eliminated, the soonuh the bettuh. What happened to Christy Matthews was the definitive last straw. If ya don’t have the same feelin’s as I do on the mattuh, I will NEVUH respect ya or forgive ya for anythin’.”

“That said, I’m gonna revert muh focus just enough to ensure a victory against ya this time around. I said I was aftuh redemption and since this match against ya seems to be the next step up on that ladduh, so be it. Tristan Bates learned at Apocalypse that I do indeed pack a punch, especially when I’m motivated. The bad news fer ya Gable is that I am more motivated than EVUH before to be successful. I don’t know about ya though. Ya don’t seem to be in the right frame of mind. Ravyn has definitely gotten to ya and now it seems Thomas Watson has a bit too.”

“Those are yer issues to deal with Gable. My issue right now is takin’ care of business against ya. Trust me when I say that there ain’t gonna be no drama in this match eithuh. I’m gonna enter that ring, the bell’s gonna ring, and I’m gonna make sure that this upcomin’ Wednesday night ya won’t leave Japan as the Man of Win. Ya won’t be “kiss”in’ me goodbye this time. Instead you’ll be leavin’ that ring with a loss, knowin’ that on that night I was a thorn in yer side.”

“It’s like I told Tristan Bates. I am THE thorn of SCW. And aftuh I’ve delivered muh American Kiss to ya on Breakdown Gable, I’m gonna move on with muh life, continuin’ to redeem muhself against those that have wronged me and have threatened the lives of others. ‘Cause even I can admit that someone like Christy Matthews didn’t deserve what she got. You wouldn’t even deserve that, despite what ya did to me. But it’s whatevuh. My advice to ya Gable…come to the ring this upcomin’ Wednesday ready to face a far more determined Stacy Kissinger than the one that ya faced three years ago. ‘Cause if ya don’t, yer gonna find out that ya did indeed make the mistake of yer life back in 2011.”

I squint my eyes towards my tablet for a few moments before delivering the last thought on my mind towards the man I thought I would marry.

Stacy: “That mistake Gable ended somethin’ beautiful. You blew out the candle that night at Takin’ Hold of the Flame. This time, it’s my turn as I blow out the candle that represents yer hopes of defeatin’ me fer a second time. Bye fer now Gable…”

I still feel the stern look on my face. It belongs there as I am dead serious. Gable will be taken care of so more pressing matters can be attended to.

I blow a soft kiss in the direction of my tablet for my former lover before I softly blow out the wick of the candle that had been dancing around. This leaves me enshrouded in darkness. But I know for a fact that it’s the darkness of Red Rayne that lies before me. That’s the next candle after Gable’s that needs to be blown out.
