John Cena, the WWE Heavyweight Champion, has been the first Smackdown! wrestler drafted to RAW. I must accept it caught me by suprise. I didn't think the WWE was going to take from Smackdown! their most over superstar and their champion, but they did it. After Bischoff announced that RAW couldn't have get a better superstar from Smackdown!, Jericho asked THAT superstar to walk out for The High Lite Reel. Cena walked out with his entrance's hip-hop music and the WWE Title hanging on his shoulder. The crowd was naturally extremely happy about this, and seems like Cena was as well. I thought that if a champion was drafted he or she would automatically lose the belt. Apparently I was wrong, because first, Cena still has it, and second, Jericho said that the last time that two world titles were on the same show he defeated both champions (Stone Cold and The Rock ... kudos for Y2J) to become the undisputed champion. Could it be a hint of an upcoming title unification? Chris and John had some small talk before they were interrupted by Captain Charisma and his problem solver. Have I mentioned that Christian's music is one of the best the WWE currently has? Christian threatened the champion and got a rap in response. In the last several months, Cena's raps have turned slate (plus I'm not a rap fan), but last night's was pretty good. After that, the only time we saw Cena again was in a little segment that took place at Bischoff's office. There we knew Cena is not going to be Bischoff's friend (what a suprise...) and that next week's main event will be Cena/Jericho Vs Christian/Tomko. I must add that apart from The High Lite Reel, RAW was a complete disaster. It was the worst show I've seen in months I think; too many commercials (including ECW One Night Stand's), too many last week's RAW recaps (half the show was like watching last week's show ... that bad), Kane crying like a giant baby, Hemme trying to make us believe she can be dangerous (While Super Stacy was completely ignored by the director), the weakest heel turn I've ever seen (William Regal) and too much boring talk (I'm afraid HHH's talk is starting to bore me, while I used to love it). I personally liked seeing Rhyno again in TV. Anyway, read the poll question and let me know what you think about Cena on RAW. |

As cool as it was seeing Cena show up on the Highlite Reel, and as awesome as the entire reel was, Cena's not staying on Raw. SD needs Cena, and Batista cant get over on SD. I was thinking about what could happen the next couple weeks. Cena's already pissing off Bishoff. I'm thinking Christian gets drafted to SD on thurs, (thus keeping the "anything can happen" feel) and he comes out, pissed because the only reason he wanted to be on SD was to get at Cena, and now Cena's on raw. After the initial pissed off reaction fades, Christian goes back to himself and realizes "Hey with Cena on Raw, that makes me the top guy on SD." Christian goes on about how hes from Raw, the "A-show" and that automatically makes him far better than anyone on the "B-show." Which of course pisses everyone on SD off to no end. This continues for a couple weeks, Cena continues to piss Bishoff off on Raw while Christian continues to gloat and be his pompous self until the last show of the Draft, where Christian comes out again spouting how hes better than Cena and all of SD, and he wants Teddy to come out and name him the new champion of SD (even if there wouldnt be one, Christian would want it anyways), But instead of Teddy....Cean's music hits and we pick up from tonight's awesomeness. (Bishoff, sick and tired of Cena and thinkign that the "only champion that matters" HHH is going to beat Batista at Vengeance, trades Cena back to SD for some giant thing, liike The Undertaker, Kurt Angle, and Charlie Hass or some shit) And Dracon,. your crazy. Tonight was one of the best raw's in forever. |

I disagree... I think he can stay. Im thinking one of two things will happen. One Christian finally gets his due, and beats Cena for that title just before being convienently drafted to SD, or they run Hell in a Cell which is obviously going to happen and the winner of that goes to SD. I was really into Batista, but the teasing of the breakup from Evolution masked the truth. This guy, while he has a great look. And isnt the worst I've ever seen in the ring has 0 on the carisma charts. His pops get smaller by the week, once he's done with HHH it's going to fizzle completely... It may be the wrong route to go to send him to SD as champ, but at this point with the Friday night move, and no real garuntee of SD having a TV home for too much longer I seriously think they're saying fuck it. Well at least till they can see if USA will take SD along with RAW at the end of the year. Personally I think your idea for the good Captain rules Tanner, but they did just run the same thing with Booker last year when they moved him so I dont see them going that way. I think I'd actually rather see Cena lose the title to Christian with heavy interference from Tomko obviously. Then leave Tomko on RAW to take the beatings for it. Christian moving to SD would give them a new WWE Champ who is deserving, yet who many never would think would get pushed by Vince to that level... It'd let him off the hook. And they could run promo after promo of Cena vowing revenge, while getting his first RAW feud as a win since I think we all agree that Tomko can be beaten without too much more damage being done to him. It'd give the Cap a new start, away from Edge... And it could be the thing that give Tomko his seperation from the bodyguard thing which needs to happen eventually. And while we're at it they could use it to build to a match all the way down the line at next WM... Since I think thats the only time they do interpromotional. Thats probably a longshot though. I think it'll just end up with Batista losing in the cell and HHH being drafted... If anyone they think HHH is the biggest star of all, so I see them actually moving him this year. I think one of those three happen... Batista, HHH or Christian and whichever goes I think either the World or the WWE title goes with them. |

totally agree with Tanner that was one of the best Raw's i've seen for ages best this year no doubt! and i like the plan of Christian getting drafted to SD ... and for Cena ... why not have Teddy reach into the bucket of Raw names on the final draft show ... and miracously re draft Cean back to SD! and i loved seeing Dreamer, Rhyno and Sandman on RAW ... ohh how i would love it if they sign them all to run a stable with Heyman and the Dudleys following the One Night Stand ppv they could throw RVD in there as there top guy which could elevate him to the main event status he has been waiting forever for! |

LOL your only just figuring this out? The only thing that i liked about Raw was the ECW invasion and i only watched the videos on WWE.com As for this hole Cena to Raw thing i really hope he goes back to Smackdown because i can see Raw taking a bad turn if he stays on there .His raps are no where near as good as his old ones and hasn't impressed much in the ring and people have been saying Cena and HHH are starting to hate each other so doing this is just stupid. The logical thing to do is to just send Batista to Smackdown after the HITC but then the chances of Christian winning the title from tista is some what high. I would like them to see them do something like Tanner said but im sure if they do; do it i'm sure they'll fuck it up. Although i hate HHH i think he's badly needed on Smackdown and a Angle/HHH fued would be awesome but equally to have Angle/HBK to pick up where they left off at WM. So anything could happen. |

I don't think it was an idea simply for the fact that Cena is the WWE champion. Cena is getting over and I guess will be the next big Stone Cold or The Rock but I think he was better as a heel though. It is not that I don't like him. He has good showmanship and all that but he like alot of other wrestling sucessess he can not wrestle as good as lets say someone like Hardcore Holly. WWE is basically shoveing Cena down our throats. If he says the Champ is here! one more time I'm going to go nuts. |
