I love the forum and all that I just think that not too many people join or would show very much respect to SWAT as an actual efed by just having a forum. I just want to see SWAT evolve a little but I do know where your coming from Punisher. I think there is no problem with just having a big forum but some people can be kind of ignorant and just take one look and leave. |

That could be so, but you need to remember that we can't please everyone, and if they are too ignorant to look, they are probably not interested enough to stay. And we get plenty of respect all around. Watch the RSPWF mid-year awards, and you'll find out. Consider 2 things: 1. If people need a website to judge the content of a fed, they are not looking closely enough at what's going on here. I have been doing this for many years, and I have seen many, many websites that have kick-ass websites, but the people there are something akin to "YOU SUX AND I RULZ CAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO!!11!1" 2. Bigger is not necessarily better. Just because we have 85 guys on the roster does not make it a good fed. In fact, very few feds make a quality product with a roster over 30. This place is an exception, and it has been done mostly with studious planning. Rome was not built in a day, you know, and neither will this place if and when the time comes to get bigger. And we will. Plus, what is your definition of "evolve"? With the exception of a few quirks here and there, I really see nothing wrong with how things are now. A website is fine, but unimportant in the grand scheme of things. |

Yeah I know exactly what your sayen man. I have been a big fan of SWAT for a while now and always thought it has some of the greatest ideas on how to work. I know SWAT doesant need a main website real bad and can survive for years to come with out it. But I do think it will just be a bonus if there is one and can only help SWAT. But really the thing is if SWAT never got a main website i'd be totally cool with that. |

we allready have a main website right here! http://www.freewebs.com/swatwrestling/ just for fluff some people dont like free webs ... but it serves it purpose for us Dracon is currently designing a new site .... and it should kick butt but essentially ..... will still only be fluff the heart and soul of any fed is the shows and promo's if this new site gets us a few more members ... great .... but more members = more matches to write so getting them to sign up slowly is the way to go ... and getting more members to help write matches is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more important then any website! |
