Amor World Championship: Samoa Joe vs. Goldberg The two undefeated behemoths collide for the vacant world strap. Only one man can walk out of this match with his streak in tact and the gold wrapped around his waist. Something has to give. Hulk Hogan vs. Kenta Kobashi Two national icons collide in a match for the ages. For decades Hogan has embodied the American "sports entertainment" style of professional wrestling, while Kenta Kobashi has taken to new heights the hard-hitting Japanese "strong style". It's Hulkamania against fighting spirit, the pythons against the deadly chops, the leg drop against the Burning Hammer. Who will reign victorious? Tag Team Championship: Arn & Tully © vs. The Hardy Boyz Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard have built a dynasty around their tag team titles, and exemplified what tag team wrestling is. Now come the Hardy Boyz -- younger, faster, and willing to put their bodies on the line for one shot at glory. Will they get that glory tonight, or will the champions' old-school tag team wrestling shut down yet another set of challengers? I Quit Match: Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. The Sandman The Sandman laid out this challenge when Jake Roberts claimed to be the most violent, sadistic man in wrestling history. Sandman says that title belongs to him, and he'll prove it by dealing out more pain than "The Snake" can handle. Roberts, meanwhile, has spent the past several weeks inflicting mind games and physical violence on The Sandman, but the working class hero's will to fight remains undiminished. It seems impossible that either of these savages will give up, but somebody's got to. Intercontinental Title: Chris Jericho © vs. Chris Hero Federation officials had to check fire regulations to make sure these two huge egos could be allowed in the ring at the same time. Hero has earned himself a shot at Jericho's Intercontinental title mainly by pestering Jericho for months in the way only he can. Finally, Jericho agreed to the match just to get Hero off his back. It's the battle of the Chrises, Your Hero vs. the self-proclaimed saviour of wrestling... who will triumph? International Challenge: Mike Quackenbush (USA) vs. Owen Hart (CAN) vs. Mistico (MEX) vs. Taka Michinoku (JPN) This special match sees four of wrestling's fastest rising stars collide for personal and national supremacy. You won't be able to blink, as when you combine these four the action is sure to be fast and furious. Who will win this four-way elimination match and do their country proud? Jerry Lawler vs. Mick Foley These two got into a scuffle when after a successful tag match together Lawler asked Foley to kiss his feet. Instead the violent man gave "The King" a mandible claw. Now it's war between these two very different personalities. Nick Bockwinkel vs. Bryan Danielson The legend versus the technical maestro. VS Soutter Main Event. World Heavyweight Championship. Sting © vs Shawn Michaels These two legends meet up in a first ever dream match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Undertaker Vs Bruiser Brody : Falls Count Anywhere. Two of the toughest SOB's to ever set foot in a ring meet in a falls count anywhere slobber knocker, this one is going to go all over the arena with the place lucky to be left standing, let alone a winner. Rowdy Roddy Piper Vs Abdullah The Butcher Fans bring the weapons match These two brawlers have been blasting the hell out of each other for months, and respective oppponents for there entire careers, what else is there left for them to use, the fans will decide when they bring all the plunder they like. Piper wins via coconnut provided by eager fan World Tag Team Championship Road Warriors © Vs Strike Force. Animal & Hawk are tag team wreslting, they are the baddest and the toughest, but in Martel and Santana, they meet a quicker and more technically gifted team. Will brute strength and power prevail, or will the speed and technical prowess of Strike Force win the day. Ravishing Rick Rude Vs The Great Muta The Ravishing One has been on a tear destroying everyone put in front of him and making life a living hell for the federation, the promotors have gone outside the country to bring in the biggest and best international star to enter the ring, the Great Muta, to bring Rude's antics to a close. U.S. Heavyweight championship Magnum T.A. © Vs "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff The Greatest U.S. Champ of all time meets up with perhaps his greatest challenger in Orndorff. King Kong Bundy vs Batista. The Animal and Bundy, these two behemoths collide in a battle of the giants. The British Bulldogs Vs The Von Erichs Tag team wrestling is alive and well, as the Bulldogs meet up with Kerry and Kevin Von Erich. --------------------------------- voting will run until friday (7/31/0 PLEASE give the reason you voted for who you did. |

sting vs micheals and taker vs brody are what sold me. amor had some really interesting matches, but those 2 top matches from suit are what swayed me. |

Soutter's card looked a lot better. While people that know Indies would mark out at that card, the average fan which makes up nearly 75% of the population would rather have some big names in it. To me Soutter's takes it for that reason...it's a dream card that anyone would think was Wrestlemania. |

I loved both cards, but the diversity of Amor's is what got me to vote for him in the end. Since this is a WRESTLING card, I think it was a solid idea to bring into play some Japanese wrestlers, which have influenced current American wrestling a lot more than most people would think. Sting/Michaels is one of those dream matches but Kobashi/Hogan would be EPIC as in a true "war of the worlds" Also, I'd pay for that International 4-way as well. This was far closer than Franchise/Packer...sorry Suit man. |
