I was just cast in an animated series called Biker Mice from Mars. I will be playing the recurring role of "Catalina". She is a villain to the mice who uses the alter ego of a southern bell (go figure) to get her way. The series used to run here in the US in the early 90's, and now they are going to broadcast it in the UK. I don't have a whole lot of info on who else has been cast, but I was told they are some pretty familiar voices. It's only a 4 hour a week committment, so it will not interfere with "Belle's" ongoing turmoil in Salem...LOL! On another note, my Mom's new house is approaching the final stages of construction so I will probably be trucking down some Texas roads in a U-Haul pretty soon. The whole family is totally excited. Can't wait. P.S. In response to the family photo question...that SOD picture of my "sisters and me" is not of my sisters and me. The one on the left is my friend Hope and the one on the right is my sister Bo. Crazy names, huh? If I find a family photo that they (my family) will approve of, I will post it. I don't want to answer any SL questions just yet. I don't feel like I have any real answers yet. I think things are getting interesting, and I'm just having a blast playing this new dynamic with the others. I hope everyone in the path of Katrina is doing okay. I've been glued to CNN, and it looks like it was pretty devastating. You are all in my prayers and thoughts, and I am sure this, too, shall pass. I guess I'll start off by saying that I've appreciated your patience over the past months regarding my absence. I was under an oath of silence regarding my status on the show and was ultimately forced into hiding from all types of media. I know there was speculation from the beginning about the story, and how some people figured it out that I was leaving, but I was still obligated to keep my distance from everything. So again, thanks for being so understanding. (Sigh) Well? What did y'all think of the wedding? Mixed emotions I guess. Happy, sad, excited, elated, thrilled, depressed? I don't know, those were my emotions during those long shooting days. And just like that, Brady Black takes a long honeymoon. These past five years have truly been something else, ladies (and men if you're out there). I hope that I have entertained you; made you laugh, made you cry, made you scream at your TV. I've never been really good at this kind of stuff, but I really hope you all sincerely know how much I love each and every one of you. I'm trying not to sound boring here, but your love and wishes, and posts and comments, and overwhelming support, and P.A. visits from across the country, and fanatical behavior have been nothing short of staggering. There, how was that?! No, seriously, from my very soul, THANK YOU. So, you may ask, "what's next?" Good question. I guess we'll all see. I will, however, be using this board as an update center for all my projects to keep you all informed of my future endeavors. If some of you find out I'm doing something before it gets posted by me (it will happen, I'm only human), then post it for the others' benefit. Hmmmm, what else? I guess that does it then.
