Just compiled an album of socially awkward penguin pictures and added an album on facebook. Recieved zero comments or likes in three hours. Immediately delete album.

Indeed, it was a joke. It's still there, in all its glory. Though it has only gotten two likes... Alas, that people at my school have a lousy sense of humor. :P

So, speaking of facebook things I've done, I just made a new group. One of the clubs at my school wouldn't let me join, as I turned in a single form late. So, since I couldn't do that, I decided to make my own, unsanctioned club. The "Acworth Student Activities Club" already has seventy members, and it's only been an hour. Suck it school clubs, I just beat you at your own game. :P

I would invite you all, but it's mostly for organizing games and hang outs in my town, so most of you probably couldn't participate much. Sorry. :Sorry:

I found scribes corner after finally getting my BGSF account to work. Does that count as something cool I did with my day? I also figured out my girlfriend thinks Space Marines look cool. She has no idea what they are though. Sure, it may be baby steps, but I will slowly but suely turn her into a nerd like me...

Swift! Good to have you here, my man. Are you interested in RPing, or just hanging out? :)

And excellent work, I've been trying to do the same for months now. I've gotten her to start playing Go, watch V for Vendetta and Fight Club, and read Dune. Mwahahaha! :P

Ill probably be doing a bit of both. And if I can, I may start up an RP too. with more creative freedom than I had on BGSF, I could do some pretty cool RP's. And I've been reading the Stand by Stephen King... Stephen King+RP ideas=Fun :D

Also, I may start posting up fan fiction. I have been reading into some Space Wolves lore from Warhammer 40k, I would love to do a fanfiction on them.

And you got your lady to read Dune? Lucky! I can barely get my girlfriend to pay attention to Star Wars :P

Got back from camping today. It was pretty fun. I went canoing down the Wisconsin River. I also visited The House on the Rock on the way home. Man, that place is awesome.

I had this conversation with my Girlfriend when I was telling her about Warhammer 40000:

Me: "So the Space Marines and the Imperial Guard are the main defenders of mankind. Imperial Guard are the basic soldiers ammasses in unumerable amounts from every plaet, and the Space Marines are an elite few of super-enhanced Warrior Monks. Of course, the Tyranids are so much cooler."
Her: "Space Marines are cooler. And you don't support humanity? You a traitor to mankind!"
I lol'd so hard at this XD

I actually met her in the school play. She was an understudy and I acted. In retrospect, we barely talked. How she ended up liking me I havent a clue...

I find that they tend to be quiet and hang back from everyone else. Or, you know, shy.

I also find that they tend to be emo, the REAL kind of emo, the "I have problems and don't know of any better outlet than to hurt myself" kind, not the "hey look at me I need more attention look at my scars" kind.

But that's just in my experience, of course.

Yeah, my lady was really shy at first. She barely even talked to me, even though she's the one that asked me on a date (by text, :P ). Pretty sure she's not emo, though some of her friends are.

Same here; I'm not currently in a relationship though.

Funny story about emo scars, I had an accident involving cutting tree branches and my arm. Ever try explaining to a teacher that you don't engage in self harm? Not fun.... [unless your emo and somehow enjoy bad attention...]

Hm, speaking of relationship stuff, odd thing happened to my friend today.

One of my friends was asked out by a guy at school to homecoming. Okay, no big deal. Except this guy happens to be a really rude, egotistical person. I don't want to say anything about it to her, and she isn't "head over heels" for this guy, but still, I am a tad worried he will do something stupid. Thank God its my senior year, eh? Might as well use some of this angst for writing :P

On the bright side, the relationship I am currently in with my girlfriend is going quite well :)

Good to hear it; mine is as well, though I'm not sure for how much longer. As to the homecoming thing, I decided long ago it really doesn't matter who you go with. Out of the dozen people in my homecoming group last year, only one is still with his date. I didn't even have a date last year, and about a month afterwards I got my first girlfriend. :D Homecoming is just a place to have fun, and having a date just makes it a bit less awkward. :P
