For a gravity, she is nothing spectacularly special, nor does she care that she fits right into the norm for her breed. length-wise she stops at the max of 80 feet and being just a bit taller at 25 feet at the shoulders; however she has a lot of length in her neck, torso and almost double in her tail. She is lanky, lean muscles hidden away beneath smooth scales. She holds herself with poise, an air or nonchalant regality. Her limbs are more slender than stocky, more felinistic, but they are far capable of carrying all her weight, and even then, she could use her element to help her were it a burden. Her claws are polished and sharp, easy to tear into someone, despite how dainty they look. Her twin deep gray eyes are set between a long muzzle. and often seem like she is staring off into nothing, or staring deep into your soul/ She has one large set of horns, protruding from the base of her skull, stretching out in a wave and curling up at the tip. She does have a small straight pair of horns locating underneath them, but not directly. They are more located at the center, but they also curve slightly up as well. Her fractal star shaped Crystal is located in between her second set of horns, and is a whorl of dark greens and blues. Her cat like ears are located just below the start of the first set of horns, and true to her breeds, she can swivel them, and has a high hearing range.

Raistitari has an interesting color combination. Her main coloration is a deep midnight blue with a shine of green to it. Starting at the base of her eye, the nebula pattern reaches its peak, looking almost like an s turned sideways. The beginnings start out dusty, light white speckles sparsely populated, before becoming more and more denser in the middle of her neck, before becoming nothing more than sparse dust trails that swirl along her torso, like leaves in the wind. The middle of this Nebula, reflected on either side of her neck, is a dark green with some violet thrown in and then lightning out to the ghostly white that makes up for the rest of her ‘stars’. Her tail is completely devoid of this starpoints. Her face also has a dusting of these stars, along her nose and leading up to her eyes. Her nebula can glow and shine with faint magic from her chaos parentage, but it only flares with a strong emotion, otherwise it randomly pulses. She does have some control of it when trying to blend in, but it is weak and can only diluted. (CLICK)

At first glance her webbed wings look to be a bit large for her cat like grace. Which, in fact is true. They aren’t too large that she can’t fly with them, but they definitely add to her air that she maintains. The ends of her wings are tattered, from the many years of fights and can remind one of a well worn cloak that hasn’t been put away. Her wings are a lighter blue, but not enough to truly stand out. The light swirl dusting of star shines are more violet than green but its a faint twinge. She has one wing claw that looks more like a raptor’s claw. Both of these claws aren’t as polished as her talons, and her left one has a crack in it. She tends to like to float, using her element to keep her above, though if she is in need, than these large wings unfurl to carry her there.

Her tail is a deadly dual-sided bladed. Beginning near the end on the sides of her tail are scales that are raised and sharp edged and notched, easily tearing through scales and muscles when her otherwise whip like tail is flung at the enemy. However, one side of her bladed tail has a horrid gap in it, created when she got her tail stuck in an earth and when she pulled it free finally, parts of it went with it. The bladed side of her tail has more of a silver sheen to it, making it look like obsidian rather than scales.

If one was to look closely, one would be able to see the other scars that cover her torso and legs. The ones that really do stand out are the ones on her hind leg and shoulder. All these scars were from the various battles and ‘missions’ that Raistitari has seen over the course of her lifetime. Another thing that might make Raistitari stand out is the jewelry that adjourns her horns. Chains of gold interlinking with cuffs and other jewels dangling decorate both sets of her horns. She has a knack to hoard these trinkets, and often to garner an audience with her, an offering of such niceties often guarantee one a spot.

As per the norm, Raistitari does have spines. She has cat-like whiskers on her muzzle, a few on her wing claw, on her elbows and ankles, and some running along her tail. Another interesting feature is the small mane that runs along her shoulder blades and spine and then stopping one fourth of the way down. It is black with white streaks, looking like the night sky. these are soft feathers. Some of the white streaks are the normal feathers, but the rest of the white star shines are actually the same spines that adorn her elbows and tail.

Personality- Patient; Web-weaver; Sharp-wit/Razor and silver tongued; Offers advice when nobody asks; twists the words of fate to manipulate others to her whim

Raistitari is a very patient dragon. Especially when watching a plan of hers starts growing its roots. She has dealings everywhere, eyes and ears everywhere. When one would want to rush into something, or want to see the results now, she is more than willing to sit and wait or go off and do something completely different. She hates being rushed herself, and while she doesn’t have a flash-temper, her anger is the kind that stews and settles and waits, if one manages to make her angry. She believes that revenge is best served cold, and sometimes she waits years to enact a scheme of revenge if it suits her fancy. Sometimes she’ll forget that she has set something up, so by the time the fruition come about, it’ll take her a moment to remember.

Raistitari is a web weaver. She spins tales and stories, but they are never complete falsehoods. She has a large network of information, and outside of being able to read the stars, she has eyes and ears everywhere. It’s not a matter of if she knows, its a matter if she’s willing to share whatever information she has, and even then she will only tell what she thinks the person asking needs to know. She doesn’t like to give away everything she may (or may not) know. She can also get very lyrical when she’s bored, spouting out seeming nonsensical sayings and fortunes that hold the truth disguised. Whether or not the other person can make it out, or get her to explain depends on how difficult or what mood she is in.

Raistitari has a sharp-wit and a sharp tongue that she uses when she wants to, using sarcasm to mock those that truly test her, or to just to push their buttons. On the flipside, she is silver-tongued. When it doesn’t come from the stars, she will fold a tale or a lie, never once keeping to the same story, unless of course it comes from the stars. If It does come from the stars, than she will twist the truth to her own whims, usually leaving things more open ended and ambiguous or dropping out hints. She will manipulate the people with the fates that she has seen, to get the desired results from her web. Other times, she uses it to just cause chaos for her own amusement, whispering the true tale to someone and see what happens, or manipulating it again. She does like to be amused, and things usually resulting in chaos tend to do the trick. Even if there is something to be gained from a plan, a little chaos thrown in never truly harmed her directly or her plans.

Another thing she tends to do, when she’s not busy twisting the words or planting seeds, is offer advice. Particularly when no one asks for it. She doesn’t care if they don’t want it, she’ll throw in her advice, and if she’s particularly vengeful, she’ll turn around and make you pay for the advice that you didn’t even request. On the flip-side, if you ask for her advice, she’ll either not give you any, or give advice for anything other than what you asked for. Very very rarely will she give the proper advice to someone who is asking for it, or look at the stars and tell the truth of the fates.

Partner- Deceased because the fates decreed it.

Rank- Dagger/Loner

History-

Raistitari was hatched a year or so before the tainted army unfurled its banners and made itself known to the rest of the world. Like most of her clutch mates, her rider, a youth no more than 17 years of age, had been kidnapped, and forced to bond to her. It was a very small clutch, and right off the bat the evil that was nidhogg was in their minds, whispering his words of darkness, controlling them. Of course, her rider hated every minute of his bonding. Raistitari was more than content to just go along with the voice, rather than fight with her lord. Of course, her rider was also more disgruntled when it turned out that his ‘little Rais’ as she mocked him with, was also a natural soothsayer, that she could look up into the stars and read the fates of anyone. That she started having knowledge of things that she shouldn’t have had knowledge.

To say the least, their relationship were enemies towards each other. They didn’t try to work together or get along. Raistitari had tried at the very beginning, but after her rider made it apparent that she was never going to get him to cooperate, she began to mock him, fight with him. They went through most of their lessons together, before Raistitari informed him, one night, a month before their ‘graduation’ that she had seen his fate. He, of course didn’t believe her, didn’t think she actually did know his true fate. She was patient with him, and finally she was able to tell him what she had seen.:

“I have seen the stars, I have seen the fates of many men, of many dragons, of the lords and dukes, and none could be as tragic as yours, my fair one, for yours has been written before you were born. It saddens me to tell you, that you will die, my fair one, and It shan’t be a death you would wish for on your hero’s of old.”

Of course, he just laughed it off. She didn’t kill him right away, she waited a few days, before ensuring that he was torn asunder, after being flayed. She had done nothing to save her rider from the twisted bandits that had captured him, and finding him of no use to them, had tortured and killed him. She didn’t even get revenge, she did however, steal back what was once her riders crystal. It now hangs in one of her jewelry that adorns her horns.

And so she finished Lessons, graduating alone. She held little remorse for her rider’s death, the only thing she missed with the bickering, of having someone there to talk to, but after a few years on her own for the most part, she got over it. She had her fellow soldiers and pawns, and when there wasn’t a battle to fight or something to do, she was building her web, or causing turmoil amongst peers. Of course, she was still under the influence of the taint lord, but she did as she was told, made sure that she didn’t stand out too much. Those that were in her connections list, knew who she was, otherwise she kept a low profile.

So her web began to grow. None knew of her true pursuits, what she gained with her twisted predictions, what she wanted with the connections that weren’t bullied into being her ears and eyes. She kept those buried far from where any prying eyes could see them. She held everything tight, and anything that was question, her silvertongue got her out or persuaded the one that it was alright, that it wouldn’t harm his ultimatum, that his endgame would benefit from it. The other party, if included, however were on their own, and it mattered not what happened to those who angered their lord. She gained no other position outside the rank of dagger. She perfect the art of killing, subterfuge, and had connections to those who could create the deadly poisons she had not mastered, or had no access to. She didn’t want to climb the ranks, didn’t care to be the leader of anything really. She had her web, she had thousands of endgames. She was along for the ride.

She participated in all the major battles, giving it her all. She killed lots, creating more ‘soldiers’ for their army, or just merely taking them out. She was a cold ruthless killer, but she didn’t particularly find amusement in torturing them, only getting the job done. She did like chaos the battles caused, even if she didn’t have influence over them. Any superiors ignored her when she gave them her ‘advice,’ though it greatly amused her, when she could see that her words might have afflicted them, or when they believed her on some deep unconsciousness level. Of course, she had her fair share of trouble, but she always found a way to weasel out of it.

She didn’t see the fall of Vien a very successful battle really, despite how it was for the tainted legion. Vien was a large town, but she had seen that in the stars. The one battle she looked forward to was the attack on lihn itself. The fates were iffy about the outcome, that it could swing either way. Luckily, or unfortunately, the taint, led by Erebus was victorious. They had taken the strong hold, the very heart. And they had won. But, of course, it was a short-lived victory. Soon after, before the stars had time to warn her, the Sekkains struck back. Down went their champion Erebus. And not too long after, their lord was captured.

With their lord, captured, Raistitari was free from his influence. It was freeing experience, no longer did she have that commanding voice in her head that told her what to do, that filled her with inexplicable rage. It was now easier for her to go about her merry way of fortune telling, and web weaving, without having to hide or explain what it was she was doing. It was odd, again, like her rider leaving, it was quiet. She eventually got used to the silence in her, her rage against things slowly dying down to her slow-burn temper that she is now known for.

But just because the lord was gone, didn’t mean that she would stop. She went through her connections again, finding those that still remained sane enough, and writing others off, or finding other..uses for them. She didn’t let her web fall apart completely but she did some vigorous tending to it before she started branching out. She started leaking out rumors of her ability to read the future and soon it started circulating. And then they started coming. Humans, dragons, every sorts that could find her, they came. She wasn’t too terribly picky at first, but as it solidified she started being more choosy, keeping those that had influence somewhere, or ignoring those who had nothing to really offer.

Her connections didn’t stop on the tainted side. Slowly, carefully, she managed to get some of the ‘sekkains’ in her list. True, she might have been loyal to the taint lord, would probably follow the next leader if it so suited her, however, where there was an opportunity, She was going to take it. It was good to have some slight influence on the other side, and she feels no shame in it. The stars decree what opportunities she has, and she follows them. She might not tell the complete fate to those who ask of it, however, she does know what they tell her.

The last hatching that her ‘lord’ hoisted, she had managed to capture a brother and sister for the hatching. However, they didn’t make it on time, and by the time they had arrived, the hatching was over, and lessons were soon to start. She ‘let the two go, figuring that if they didn’t get back to what was left after the raid, that they would die in the desolation. A few weeks later, she ran into the same girl, alone, travel weary and almost starved to death. Her brother was already dead, and she was on the same track. Before Rais could kill her, she thought better of it. Consulting the stars, she found a better use for the poor 14 year old. Lelayne became her ‘servant’ doing errands in town for her, leading potential guests for her to where she abodes, and doing whatever else the dragoness requires. In return, she has protection, though the young girl was forced at the behest of the large dragon to survive by herself. Occasionally, the young girl is portrayed as her ‘rider,’ getting to wear the other crystal. however, she doesn’t get to keep the crystal and the girl walks on tiptoes around the dragon in fear of getting killed. Despite being with the dragon, the relationship is merely one of use, and if she were to die, than Rais wouldn’t mourn, but the girl is a good source of amusement to the dragon.
