Hi, all. I thought this might worth posting some links for. Someone on AMIT posted a link to a new interview with Mark that RollingStone came out with today. It is a pretty good interview and at the bottom, it included related reviews which I have included links for. Enjoy! :P Some may have been posted before and/or at least discussed here, but I thought it interesting to see the chain they strung together. Each one had related stories in a chain.

Thanks a lot for the links, Linda! Very interesting articles indeed!
Because of the many literary words, especially in the last one, I had to resort to my dictionary a lot, though. But there's no harm in that, quite the contrary; I picked up many new English words again as well as got new insights into MK's music. :waytogo:

Thanks for posting this Linda! It is interesting to go back and read about Jimmy Iovine's approach to "Making Movies"..and how he brought Roy Bittan into the picture to add some depth..it worked!!
With all the cross-over between MK and Springsteen fans..yet never a collaboration between the two..it's interesting to read Roy's comments upon the similarities between working with both.

I've only read the 1981 Making Movies review so far, and it was a glowing review, David Fricke is a journo in the know. I like the way he said if the album was a movie, it would win lots of academy awards :)

I admit I have not heard much of Springsteen, but from the stuff I have heard, mostly radio singles, I just don't hear the MK link at all, maybe It's just me!!
