I just like this song, I live in California and its great driving music. You can get out of town and be on the road trip and its just got a lovely beat to the song. Simply wicked.. +"

This is one of Mark's songs that has some terrific harmonies. He seems to have a special feel for chord progressions which convey what the lyrics are saying.

We've got someone else I heard doing the same thing. And from California as well! B)
I'm not the guy here but I use to do the same thing here in Croatia. Was the Going in Tow Law right a while before I've visited the forum now. :P

This does have a lovely feel about it, and I love The Shadows style guitar outro

There is something about this song that is kind of eerie, too. Raises the hair on the nape of the neck!

Before I spotted and recognised the value of these songs I hadn't known that feeling or it just had not been happening to me so often though!

Totally agree QJF,
And I think that sound is maybe one of the reasons I have a special fondness for the albums "Shangri-La" and "Kill to Get Crimson". :)
