The group who fought on Coruscant at the Senate Rotunda and at the Jedi Temple, either to defend it or destroy it, have experienced much in the past three years. Along the way they have picked up a few new allies and many more enemies. They have affected the courses of factions, governments, peoples, nations, and changed the course of history many times. Yet their tremendous luck, or lack thereof, is extraordinary, peculiar, unexplainable...

Lieutenant Aer Wulf of the Sith Special Operations, or Captain Wolf of the Wolf Pack as he's more commonly known, struts into the ruins on Naboo with the confidence and bravado of a man who just caused a war. However, besides his own personal elite team, most of his men are untrained and he finds himself flanked by increasingly untrustworthy allies...

Vorian Rath follows his old nemesis and his parent's murderer, Parjax Ordo. Putting aside past animosity, he has a newfound respect for the Crusader and rebel, even despite attempts by Parjax to distance himself. Vorian, however, cannot forget that Parjax has sacrificed many lives for his cause and has not ever hesitated to ruthlessly deal with any problem - and is Vorian's only reliable ally currently.

Alex Chan and Zath Xanon are almost polar opposites yet strikingly similar in some ways - both victims forced into exile and life on the fringes. Now they both find themselves leading others into an abyss with no discernible end, and with little trust for the other. The war hero-turned-diplomat and the pirate - they will either decimate their enemies or themselves.

Kirabi Cloud and Michael Snow were literally just trying to kill each other - then they were forced to work together or die. They say war makes brothers and sisters of us all, yet some scars cut too deep to accept new blood. Conflicting loyalty adds onto the hatred, personified in the leaders they now both follow - one a troubled soul but sensible soldier who serves the big picture, the other a manipulative, cunning, and conniving elitist who mixes duty with personal pride.

Shikamura DaRey, Ph'rum Kielbasa, and Hank Gunnarsson have already proven themselves a triangle of contention and conflict. Bloodthirsty warrior, drug-addled fortune teller, and stone-cold assassin find themselves force to work together in the face of overwhelming odds, to put it lightly. Bound, captive, and forced by the whims of a sociopathic Sith Lord, nothing short of teamwork and a true miracle will save them....

The last group enters the temple as ships arrive in the sky, signaling yet another phase to the battle not too far away. Meanwhile, Daxer moves oblivious of his followers and begins behaving with a religious fervor as he beholds the inner sanctum. The Mandalorian Wherda follow close behind, unaware that they themselves were followed, with more to come...

We have two groups ahead of us already, the 30+ and the three behind them. I wonder if they're different groups or if the three is just a reserve for the sith and exchange. Either way, we'll have to keep moving. These ruins also seem like an ideal place to do an ambush or trap...ugh. I just hope Mr. Xanon is right to trust Mical to watch our backs. Alex thought to himself.

"We got at least two groups ahead, the larger group of at least 30 is almost certainly exchange and sith. The other group might be trying to tail them as well or they might be a reserve. Finding out which the group of three is first would probably be best." Alex said to Zath, Leira, and Doctor Wran just loud enough for them to hear.

Alex would maintain force sense and lead Leira and Doctor Wran with force sight away from any traps that may have been placed by anyone who entered before them and get any information on the two groups ahead of them that he can. They would continue to follow the two groups ahead of them until they stopped and then he'd likewise try to figure out what his options were.

Squire walked alongside Kirabi as they made their way down a long hallway. Cloud had desired to use the ruins as a vantage point, but upon seeing others enter the temple his group had decided otherwise. With Sith crawling around and a battle raging, Kirabi couldn't afford to separate just yet.

Other Sith that is, not the ones beside me. Levarth seems almost calm around them, can he not feel this ones hunger? It is not as uncontrolled and primally prominent as that of the assassins, but it may well be deeper and more powerful.

Kirabi turned to his Jedi companion, who himself seemed lost in tought. "Levarth, can you sense anything? Squire doesn't smell anything off, but these ruins seem to emanate an aura of their own."

Snow followed his new found companions down the temple hallway. He looked over each of them wondering what the next chapter of their lives had in store. He had a new found respect for Kirabi and Levarth. He admired Kirabi’s strength and determination. Levarth for his power and the fact that he did save his life, they all had saved each other at some point when fighting together from Darth Tenebra and the Sith Assassins.

Hearing Kirabi ask Levarth about sense he would wait and listen to see what the Jedi was sensing and move with the group.

Vorian crouched low in the brush; examining the temple. He wasn't a religious man, except for the fates and histories of his Mandalorian people. This... ziggurat seemed out of place, even though he had never been to this world. His entire life people had spoken of the Force, and he had never sensed it or felt it, but this structure seemed to make uneasy in his stomach. The jungle marshlands here were nothing like the forests of Kashyyk, but it certainly was more comforting than the desert. The roots and swamp growth seemed to obey the perimeter of the stone building; never getting close enough to entangle or reclaim the grounds it was build upon.

Still, Mordo had brought them here for a reason. Some mystical zealotry. He awaited Parjax's movement to make his own, to proceed into the looming structure before them. Others were around, many others. He could feel that at least. The only advantage the two Mandalorians had was their movements were calculated and stealth-minded. Soon, they would proceed.

Ph'rum was drained. His latest vision was taxing, not just mentally, but emotionally. Free them... He muttered the phrase over and over again in his head. He didn't know what it could mean, or why those two words were haunting him so much. At this point it didn't matter. Ph'rum's group was being led through the ruins, most likely to some sort of prison.

One moment he was stranded on Brentaal IV, a washed up spice smuggler, and now, now he was captured by the Sith. Ph'rum had heard the tales of the Sith, but to his knowledge had never encountered one before. And here he was a Sith prisoner. Only time would tell what would happen, he didn't think he would be able to use the time-stream to predict the future to gain an edge without any spice. He could really use a hit right about now in this dusty old temple.

Why... why does this universe shit on me like this?...

Lifting his head from watching the trail of feet mixed with his own, Shika looked for Gaara attempting to reach through the force to read his reasoning or communicate somehow.

After that attempt Shika would focus on the group he belonged to keeping tabs on his brother and the lead man. Having little much to do but wait and read the situation Shika kept quiet and to himelf mostely.

Hank kept his mouth shut and kept trudging forward. Opportunity would come eventually. He looked around at the guards trying to judge the ones near him, checking for easily accessible sidearms. A jailbreak is always possible, just not always easy.

Checking over his shoulder, Zath asked "Think we can convince them to kill each-other? Save ourselves the trouble..."

Zath never had a problem with a fight, well a fair one any way... but 30 including sith? He wanted to avoid that thank you very much.

"The least we can do is ambush them and catch them in a crossfire... I am sure we could rig some traps and find a nice little spot."

Zath kept looking around, he felt inexplicably nervous. He pulled his blaster out, and kept it ready at his side... he looked at his other team mates and shrugged... half expecting opinions or a sarcastic comment.

Aer hummed quietly to himself as he stared at the wall of the room. He wasn't sure whether his decision was smart or not, most likely not, but he'd become sick and tired of acting as the Sith's hound and was glad to be acting on his own accord with this Naboo plan. He was sort of wary of Daxer still, him being a Sith Bastard and all.

Meh, hopefully the payout for this mission'll be nice enough to warrant the danger of defying the Sith as being worth it.

"Alri', buckos, I've made me a dec'sion tha' mi' not please all o' ye, and may make some o' ye quite happy. W're g'na see what Daxerrrr wants to d', 'n' scurvy to any man who bellyaches."

Wulf approached Daxer as the Dark Jedi began some strange chant at the altar in the center of the room, and began questioning him. No sooner did he interrupt the ceremony then did Daxer ignite his lightsaber and use it to give a shallow but painful wound across the Sith officer's torso. Daxer only managed to get the word "fool" out before they were interrupted by a strange and eerie moaning sound that echoed across the sanctum. Suddenly one of the Pack pirates began screaming as he tumbled backwards, away from a pair of ghostly hands reaching out from a coffin he had been trying to loot...

Parjax and Vorian saw all this, but remained silent and still. Parjax had led them into the temple without a word, as he had been doing since they arrived on the planet. However, he was not full of steely resolve as he was before and his quietness was now due to shock and horror. The sudden disappearance of the confidence the grizzled veteran had displayed was demoralizing, but perhaps not as much as the screaming they heard almost immediately behind them...

Alex used his Sense and Sight [-30/120 FE], but this proved to be a mistake when the spirits showed up. To say their presence was a disturbance in the Force was an understatement - from the moment they appeared they ignited a deeply traumatic and involuntary emotional and psychological response in Chan. With his Sight and Sense active, he felt literally like he had stepped into Hell and was being surrounded by demons. The spirits had an adverse affect on Zath's pirates as well, one running forward and another backward to escape the specters, both running smack dab into the other groups around them...

Squire growled at the newcomer as he had the traces of the ghosts that passed through the walls, but remained in place until Kirabi ordered otherwise. Serpo poised himself for attack, but Philo stepped in the way and seemed to reach out to the frightened individual through the Force. He was still skittish, but at least now he seemed cooperative for them to start questioning him. His name was Kir, and he was pirate - though not, as he stressed, one of the "pussy Exchange" pirates that had apparently attacked the planet. His crew was evidently Black Sun aligned and was present in the ruins to "help some spook types." There wasn't much more they could get out of him before they heard guns cocking behind them...

Shika, Ph'rum and Hank looked on as their captors seemed about to add another bunch to their merry gang, yet these four did not look to be captured easily. Indeed, two of the trio knew most of the four rather well. Hank knew from intel reports who Darth Serpo and Kirabi Cloud were, and had seen the infamous Philo Levarth in person. Shika knew all three of them as well from that night on Coruscant when he had been bound as well. The Zabrak he did not recognize at first, but his face was familiar, perhaps from the Temple.....yet Shika soon realized that this was the face he had seen himself locked in mortal combat with every time he had a vision of Darth Ferveo. His berserker rage boiled within...

Ferveo walked closer to the group with all the authority of someone who had planned everything. The Akk Dog growled again, but Ferveo's eyes took on an unnatural glow and the beast cowered unexpectedly. The Sith Lord then scanned the group. "Snow...I trust you're here to finish the mission I assigned you, your REAL mission. And...Serpo.....I trust that you will take these Republic malcontents into custody so we may proceed?"

Serpo glared at his colleague with open hatred yet a cautious wariness. "You DO NOT have any authority over the Inquisitorius! In all war time and otherwise extraordinary situations, the office of Sith Intelligence takes command - meaning YOU listen to US." Ferveo only laughed at that, then stepped forward with his arms behind his back. Serpo readied himself and summoned objects with his signature telekinesis. Ferveo didn't even bat an eyelash as a wave of fire erupted from his very being and smashed through the wall of debris. The shockwave sent the four, as well as Squire, tumbling back. Everyone from the Mandalorians onward witnessed this...

GHOSTS?! WHAT IN THE KARKING HELL ARE THE SITH DOING?! Ghosts can't exist...but I see them right here! This feeling too...it's utter hell. Wait...Is there...a gate of Chaos up ahead like in the Naboo Mythology? If there's ghosts here, does that mean it's already been opened? Alex thought to himself as he heard screaming unsure if it was from him or others horrified by the appearance of the ghosts.

Alex turned off Force sense and sight when he recovered enough from the shock of what he saw and sensed and would try to calm himself down. If the group split up or started running away from the specters, he'd go with Leira and Dr. Wran.

"So...either of you met ghosts like this before?" Alex asked Leira and Dr. Wran in the hopes that one of the two would have some idea on how to deal with the ghosts, especially Dr. Wran who apparently went through similar ruins himself.

Vorian knew that he would have to try and steady his once-undaunted enemy. The screams he heard were... unlike anything he had ever heard before. Cries of pain and anger were ones he had heard in variation all his life. This shrill sound was different. It was complete and utter terror in a weak soul.

"Parjax, stick close. There never has been something a Mandalorian couldn't kill."

Vorian made his sentence sound as commanding and strong as possible. It was the only type of wording that Parjax understood, he thought. Although the Wherda Verda Mandalorian had no force powers, he could still undeniably feel a pressure or presence of things around them. Vorian knew the chaos that would soon follow would give them an advantage against the Sith around them.

Aer quickly pulled his weapons out and gripped them tightly, nervously asking Daxer, "Uhh.. don't s'pose ye 'ave any way t' get rid o' these... ghosties, eh?" He figured that blasters wouldn't have any effect on ghosts, but his trigger finger was starting to itch anyway - and it wasn't as if there was anything to lose... probably.

Free them... It was burned in his mind. He could feel his lips moving repeating those words again and again. Ph'rum begrudgingly marched on. His group had met up with a few more. He could tell from some of his companions that they knew each other. Ph'rum could feel the strength of the others around him, the force was strong with many of them. He knew if it came down to a fight he would need to find a safe hiding spot, preferably a ship to get him the hell out of here as quick as possible. Maybe he could find someone who could teach him to use the force. He need to learn to protect himself because with this frail body he was bound to get killed sooner rather than later. But for now Ph'rum could only focused on not getting killed, he had to keep marching. Free them...
