The Clone Troopers are so cool ! Whatever happened ? I mean, the Storm Troopers are cool and all but they pale in comparison to their predecessors. The Clone Troopers have the standard units consisting of the standard troopers (no color code or special weapons), the captains (red color code), the lieutenents (blue color code), the corporals (green color code), and the commanders (yellow color code). They all use the DC - 15 blaster rifle which uses powerful, inaccurate plasma bolts freeing them from the burden of reloading ammunition but with the host of the clones being crackshot Jango Fett, they can handle that inaccuracy and hit the target nearly every time. The ranked units also carry blaster pistols. Then there are the ARC Troopers (Advanced Recon Commandos) who were hand-trained by Jango Fett before his demise. They carry portable missile launchers, the DC - 15 blaster rifle, blaster pistols (sometimes two like Jango), and any other weapon they can get their hands on. Then there are the Republic Commandos, Clone Troopers designed to handle really tense battles, each unit consists of a sniper, a demolitions specialist, and a heavy gunner. Instead of the DC - 15 they carry the DC - 17m blaster rifle which can convert into a sniper rifle or anti-armor gun. There's also the BARC Troopers which are the Scout Troopers. Finally, there are the Clone Commanders. They seem much like the ARC Troopers which leads me to believe they are what the ARC Troopers aspire to after the armor change from the Mandalorian look of Episode II to the more Storm Trooper like armor of Episode III. There is a Clone Commander assigned to every Jedi general to protect them and carry out their orders. It would seem every Jedi Master has been awarded the rank of general and some of the Jedi Knights the rank of commander, such as Anakin. Obi-Wan is also a general since he was awarded the title of Jedi MAster somewhere in the Clone Wars, probably when he defeated Durge and captured San Hill, leader of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, on their primary planet, Muunilist. Anyways, I better shut up before I make this post so long CHAOSGAMMA won't read it. ^_^ I just thought I'd fill y'all in on some cool info I learned from the SW III ROS Scrapbook, I mentioned in the library. |

The Storm Troopers only have the standard trooper, the Sandtroopers which appear to be the commanders or maybe what's left of the ARC Troopers judging by their appearance. The Snowtroopers seem to be Vader's personal guard and don't forget the Scout Troopers. Then there are the loads of other types from the Expanded Universe. |

Yeah, I know what you mean. Clone Troopers seem much better than Storm Troopers. I wonder what happened? Maybe they lost Jango's genetic code somehow so Storm Troopers aren't really Jango clones at all. Hopefully we'll get some insight on this in Ep. III. |

Yeah, it sure would, because Jango is still the voice for Clone Troopers. |

There are a bunch of cool TV commercials for the movie now. Some I have seen on TV and the rest can be seen here. |

Personally, this movie will surprise me. I wonder who Darth Vader is? I think it's Mace Windu. |

I believe that was a very sarcastic remark Shadow. Our detective here is hot on the case and has descovered the truth! We have mentioned how George Lucas actually wants everyone to already know what will happen in the movie as a strategy to make everyone want to go see it happen. |
