Prologue There are many interesting tales that can be told of the events of the Clone Wars. For the Jedi, they all end in tragedy. It is believed abroad, that the entire Jedi Order was destroyed at the end of the war. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's diabolical plot was completed when several events occurred. It began with his manipulation of the Galactic Senate to give him the powers of an emperor. When Anakin Skywalker was twisted to the dark side and most of the Jedi leading the clone troops into battle, he had the perfect chance to eliminate the Jedi, once and for all. He sent his new apprentice, Darth Vader, to infiltrate the Jedi Temple. Vader viciously murdered all the Jedi there, down to the very last Jedi Youngling. Meanwhile, Emperor Palpatine ordered all Clone Troopers to kill their Jedi generals. The only Jedi known to have survived were Obi-Wan Kenobi and Master Yoda. This is one of those tragic tales, it is the tale of two valiant Jedi, and their journey unto the end. This is the story of Jedi Master Yairon Petrova and his Jedi Padawan Learner, Landru Kryton. Thus begins the account of these two ill fated, great warriors of the galaxy. |
