The description of character's and story reminds me of the over rated Gears of War and Unreal Tourney games.

Yeah but at least those games have good gameplay...

Oh and there's this head. I guess he was torn limb from limb in a fight, but he's still doing ok. He complains a lot and says, "You can't take me into battle, for I am just a head!" And everyone else is like, "Shut up, head." It's kind of weird.

I'm so getting this game now.
I never really felt needed or even wanted here, but I still do come back from time to time. If you want to speak to me for whatever reason, you may add me on Skype. My Skype name is revon.migouru and as long as you tell me who you are in the friend request, I will add you.

Well I just downloaded Ys. It's a really good game, but I already came across a problem. You're able to save anywhere you want. Problem is, I saved right on top of an enemy spawn point so every time I load my game, I die instantly. I was already low on health to begin with so there's no hope for escape. I now have to start over. Luckily I wasn't too far into the game. First dungeon only.

The game is pretty good. It's weird that there is no attack button. You just walk into enemies and they take damage.

Jousting ftw =P. But I like the concept of having two games in one, that's literally in one, there really is no end for I or a start for II it's just continuous. I thought for a remake of two games that have a continuing story line that was pretty cool. I'll be getting points to buy MM9 soon. . .I'm tempted to get this as well.

I picked up my reserved copy of Mario Sluggers yesterday and so far I think it's great! The first game on GCN was okay, but Sluggers is much more fleshed out and the controls make the game perfect for Wii. With the nunchuk control style you're in full control of everything that's going on and you still have the fun, intuitive motion controls. There's a huge line-up of characters: over 70 because some characters have different colors like Yoshis and each of those colors characters has unique stats and abilities, but at the same time there's just a ton of characters because over half don't have different colors and that's not even counting Miis (which look funny). And I love challenge mode so far; there's no voice overs for the dialogue, but the dialogue itself makes up for that because some of the things characters say are hilarious. Challenge mode is an adventure/story mode and it includes going around doing various things to recruit teammates, going to shops to buy items, playing minigames, and of course the main events are the ballgames. I've only had the opportunity to play the game for a few hours, but so far I'm quite happy with my purchase.

It's a shame the motion controls suck. As if it'd kill them to use the wii sports engine for the controls. At least the controller's controls aren't broken or boring.

Motion controls suck? What? Using the nunchuk is the way to play! You still have to swing the remote to bat like in Wii Sports and same goes for pitching and throwing on the field, but you can control the fielder's movements and where to throw and which runner to move and do more advanced things like stealing bases because you have the nunchuk. I think it's great

With some help from Ebay, and trading CoD4, I was able to get Tales of Vespiria for 360.

Yes the motion controls suck, no movements or anything is measured via motion.
