I just bought The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition on Steam. Downloading now.

EDIT: Cool, you can hotswap between the new and original versions in-game with the F10 key.
Cool! Is this the one that will released on WiiWare and XBLA? Or will that be an entirely new adventure?
This one (the remake) is for PC and XBLA. WiiWare and PC are getting the new ones, Tales of Monkey Island. (Actually, the PC version is already available on Steam)

I've never played a Monkey Island game, I may try one when the new one comes out on Wii.

There's nothing like a successful bargain bin dive. I got Fire Emblem PoR for $15 today.

Just got back with Wii Sports Resort and Avalon Code for DS. Avalon Code was on clearance and I was able to get the last one. Got 25% off on that one. Could have gotten 75% off if I bought two more games but there was really nothing good left.

I got Wii Sports Resort and SW Force Unleashed on 360 for only $19.99 (yes I'd already beat it, but I only borrowed it when I did that)

Something cool about Wii Sports Resort is it has Stamps (aka Achievements) and many things have to be unlocked (usually other modes of the same activity or higher difficulty levels for the activity) so there's a lot more to compel gamers to keep playing than there was in the first Wii Sports.

Update: I just noticed that it puts a message on your Wii Message board for each Stamp you earn and I just played the game for almost four hours so I've got 11 messages on my board

Nice, two games I'd like to get. Although I'd like to get Force Unleashed for Wii because I heard it was better, but then again the 360 has/will have DLC so I'llhave to think about it.
