Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash-up - it's great! A lot like Brawl, but a good bit different too |

I'd really love to pick up Smash Up, it looks really cool. Kinda sad at the lack of characters though. 1 rabbid would've been fine, but 3? There were some quality characters they could've put in their place. Even if it was just alt. costumes for the turtles. |

There are alternate costumes for almost all the characters, but they have to be unlocked. The lack of characters and the inclusion of random Rabbids that just don't belong is somewhat disappointing, but at least the main characters are really good. The gameplay is great though! |

And that's what matters most :P. Have you by chance tried the online yet? Wondering if it's better than Brawls(well at least for random matches). |

I have, and I haven't had any lag issues in the few matches that I've played. Like most online Wii games there isn't much customization you can do against random opponents, you have to play against friends for more options and I don't know anyone else who's gotten the game yet. Project: Shadow wants to get it so hopefully he'll be able to |

Well thank goodness that the game seems to run fine online. Hopefully I can get the game by Christmas. |

Smash-Up is a game I would like to get. Though there are a number of other games I want to get as well. Dead Space Extraction, MySims Agents, Persona for PSP, Demon's Souls, Kingdom Heart 358/2 Days just to name a few. And they're all coming out within the next couple weeks. What should my priorities be? Well I already have Demon's Souls pre-ordered. I don't know about everything else. I wish they could space these games out. |

I'd like to get Dead Space Extraction as well but it's most likely either that or The Darkside Chronicles, and I'd rather have that. Kingdom Hearts looks really good too, gonna get that for Christmas along with a DSi. |

I bought two games today. Cursed Mountain and Real Heroes: Firefighter for Wii. Both of them were $29.99. Real Heroes looks like a budget title, and it kind of is, but it's a pretty good game. There seem to be only 8 levels and I beat the first 4 already so it's a very short game. It's a first person firefighting game and that's pretty much it. You put out fires and you get an axe to chop stuff. The game has a lot of motion control for swinging your axe and busting down doors, but there is an option to turn all that off. I like to keep the motion control off. The game also makes heavy use of the Wii remote speaker by using it as a radio for your team to talk to you. There's a lot of dialogue and the voice acting is pretty good. And if you don't like the Wii remote speaker then you can switch the radio to be set on the TVs speaker. There are a lot of options to change the control settings which is good. I enjoy this game. Gonna try out Cursed Mountain right now. |
