My copy of Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword for the DS just came in from Amazon. I've already gotten through the first chapter within around the ten minutes I've played it. It's a short game, but at the price of $7, it was a steal for me. It should me hold until my copy of A Boy and His Blob comes, hopefully later in the week. :) |

You're right, thanks! In addition to the free $30 game, my trade-in helped offset the cost. Toys R Us really does give more credit than Gamestop And it sounds like you got an amazing deal yourself! Ninja Gaiden for only $7? That is a steal! At that price I should steal myself one too XD |

Not that I have any games to trade in at the moment, it's nice to know that there are better trade-in deals than the ones GameStop has. The game's back up to around $12 now (which is where it was about a couple of hours before I ordered the game, which means I was REALLY lucky), but it's still a great game to have for the price. |

Well its been what.....5 months, I guess.... O.o Anyways yeah its been 5 months since I got any Nintendo Points but since Toysrus was running that buy 2 get the third free on all video games and video game accessories I decided it was time for some points to be given to the Wii/DSi and some Wii/DSiWare games to be downloaded. WiiWare (4000 Points) -Bit. Trip Core (600 Points) -Contra ReBirth (1000 Points) -Final Fantasy IV: The After Years ~~~~~Prologue: Return of the Moon (Part of the base 800 Points) ~~~~~Ceodore's Tale: The Last of the Red Wings (Part of the base 800 Points) ~~~~~Kain's Tale: Return of the Dragoon (Part of the base 800 Points) ~~~~~Rydia's Tale: The Eidolons Shackled (DLC-300 Points) ~~~~~Yang's Tale: The Master of Fabul (DLC-300 Points) -Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord (1000 Points) DSiWare (2100 Points) -Might Flip Champs! (800 Points) -Dragon Quest Wars (500 Points) -Mario vs. Donkey Kong Minis March Again! (800 Points) I'll probably am going to put first impressions for these up sometime over the week. I played the games a good while yesterday (except the DSiWare) and got a good feeling for them, but will hold off on impressions until I allow a little more play time with them. On a side note this made me realize there has really been a lack of Virtual Console games lately, but next time I get points I have some Virtual Console games to get. (Pulseman, Final Fantasy [probably as a gift from Nintendo], Super Star Wars, Adventures of Lolo, etc.). I won't guarantee anything though since I'm going to restrict myself to probably getting New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus, and God of War Collection for games for the rest of the year. Though I might make an exception for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.... |

Toys R Us let you get a free points card with the sale? When I went they told me that the sale does not apply to any points cards and wouldn't let me get a free points card. Edited by CHAOSGAMMA, Oct 14 2009, 07:18 PM.

A Boy and His Blob came in today, and I've already put about an hour into it. My early impression is that if I had to sum the game up in one word, it would be very 'subtle'. Anyone who picks up this game expecting some kind of intense, mind-blowing, in-your-face experience is going to be VERY disappointed. However, if that doesn't bother you, this might be worth a look. I don't think I've played a platformer quite like it, and I'm looking forward to delving into it deeper later on. :) |

Well Tuesday night I ordered a new Gamecube controller port cover for the Wii since mine broke about two years ago and I also ordered a new sensor bar stand. Both were $1 and arrived today. :) |
