^Unfortunately, none of the characters play too differently, so their appeal really comes on mostly preference in design, story mode, etc. They do have different dodge animations, though, and from that angle, Dorothy probably has the smoothest looking one of the group.

Heh, don't mention it. I'm not trying to force people into buying the game or anything, as that's something I'm simply not too fond of myself. I was just making the case that the game will probably prove worthwhile to those who give it a chance, provided that they're not expecting something too massive in scale. Get whatever you feel like getting the most, though. :)
Well I've been interested in the game ever since it was announced, but I had my concerns about it, and I've been burned by Wiiware titles before(Bit-Boy!! being a title that comes to mind, not horrible by any means, but disappointing none-the-less).

I'm thinking about downloading this and Castlevania Rebirth. I'll have to take a look at all the Wiiware titles I've missed lately.

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
I haven't played Rebirth, but from what I've heard, you might as well get Rondo of Blood (or Super but you have that already) instead.

I have been playing 3D Dot Game Heroes for PS3. If you like Zelda, you will probably get some enjoyment out of this game. 3DDGH pretty much is classic Zelda. There are so many Zelda references as well. One of the first lines is "It's dangerous to go alone. Take this." And the intro is very much like A Link to the Past. I even found a guy in a cave who game me 100 gold saying, "It's a secret to everybody." And the dungeons are also very Zelda-like, going from room to room. And all the items I'm finding, like the boomerang, bombs, bow and arrows, a hookshot, and a ring to increase your defense. Then I find myself in the Lost Woods where you have to travel a certain path. In this game it was up, right, up, left, left, down, down, left, up, up, up I think. This game is Zelda.

It's not bad and for only $40, it's a good deal. It's fun but the music isn't very memorable. Kind of bland if you ask me.
