I'm loving Nuts & Bolts so far. It's just so delightful to play. I feel like a kid playing Banjo-Kazooie again. I'm also glad they didn't do another collectionfest game and went with a GTA (or maybe Spyro? Kinda feels like that too) style instead.
I can agree on the collectionfest part, but I would've much rather had a platformer. I did really enjoy Nuts and Bolts though and I give them kudos for trying something new, in the end it paid off, and for all I know if they went in the platformer direction it could've been worse since its not the same Rare it was ten years ago.

I can still kind of get my platforming fix from just exploring the worlds on foot. (Particularly Showdown Town, it's a very nice place to explore) And yeah, they're not the same Rare anymore, but if they can keep making games as good as this, that would be alright.

PS3 I assume?

@Dragon: Great that you got your 360 and that you're enjoying Nuts & Bolts. I really like the game too, but my favorite part about it is all the fun possibilities there are in making vehicles (it gets better as you progressively get more parts at your disposal)

@Bermuda: Well that stinks that you can't even play your VB for 30 min without hurting yourself, but you can't say that you weren't warned. I've never actually had the opportunity of trying one out, so I do wonder what it's like. It'd be cool if they did a VB remake collection for the 3DS, but if they did there'd only be 2 or 3 games worth putting on it.

Wario Land is actually a pretty good game. It uses the VBs 3D effect pretty well when switching to background areas. If you enjoyed any other Wario Land game, you would probably enjoy this one. That is if it weren't on the Virtual Boy. The levels are really short, and my guess for that is to discourage people from playing for longer than 15 minutes at a time. And I mean these levels feel shorter than most other Mario and Wario 2D side-scrollers.

Mario Clash on the other hand could be a decent downloadable title for the 3DS. It's another game where you jump to the background and takes advantage of that 3D. It is an extremely simple game though. Just jump on a koopa and throw the shell at spiked enemies. Do that to clear the level and repeat. These games were designed to be played in very short bursts, like maybe play for 10 minutes and take the rest of the day off.

I'm done getting games for now....downloaded about 10 PSP games, got PSN+ (with Gauntlet II for half off), UC2 DLC/Avatars, Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, and Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg...

PSP Games I Got:
God of War: Chains of Olympus- $20
Dissidia: Final Fantasy-$20
Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles-$15
Midway Arcade Treasures Extended Play-$10
Sega Genesis Collection-$16
LittleBigPlanet PSP-Free
Socom: Fireteam Bravo 3-Free
Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters-Free

I still have $20 on PSN so I might get Gran Turismo, Gardius Collection, Coded Arms, or some PSOne games. After that no more games till i beat A LOT (aka a majority) of these PSP games.

My dad ordered Tales of Vesperia and Bioshock for me as an early birthday gift.
