Speaking of Dead Space 2, anyone see the Collector's Edition for this game? I know I said I would never buy a collector's edition game again after Batman Arkham Asylum, but man this thing looks good. It comes with a freaking plasma cutter replica. Now the batarang replica we got with Arkham Asylum was pretty weak, but my god this looks sweet.

So here's my problem. I pre-ordered the regular edition of the game off Amazon. At the time I pre-ordered, they listed it as $45, rather than $60. So they're going to honor the lower price. Pretty good deal. Or I could cancel my good deal and go for the Collector's Edition and spend money I don't have to get my awesome plasma cutter. The former is clearly the smarter choice, but I'm still torn.

I don't know, I guess it just boils down to if you really believe that in the long run you'll enjoy whats in the collector's edition. Are you a huge enough fan that years down the road you'll still enjoy the plasma cutter you now have on display in your house.

Also remember how cool the idea of having a batarang was initially before finding out how good it was or may have been.

Demon Souls is a tough game. I had it for a while but eventually gave up. I liked it, but it kind of destroyed me. Probably should have stuck with it for a while longer.

I own it but have only played it very briefly. I need to put more time into it before the servers go down for good in April.

Also, I ordered Red Steel 2 and Muramasa The Demon Blade off of Amazon last night. Two Wii games I missed in the past year that I've been wanting to play.

PIcked up Fallout New Vegas. Haven't formed an opinion yet but the game froze as soon as I was getting into combat. Not a good sign... Maybe I should have gotten the Xbox Version...

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
Yet another free game: Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games from GOG for registering during the beta phase. If anyone else here registered during the beta, you have a free game waiting for you! (May not be there right away, though it was for me)

Drats, I never registered. Perhaps I should now, just in case there's future promotions such as this.

You really should, I've gotten two free games from that place so far. (Not counting Beneath a Steel Sky, which is always free)

Not sure if their demos or not full games or something, but apparently in my newly created account I have:

Lure of the Temptress
Beneath a Steel Sky
Teen Agent
