I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
My favorite is the first one. (I'm not exactly sure why...) I've had hours and hours of fun it. :w00t: I still remember the Christmas where I first got it... :$

Imagine if it had the graphics of the GameCube ones...

Well, I have all three, and though I love them all, I think that Rogue Squadron II is the best because of how it goes through all the space battles of the movies.

I haven't really played much of II. Though the Battle of Yavin was indeed awesome. :yoda:

I like Rebel Strike best. I haven't played too much of the first one, but I just love all the multiplayer on Rebel Strike. The bonus missions also rock. It's cool to be able to play as Luke, Han, and Leia in missions. The Jedi Starfighter and its Sonic Mines are awesome, too.

Gotta love those Sonic Mines. B)

But Rebel Strike was a little too short for me... <_<

Too short? It has the entire RS II with co-op mode! What's cooler than that? Me and Project : Shadow never did finish that, did we? Well now that I think about it I think that we beat it, but didn't unlock all the bonus missions, right?

Remember, this is coming from someone with no one to play with... :(

(I do have friends, but none of which who live at a reasonable distance.)

Yeah, six-year old (seven in two days) siblings to play with most of the time. ^_^ He's getting pretty good, though. He's beat most of Sonic Heroes by himself. 0_o
