What is the regional coding for the PS2 DVD player

I found a AOSMB 3 box set on Ebay and it's from australia so does anyone know is the PS2 can play any region code or just 1? Same for the Xbox.

Hmm... DVD encoding... Sorry, but I don't have a clue. I'd like to know myself. It could be possible that the seller is selling a US DVD from Australia though, did they specify?

Yeah they've specified, and believe me if it was an American DVD box set of the show I'd know about it and buy it off of Amazon or something XD.

I'm pretty sure American PS2's are Region 1. :yes: However, newer computers have multi-region DVD players, so try that. B)

I'm pretty sure American PS2's are Region 1. :yes: However, newer computers have multi-region DVD players, so try that. B)

My computer doesn't have DVD player compatability!
