Not entirely sure if it classifies as a manga or not, but I borrowed a volume of the Usagi Yojimbo graphic novels (volume 17 I think) from the library today. I'd been looking up about 'im on Wikipedia not too terribly long ago. For those who don't know who or what he is, he's the protagonist in an anthropomorphic (hate that work but have to use it for lack of a better one) comic about samurai, ninjas, and stuff in ancient Japan. He's also a minor character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and was featured in the old and new cartoon. Not sure, but I think one of the creators of TMNT may do Usagi. Maybe not, but there's some relation. Anyway, I've only skimmed through it so far but it looks sort of interesting as well as kinda funny. I saw another volume so if I like this one I may check it out another time.

Sounds interesting and I say close enough :p(about it counting).

Also I went to Borders last night and got Dragon Ball Vol. 3 and Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories Vol. 1. I've got to say CoM is a big improvement to the KH mangas. The first four were small and very rushed, this one is basically the size of a regular manga and it's also pretty funny, not as funny as Dragon Ball though.(is still laughing at NO BALLS!)

I actually got some new stuff the other day. I got the first issues of Hyper Police, and Case Closed. I will be getting Yu Yu Hakusho this weekend.

I got Dragon Ball Vol. 4 last night, and sadly either Zombie Powder Vol. 2 didn't really come out the 5th or both stores I went to were sold out(or just didn't get it in yet), so I decided to get The Best of Pokemon Adventures Red it's pretty good. I remember a long time ago I bought comic books of it, interesting enough none of the comics I had made it into the manga, good IMo so it was all new to me.

I got Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories Vol. 2. Again this one was better than the last, and way better than the first game's manga combined. I believe it's the longest one yet, and it ends the game. Coming soon Kingdom Hearts II the best in the series! (Game wise, and HOPEFULLY it doesn't follow the first game's suit and get small 100 some page manga -_-)

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
My friend has the complete set of the first game manga. I can see what you mean by rushed. Sora beat the Wonderland boss with just one ice spell. It took me two tries to beat that. 0_o

Yeah and they skipped some levels, although nothing really big plot wise, like we the story lived on w/o Halloween Town(despite it being one of my favs :p).

I read Beet the Vandel Buster, Whistle!, and Firefighter.

Is Beet any good? I've seen it while looking around at the stores.

I don't buy manga books, they have tons at my local libraray. But anyway, Beet is a great read, I'd recommend it.
