Maybe the clock either speeds up or slows down time for a short while. New updates: Grey Fox from Metal Gear is an assist trophy and we're told about grabbing and throwing. |

LoL Grabbing and Throwing is almost as bad as Shielding and dodging XD. Anyhoo Gray Fox is one of the best characters in the Metal Gear universe. He's definatly welcome even as an assist trophey. |

Well do keep in mind that Grabbing and Throwing is an important part of the Brawl. So part of learning how to play, or how to improve your game rather, is learning how to Grab and Throw strategically. He did mention people who haven't played Smash Bros before |

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
|
I expect a Sonic-related support character or two.
:p Here's hoping for some non-Metal Gear and Sonic-related third-party Assist Trophies to be there too. > < |

I wouldn't mind seeing Tails and Robotnik as the assist. Or perhaps Metal Sonic :p. |

Its nice to see Lucas' moves. It just stinks that he is replacing Ness... |

Dadgum! Lucas' moves sure do look/sound powerful! I don't see how his powers can be matched! He is still similar to Ness though, so perhaps one of his alternate colors could look like Ness. Ness has been in both Smash Bros games before now (although unlocking him in the original game is ridiculously hard). Speaking of the alternate colors, look what I found: Posted Image Somebody's nice handy work. I'll go ahead and say that this image is clearly fake though. 1. You can tell that was originally a screenshot from Melee. 2. One of the players is Ness and we were just discussing how he's being replaced by Lucas |

While I'll also say that it's a bummer that Ness doesn't look like he'll be returning, Lucas does seem like a rather good replacement. I am a bit bummed out about one other thing, though. I wanted to see something done to make PK Thunder an easier recovery move. It's probably because I'm not much of a Ness player, but I just found the move a bit too risky to use in the heat of battle. It's nice to see that Lucas also has his snake rope as a means of recovery, but I wonder exactly how effective it will be. |
