Fantasy Zone's okay, but the Master System version's kinda watered down. I'd rather have Super Fantasy Zone for Genesis on VC, it's MUCH better than the Master System version.

If you want a more true version, get Sega Classics Collection, it has an arcade perfect port of Fantasy Zone with 3D graphics and a new mode with bonus stages. I'd also recommend the Sega Ages version for Saturn which is a straight port but it's import only.

In fact, most Master System arcade ports suffered from not being the arcade experience Sega hyped them to be. Which kinda sucks. Still nostalgic though :p

Oh wow, thanks for the info! In that case I'll wait for Super Fantasy Zone.

And HMS, how/where did you hear that Super Fantasy Zone was announced?

Still waiting for Gradius II as well :D

Super Fantasy Zone is great, they added some useful weapons in there like homing missiles.

Next Week: River City Ransom
Following Week: Double Dragon
Week after Following Week XD: Renegade

Those are just announced from one company, so obviously not th eonly games released for those weeks(though there is obviously always the chance that they will be the only ones xD).

Anyway, I love RCR so hopefully I'll be able to get that soon.

That's cool, but where'd you find that information? What company owns those games?

Defend Your Castle <-here's a trailer for Defend your castle, also confirmation that it will only cost 500 Wii Points. Looks interesting

And I just found out that Magnetica is coming to WiiWare. As of now a date hasn't been announced for a US release though
