As far as Genesis games go, (not imports) I have two words: Thunder Force. Nuff said ;) |

I just checked the Wii thread and saw that Super Star Soldier is one of the VC launch titles for TG16! :w00t: Everyone download it when you get online on the VC, it is awesome! I hope they put Soldier Blade on there too, it's even better!! |

Heh, okay. The number of VC games scheduled to be available at launch is small, but it should increase rapidly. Only 2 SNES games available <_< , it is interesting to see Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine available at launch :eggman: |

Yeah and as you said about rapidly is true, atleast 10 games a month will be grand, and IMO I kinda like it, well in a way, so I'm not over whelmed with games to download I can download the ones I want at a pace and like not miss anyones I want. Although there aren't many I want now so I think my Wii points will stack(there are a few that I'm going to dl though). |

Good point, I may download the original Zelda and maybe Donkey Kong at launch. I'm not sure which Genesis or TG games I want to download. |

I'm more interested in the shmups, as they have stood the test of time. Soldier Blade especially. One of the guys on the SHMUPS! website, Postman, adores that game. He even calls games that are great even when they are old games with "Soldier Blade Syndrome." I like Soldier Blade too, even though I've only seen screenshots and videos of it. It's like Super Star Soldier, but you have a robot that follows you and fires off whatever weapon you have and the powerup system is different. Some great bosses too. ;) |

Did you edit your post? Last I saw it had some huge bold and great excitement XD, but I think I'll download this game at launch along w/ Bomberman, and perhaps Bonk. I never got to play Turbografx games 'cept the Bomberman compiliation that i got offa Ebay(features two from TG and one PS game) so I'm going to take advantage of the VC! |

Heh, Super Star Soldier is good. The prequel was on the NES and was quite mediocre though; I've played it and it's basically the same level over and over. But SSS is cool. Now let's hope Soldier Blade, Blazing Lazers, Gate of Thunder, Lords of Thunder, and Spriggan also come out on the VC. Along with the MSX games. |
