I thought I would share a tip about the game.

At the end of a level with the card box. Its programmed to give you a card based on where Mario hits it. If you hit it at a 45 Degree angle it will give a star.

I've noticed that. I always come dashing at it at full speed an hit the bottom left corner, and always get a star. :) Almost always anyway. Them 5ups come in handy once you get to World 8. And about the warp whistles, if you make it to at least World 2 and use one, then use another at the warp zone, it will take you straight to World 8. You'll miss lots of awesome stuff, though. World 4, Giant Land, is one of my favorites. By World 5 things start getting tough, World 6 is a lot tougher, and if you can make it through World 7's maze of pipes, well, you're pretty awesome. I've beaten every world before at some point, but not every one in succession. Most people will agree the Goomba Shoe in World 5 is lots of fun, too. ^_^ Dangit! I gotta download the game now. I wanna play it too bad. XD

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
I have it on the GBA, so I'm not worrying about it. :p

Yeah. It's a rare thing when I don't get a star these days. Still, I had no clue that the angle is what determined what you'll get. I always figured that's where it would always be on, if you get to the spot at the same time running at full speed. I'm capable of getting 99 lives by the end of the first world, if I take the time to do so. If it wasn't mistakes I make here and there, though, I could probably beat the whole game with just a handful of lives. Still, it's better to be safe than sorry. :p

Since the VC version saves the game (at least that's what I've heard recently), perhaps you'll be able to get through the game from beginning to end, Project:Shadow. World 7 is long, though... :p

I could go on for HOURS about Axelay. Really great game, shows off the SNES' Mode 7 graphics in the vertical stages. Tip: Use Round Vulcan for the whole game. It makes it REALLY easy to take out enemies.

Yeah, I agree, but it's okay because Super Mario Galaxy is definitely enough. Kirby Super Star and Super Mario RPG are the VC games I'm looking forward to the most too

Well what about people who are waiting for Galalxy :p. But no big deal, I wouldn't get anything no matter, what was put up, even if it was something as awesome as SMRPG X_X.
