I'm sure Rare has SOME say, seeing as how they're the ones who worked on it. I'm sure they have some copyright mumbo jumbo with it(though Activision most likely holds the majority of the rights). It's kinda like with TMNT on the VC. The game costs 600 because Konami and Ubisoft has to share profits, Konami made the game but Ubisoft had the rights(at the time atleast I guess). But idk, could be wrong >_>. |

Its a 3 way agreement actually, between Nintendo, Rare, and Activision. From what I read Iwata DID shoot down the deal. Microsoft even offered them atleast 1 additional rare game but Iwata still said no. |

The article I read stated it as additional "games" >_> which could've meant both Banjo Kazooies, Conker's Bad Fur Day, and the rest of the gems >_>. Though the deal could've just been only one additional game, but even then, it would've been a steal. |

The new games on Monday are Adventure of Lolo 2 (NES) and Super Steet Fighter II (SNES). I might get one of them later since I'm getting about 5000 Wii Points later this week to catch up on more games like Shining in the Darkness and Startropics. :) |

Selling all the Street Fighters II like this is just stupid, just release the best version and leave it be! |

@HMS: What has me more concerned and most of my friends is the fact that so far this year that only two virtual console games have been released per week instead of the usuall three per week. :o |

Yes, I was about to comment on that again myself. Nintendo must be trying drag out the releases so there will always be more good games to look forward to, but that isn't necessary because there are plenty of games. I wish they'd at least give us the regular 3 a week, only getting 2 each week makes me feel cheated |

It's not just Nintendo, it's Hudson and Sega who need to pick up the pace too, and atleast we're getting games, isn't two better than zero? |

You forgot Konami as well. They must be planning to release Gradius II with Dracula X or something as well. |
