So most people aren't viewing the DSi as a completely new system, just an upgraded DS. That's fine, but some games will only work on a DSi and not a regular DS/Lite, whether the only games in this category will be games that utilize the new features is yet to be seen but that's the way it should be. |

That's is a good comparison, not quite a whole new console but a significant one at that. |

The GB Pocket and Color are the same size, shape, and style. The DS Lite and the DSi are the same size, shape, and style. So you're right in some aspects. Maybe you're on to something here... It's like they're following the same pattern that the Game Boy took with the DS. First we had the Game Boy, then they made a smaller sleeker version of it called the Game Boy Pocket. Well so far they've done the same thing with the DS. So following the Game Boy pattern the next DS (after DSi) will be a totally new version with advanced graphics and who knows what else. |

I'm glad it's a matte finish now. What I like about my red/black lite is that the black part doesn't get any fingerprints. |
