The list has been confirmed by Japan and Europe, with release date confirmed for 12/16/11.

No word from NA, but I think we can assume the same date. If not tomorrow.

I had a feeling Minish Cap would be making the list. Minish Cap, Metroid Fusion, and Wario Land 4 are the ones I want. I'm terrible at Fire Emblem, but I'll try to get into the series with this one.

So exciting!

Glad we can download them all at once using "Download Later" rather than downloading one, exiting, going back to the shop, finding the title, and so on.

You can do that?

Yeah all you have to do is click on the "Download Later" button, queue up your ten games and then exit to the main menu of the 3DS and go into sleep mode (they'll only download in sleep mode apparently this way I believe)

That sounds...strangely complicated.

Next update, I propose a handy-dandy "Download All" button!

I'm probably just explaining it poorly xD.

But I do concur with you, I would have appreciated a "Download All" button as well xD.

As for the games themselves, I'm still downloading them, but I'm really excited to try out Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, never got to play it and I'm glad they went with that instead of Nightmare in Dreamland since I've already played it before(and the original NES version is available on the 3DS in 3D).

I have to leave in seven minutes so I'm hoping the games will be done by then!

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
If I had an ambassador 3DS, I'd look forward to Minish Cap the most since I haven't played it and heard lots of praise for it. I also haven't played F-Zero Maximum Velocity so I'd like to try that.

I tried out Mario Kart and Metroid Fusion. After playing so many hours of Mario Kart 7, Super Circuit just feels almost impossible to play. Metroid Fusion is still awesome. One minor complaint is that I wish they let you customize the button layout. In Fusion, B shoots and A jumps, or you can use X to shoot. I like to use an X/A combo, as it feels better to me. I would much prefer if Y was shoot and B was jump.
