Now that the year is almost over and The Spirit probably being the only movie of any decency coming out for the rest of the year I thought I'd go ahead and make this thread. What were your top films that were released in 2008?

1. Repo! The Genetic Opera
2. The Dark Knight
3. Hamlet 2
4. Hellboy II: The Golden Army
5. Pineapple Express

Yeah, I love 'em and it's nice to know that there's more to come. Captain America will surely be awesome.

Other films that I remember seeing in the theatres this year were Wall-E, 007 Quantum of Solice (it was pretty good it has the great action), and Four Christmases (funny movie, but not suitable for children, the theatre people let the kids with us go see all of Madagascar 2 AFTER sitting through about half of the movie. They said Madagascar 2 was great so then I wished that I'd switched theatres too :eggman: )

Oh yeah, I want to get the X-men trilogy or at least watch all of all them (I think I've only seen most of each movie on TV). They're also making Wonder Woman with Megan Fox starring (I wonder how that will turn out). I wonder when these movies will come out *heads over to IMDB*

Well the only one dated for next year is the one you mentioned, X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The ones I mentioned are listed as 2011 <_<

I can't wait for The Avengers either, all of our favorite Marvel heroes in one flick.

Looks like that may be a while though because Captain America is listed as 2011 on IMDB.

I haven't seen many films this year, but I saw Dark Knight, Incredible Hulk, and Iron Man. All great films in my book.
