I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
I'm not sure which one I like best. I used to like SA the best but now I'm not sure...though SA does have more polish compared to the previous two.

If they put the pack of the PS2 and top-down games* at a good price, I might get it. I've been wanting to have the PS2 games on PC for a while, and I've wanted to try the older ones out. (I could get those for free on RS's site though...)

*It's really a pack for the PS2 games, the older ones are thrown in as freebies.

Yeah I downloaded the first two off of Rockstar's site over the summer.

And yeah, SA was very polished and technically a bigger step for the franchise compared to Vice City's upgrades to III. However, for some reason I just could never get into SA as much as Vice City. I didn't really like the RPG elements, and I'm glad they kept them out of IV for the most part. . . .though Bowling with Roman got really annoying quick.

Fun fact, the only GTA games I've played to completion(not by back logger's standards mind you) is Vice City and GTA IV(And Ballad of Gay Tony for that matter).

The only thing I didn't like about the RPG elements was having to raise my swimming skill. That was so annoying. (Something else I hated was having to learn to fly as well, one of the worst parts of the game for me)

I haven't finished any of the games yet. I should fix that...

Also, I'm trying to get the older games off RS's site. I put my info in and hit submit but nothing happened. Are they going to send me an e-mail with the download link?

Yeah they email you the download link.

And I hated flying lessons in SA, I never got past them when I rented it and when my brother bought SA I was never interested in revisiting it.

I tried it again with a different e-mail address and it worked this time.

I got passed them after much frustration. I've since started over on SA and I'm dreading having to do them again...

Wonder how well I'd fare if I tried again.

I did enjoy James Woods voice in the game though. That made it a tad easier to sit through.

Bully: Scholarship Edition is $7.49. Tempting, but I'll pass...though, it's almost like paying for DLC. But I can live without some extra classes and Christmas missions.

Never played Bully, but I watched friends play it. I'm interested in it, but I'm not gonna buy it.

Bully is pretty great, one of my favorite PS2 games. I should make it one of those games I try to beat every year.

EDIT: Bully sale ended, GTA classics pack is $7.49. I'll consider it.

VC and SA are $2.49 and $4.99 respectively...I might get VC, if I can get mods to work with it.
