Apparently sometime in November/December 4Kids will air a TV movie that will feature the new turtles teaming up with the turtles from the 80's. . .not quite sure what to think here gang. Since it has the 80's Turtles I'm sure there will be fun to be had. . .but the idea is just kinda out there. Pics |

This is awesome. I'll watch it. Is that Rocksteady in the last picture there? That makes things even better. |

Yeah they seem to be running from the Technodrome. Also I hear they're trying to get the original voice actors for the classic turtles. |

So they WERE going to show this in theaters for one night only on October 29th before it airs on TV November 15th. However 4Kids! and Fathom(the company that handles these special events) couldnt' reach some kind of agreement(didn't say specifics) so *shakes fists at 4Kids!* I hate thee! And in other Turtles news, you guys may have heard but they're making a prequel to the live action film series that starts with the origins of the Turtles, it should be out in 2012. To coincide with this film is a brand new television series on Nickelodeon, which will supposedly be CGI. What's with classic cartoon series getting new CGI series? First Garfield. And now turtles! Oh well, nothing wrong with CGI as long as the show is good, just a weird fad(probably cheaper to make now). Edited by Hyper Metal Sonic, Oct 21 2009, 02:15 PM.

According to Wikipedia on CW4Kids, I assume that's just a 4Kids programming block on the regular CW Channel? And apparently that garfield cartoon has been out for almost a year(or more) in foreign countries, I'm surprised we haven't gotten it yet. |

Huh? CW channel? Country-Western? You can probably tell that I rarely watch TV. Edit: I browsed through their websites and I think they have a 4Kids segment on Saturday mornings. I should get the channel, but I still don't have a clue what CW stands for XD Edited by CHAOSGAMMA, Oct 21 2009, 05:21 PM.
