I've been holding off on getting any DSiWare since I'm thinking of getting an XL. So maybe I'll download a G&W next week.

And after playing Cave Story for a bit, I think I can forgive the lack of VC games. CS is pretty fun.

I really want Cave Story, but since its more than 1,000 it'll have to wait till next week.

Also I'm pretty sure it was only going to be 1,000 or less but they decided to add what was originally going to be DLC into the main package, which is good all around since it'll be cheaper than buying all the DLC, but at the same time if you didn't want the DLC you're out of luck.

For anyone that didn't know what the DLC was going to be, I'm pretty sure it was a time attack mode, boss rush mode, and an additional character.

Wow, not only an N64 game, but a third-party N64 game?!

Whoa. March has been a pretty good month for downloads, despite a lack of VC games. Let's hope they keep this up in April.

Never played an Ogre Battle game, is 64 any good? I'd like to start there.

Can one still find enjoyment out of Showcase even if they don't own the DS version? I'd like to check out Showcase is that's the case.

Apparently if you like strategy RPGs, you'll like Ogre Battle. I played a ROM of the SNES one once and didn't really get it.

Not sure about Wario Ware. They talked about it in last week's Nintendo Week but I don't remember much.

I DO remember them saying that you can download games that people made in the DS version and that has me interested.

So is anyone planning on getting the Wario Ware game for WW? I want to know if it's worth it without the DS game.

I have it (and the DS game). It's a decent WarioWare title on its own with several micro games to play (I think there's six collections altogether with about eighteen micro games each, though I'm not sure on that) and you can download more (including the ones from game developers like Sakurai and the Metroid creator) over WiFi same as you can with the DS. The only point of having it connect to the DS is uploading your games to play on a bigger screen really, which can cause some distortion. It's cool, though. You gotta get the DS game, though. It's awesome, dude.

I'd like to get it but I'm still trying to avoid purchases above $10 until the Summer. (L4D2 being the exception but that was the best sale it had ever gotten)
