Just downloaded the demo and will get to it shortly. There's a counter under the icon saying I have 30 uses left. Guess we can only play the demo a limited number of times.

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
Yeah, it's weird but then how many times do you play a demo?

Yeah that's how I feel.

Chances are I won't play the demo that many times, even if I love it, but it seems weird all the same. . .

I heard in Japan there was a demo that had even less tries than that. Forget the title though.

I'm downloading the demo now!

Yay, downloadable demos of full retail games! Once again, Nintendo is finally 'getting it'! Sure DS game demos have been available for a while through the Wii's Nintendo Channel and stores with the download stations, but for those you either have to get on your Wii or go to a specific store and take your DS out, choose from a limited selection of demos, sit there and wait for the download, and can only download one demo at a time because they only last until you leave download play or turn off your DS. And Wii only has demos for WiiWare and you have to wait through the download, also one at a time. With 3DS demos like this we can download them anywhere and with the nice download queue we can download more than just one at a time and not have to just wait while each downloads, then they are saved to be played whenever we want.

I'm definitely going to try out the RE demo when I get home :)

Edit: 30 tries? That's an odd limitation... Seems pretty pointless to me too.
And oh yeah I didn't find the first half of the Kirby video to be all that interesting.

Oh right, that Kirby video. I had no idea what was going on. I have never seen the show, so maybe that's why I was so lost. It just seemed like too much was going on, or maybe nothing was going on. I don't know. DeDeDe was there with some guys and they found a new monster to beat Kirby; some sort of ice lobster elephant thing. Then it grew like 100 times its own size and someone called a warp star. Then a warp star came out of a statue from somewhere and Kirby flew around then it ended. Part 2 should be up someday, but I wasn't left on the edge of my seat or anything.

Haha, yes that's how I felt! I think you summed it up pretty well though :)

The girl who called the warpstar is Tiff, I still marvel at the fact she ALWAYS looks mad.

Weekly Download

Another demo already? We get Mario and Sonic this week. Are weekly demos going to be a thing, or is that wishful thinking?

Mutant Mudds looks good. It's getting some good reviews so I'll give it a go. There are a lot of great games on 3DS eshop now, and I need to go back and give some a download.

Edit: Downloaded Mutant Mudds and wow this game is good. The game's a lot of fun, has great music, and can be pretty challenging. The 3D effect is also really great, and this is the kind of game where you would want to play in 3D. You're jumping back and forth into the background kind of like Wario Land Virtual Boy. And you got these secret areas call G-Land and V-Land. G-Land is black and white while V-Land is red. This game is pretty much a Virtual Boy game, but I mean that in a good way. I highly recommend this one.
