I'm fairly certain you're right about Revelations. That's why it was initially going to be $50, they had to pay extra for the higher end game cartridge, but at the last moment were able to get a better price so in turn the price lowered as well (though I'm sure all the complaints definitely helped as well). And yeah, thankfully SD card prices have gone down significantly in the past few years (I remember back in January of 2007 when I was shopping around for a 2 GB SD card for my Wii!), I intend on getting either a 16 GB or 32 GB off of Amazon soon. I don't think a 32 GB one is necessary, however, its only $5 more. . .and who knows, I may need it for something non-3DS related in the future anyhow, may come in handy. For those interested in some further readings: Resident Evil Revelations Card Situation Random Wii and 3DS game sizes The 3DS titles will help gauge a little bit. Super Mario 3D Land is still just as big as NSMBWii so NSMB2 shouldn't be any larger. Also interesting, SUper Paper Mario is only about 400 MBs as well, so I'm sure Paper Mario 3DS won't be too large either, unless they do even more with it. Cool, thanks for the info guys! I've been using a 4GB SD card for my 3DS since launch and that has been plenty of space so far, but I'll probably shop around for a 32GB card if I decide to start getting some games digitally or if Nintendo starts releasing a lot more digital content. But I'm still leaning towards physical Mario at this point. |

Yeah, I got a 8 GB card pretty cheap at Target a while back but I am planning on getting a 32 GB one at some point. I've noticed the newest demos on the eShop have been a bit larger as well. I also agree with having Animal Crossing 3DS as a digital download. That sounds pretty cool to me. |

Well back to the topic, I got Kirby's Pinball Land this week (but haven't started it yet). Also, you can now check out descriptions and videos of the other upcoming games of 8-bit summer and add them to your wish list. One of the VC games I've been playing is Sonic Triple Trouble. Even though we already have this one on Gems Collection and SA DX, I'm glad I gave it the download because the GG VC has lots of cool features like the GB games do. You can play normal screen (which looks very nice), full screen (stretches width, meh), or Dot by Dot which is Game Gear screen size (pretty tiny) with a Game Gear outline and it lets you choose Black, Red, Blue, or Yellow for your Game Gear. It also lets you customize your button controls however you want, turn on screen blur (haven't tried this), and Create/Load restore points. Very nice; I recommend giving it a try for any GG game that catches your eye (a couple more Sonic titles that we already have are coming later this month: Sonic Labyrinth (barf!) and Sonic Blast). Yeah, the GG VC games have some really nice options. I've tried the screen blur, and it makes the screen go blurry when you move, kind of like how the original Game Gear was. It's interesting they put that in as a feature. I don't know if I have played Sonic Labyrinth before, but judging by your "(barf!)," I will remain wary. |

I'm not a fan of Sonic Labyrinth either. . . As far as GG titles go, unfortunately I haven't tried any out yet. I kind of want to get Triple Trouble, it'd be more convenient to play on my 3DS than on a collection. Any recommendations for non-Sonic GG titleS? Like Shinobi, anyone know if that's any good? |

Aw man already got all of those. I like how when Nintendo does a sale on a Mario title (they have done SML and Picross already for GotWeekend) they only knock a dollar off, but every other title seems to get a sizeable discount. |

Nintendo really REALLY needs to re-evaluate their pricing structure. I mean seriously, I can go on the App store RIGHT NOW and get Metal Slug 3 for $7! And that is regular price! |

Yeah, in the VC game surveys I always mention that I think prices are too high. For Wii VC games anyway I think everything should be $2 or $3 less. |
