Same, my first and favorite next to Prime (my second Metroid). I can't believe how atmospheric it is, and not just for a GBA game. I also loved the setting and scenario. (I like things that take place in places like space stations, facilities, buildings, etc., and revolve around disasters like Half-Life's Black Mesa Incident or everyone going insane in BioShock's Rapture)

I replayed it so much back in the day. I really want a game that takes place after it.
Me too. I really like the direction Other M is going in, but I would really love to see what happens next in the Metroid saga.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. I haven't played it in ages, I think I'm over due.

Okay I sent the 8. Thanks again! :D

Also thanks Gamma. Its really all I've played in my spare time. Not sure what I'll do now. May start up Super Metroid and/or Fusion, start a DS/PSP game, or start Lego Star Wars since I never did get to restarting that after my Wii went out...
I have sent two so far, but your name is still grayed out for some reason. I haven't received your vouchers yet, but I think this does take a while to transfer. I will send you the rest soon enough, but I'd like to know when you receive the first two before I do so.
I have received all 10 vouchers now thanks, Bermuda! :)

On another note I "beat" a game. I got Platinum in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection finally by getting the Yatta! trophy. :)

Beat Blue Dragon today. Did it really take me this long to beat one game in August? Not so good this time around.

What was your completion time?

My completion time was about 83 hours, but I have an excuse for that. I had decided to max out my character and their shadows levels to max on my first play-through. It made the end boss ridiculously easy, but that's just the way things go. And I wouldn't say I played for 83 hours. There's kind of a cheap way to level up shadows, and I took that route. Basically you put up your field barrier and eat some garlic for stink, then enemies will walk right into you and die, thus giving you the SP needed to level up shadows. You can leave the game on all day and go do something else, come back an hour or so later and your powerful.

Interesting. Though it's not my actual completion time, I made it to the final boss in Dragon Quest VIII in almost 90 hours. I think my second longest time in an RPG was 71 hours in Tales of Symphonia. (Though every subsequent playthrough took around 30 hours...)

Well with Dragon Quest VIII and Tales of Symphonia, there was a lot to do in those games from side quests, collecting items, alchemy, and whatever else. For Blue Dragon, I think I spent half my playtime looking for Nothings and other hidden items. Basically every object in the game from rocks to tables and anything else you can think of has a hidden item. So what you end up doing is hugging the walls of everywhere you go, just tapping the A button repeatedly picking up things at random. At least that's how I was playing. You mostly pick up little things like 10 gold or a healing item, but you also find Nothings and medals which can be traded to certain people for rare items. So you kind of want to look for those things. But it feels like this doubles your play time because you can't just walk through a town or level. You need to stop at every little thing and examine it to find whatever it holds. I thought that was kind of annoying and was probably one of my biggest complaints of the game.

Edit: Meant to say DQVIII, not IX...

I can't remember how many side quests I did my first time through Symphonia. I do remember doing a playthrough where I tried to do as many side quests as I could find, though I don't remember my completion time.

For DQVIII, I think it was all the random battles and the long grind sessions I did for two bosses I had trouble with.

I forget my completion time for Blue Dragon but I remember it took me almost a year to beat because I kept taking breaks.
