I know one typically doesn't play Call of Duty for the story, but how was it? Especially compared to the other games in the series.

eh, it was good enough to get me from start to finish. I did it mainly to get the Political Zombie mode.

That would probably be my main inspiration as well. I never bothered getting around to beating the story in World at War. It really didn't interest me at all.

I just beat Donkey Kong Country Returns and this game was really great. It's also really tough too. It's funny that from the games at Nintendo's E3 showing, this was probably one I was least interested in. I'm not a huge DK fan and I never played DKC3. This, however, is one of my favorite games this year. I love 2D side-scrollers and I really like how they're bringing them back with games like New Super Mario Bros, Sonic 4, Megaman 9 and others. DKCR may be my favorite of all of those, and mainly because it's such a challenging game. Just beating a level is a challenge, and then there are the KONG letters and puzzle pieces you need to find. Then you got so many other challenges like bonus levels, time trials, and a secret mode I won't share just yet. It's great.

Just starting the annual games completion thread at the end of November? Hmm....

I think I mentioned here I beat Sonic Colors but now I also got all the red rings. Finding them really isn't that difficult. I played through each level trying to find each different path and hidden location. Soon enough you start to recognize a suspicious looking area. So what happens when you get all red rings? Some of you may know, but I'll throw in Spoiler Tags regardless.

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
I totally forgot to mention that I beat (saw the end credits anyway, I still need to beat Round 2) Pokémon Stadium a few months ago.

Congrats, I love Pokemon Stadium so much. Did you use transfered Pokemon or rental? Rental pokemon provide a real challenge, but I never saw the fun in using them personally.

I mostly used rentals. You can see a chunk of my exploits on YouTube.
